Ini juga mengeksplorasi peran citra perusahaan sebagai moderator. Sebuah survei online dilakukan di Jakarta dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari 116 pembeli online makanan segar di Jakarta. Temuan yang didapat yaitu pengalaman pelanggan pasca pembelian secara signifikan mendorong niat pembelian ulang pelanggan dengan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, untuk perusahaan dengan citra perusahaan yang baik, niat pembelian ulang pelanggan lebih mudah dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman pelanggan pascapembelian. Temuan ini menginformasikan perusahaan e-commerce GrabMart makanan segar tentang pengalaman pelanggan pascapembelian yang sebagian besar mendorong kepuasan pelanggan dan membantu mempertahankan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, ini menyiratkan bahwa perusahaan dengan citra perusahaan GrabMart yang baik harus menyediakan pengalaman pelanggan pasca pembelian berkualitas tinggi yang sesuai dengan citra karena konsekuensi yang terkait dengan pengalaman pelanggan pasca pembelian yang buruk bisa sangat parah. \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this research is to examine the post-purchase online customer experience that influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention when buying fresh food online at GrabMart e-commerce. It also explores the role of corporate image as a moderator. An online survey conducted in Jakarta with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze data collected from 116 fresh food online shoppers in Jakarta. The findings obtained are that post-purchase customer experience significantly encourages customer repurchase intentions by increasing customer satisfaction. In addition, for companies with a good corporate image, customer repurchase intentions are more easily influenced by the customer's post-purchase experience. These findings inform fresh food e-commerce company GrabMart about the post-purchase customer experience that largely drives customer satisfaction and helps retain customers. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan data primer. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui media sosial dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah individu yang mengetahui produk atau merek dan pelanggan Somethinc di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 responden. Data dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS dan dikalkulasi menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: a) E-WOM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memprediksi purchase intention; b) perceived quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memprediksi purchase intention; c) brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memprediksi purchase intention dan d) brand image dapat memediasi pengaruh hubungan antara E-WOM terhadap purchase intention secara positif dan signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, disarankan supaya perusahaan dapat lebih fokus terhadap E-WOM, perceived quality, dan brand image yang baik supaya dapat lebih meningkatkan purchase intention pada pelanggan. \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of E-WOM, perceived quality and brand image on purchase intention of Somethinc customers in West Jakarta. This research used descriptive method with primary data. Data were collected using questionnaires and distributed online via social media using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The population are individuals who know the product or brand and customers of Somethinc in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study are 144 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS and calculated using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this research indicate that: a) E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on predicting purchase intention; b) perceived quality has a positive and significant effect in predicting purchase intention; c) brand image has a positive and significant effect in predicting purchase intention and d) brand image can mediate the effect of the relationship between E-WOM on purchase intention in a positive and significant way. Perlu diperhatikan juga hal-hal seperti apa yang dapat memotivasi kerja generasi Z di Jakarta melalui penghargaan dan iklim organisasi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penghargaan dan iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja generasi Z di Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan mengambil data primer dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang termasuk generasi Z di Kota Jakarta. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 180 responden yang memenuhi syarat dan kriteria dengan teknik purposive sampling dan data dianalisis dengan metode SEM atau Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel independen yaitu penghargaan dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi kerja generasi Z di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga dihimbau dapat memberikan saran kepada seluruh organisasi atau perusahaan di daerah Jakarta dalam menghadapi karyawan yang termasuk generasi Z dalam memberikan motivasi kerja dengan penghargaan dan iklim organisasi. \u0000 \u0000In this day where most of the employees currently working in a company or organization are people who belong to generation Z. It is also necessary to pay attention to things such as what can motivate generation Z to work in Jakarta through rewards and organizational climate. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of rewards and organizational climate on the work motivation of Generation Z in Jakarta. This research was also conducted by taking primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees belonging to generation Z in the city of Jakarta. The samples taken were 180 respondents who met the requirements and criteria with a purposive sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the SEM or Structural Equation Modeling method with a quantitative approach. Data is processed using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results obtained in this study are that the independent variables, namely rewards and organizational climate, have a significant and positive influence on the work motivation of Generation Z in Jakarta. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui program Software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Orientasi Kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Usaha pada UMKM industri batik di Semarang dan Inovasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Usaha pada UMKM industri batik di Semarang. \u0000 \u0000This research was conducted to find out whether Entrepreneurial Orientation and Innovation has an influence on Business Performance in the batik industry MSMEs. The population in this study is the batik industry MSMEs in Semarang, Central Java. The number of samples in this study were 110 batik MSME owners in Semarang, Central Java and all sample data obtained were declared valid and reliable. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. The research design applied in the study is a causal conclusive design. The data analysis method was carried out using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) Software version 3.0. Selain kerugian dari perusahaan, kerugian juga dialami oleh karyawan-karyawan yang bekerja di PT X akibat dari pandemi Covid-19. Di mana, efek pandemi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dari masing-masing karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah: 1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 karyawan PT X. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) stres kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. \u0000 \u0000The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a sluggish flow of shipping goods using ships, this is what has made PT X, which is one of the large companies engaged in the shipping logistics industry, experience financial losses. In addition to losses from the company, employees who work at PT X also experienced losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Where, the effects of the pandemic affect the job satisfaction of each employee. The purpose of this study was to find out whether: 1) Work motivation has an effect on job satisfaction, 2) Work stress has an effect on job satisfaction, and 3) Work environment has an effect on job satisfaction. The sampling technique used the convenience sampling method with a total sample of 64 employees of PT X. Penggunaan aplikasi E-commerce menjadi salah satu inovasi yang berkembang di lingkungan masyarakat dan telah menjadi faktor yang sangat penting bagi usaha untuk dapat memperluaskan wilayah usaha, meningkatkan produktivitas usaha dan menciptakan strategi baru dalam kegiatan marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi E-commerce dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM dibidang kuliner. Sampel UMKM dibidang kuliner yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 75 sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data pada sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis outer model analysis dan inner model analysis pada software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi E-commerce berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja UMKM dan orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. \u0000 \u0000The growth in the number of SMEs in Indonesia is always increasing every year. The increasing number of SMEs will create more competition so that entrepreneurs need to continue to innovate to facing business competition. The use of E-commerce applications has become one of the innovations that have developed in society and has become a very important factor for businesses to be able to expand business areas, increase business productivity and create new strategies in marketing activities. This study aims to determine the effect of using E-commerce applications and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The SME sample in the culinary field used was 75 samples selected using the purposive sampling method. Data on the sample was obtained using a distributed questionnaire. The data is processed using outer model analysis and inner model analysis in SmartPLS 3 software. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 70 UKM pasar Jatinegara di bidang fashion. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas produk dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. \u0000 \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product creativity, product innovation, and product quality on the performance of SMEs in the Jatinegara market SMEs. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling, with the instrument used a questionnaire. This research was conducted on 70 Jatinegara market SMEs in the fashion sector. The data analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling and analyzed using SmartPLS 4. Alasan dipilihnya topik ini adalah karena studi mengenai berkembangnya perusahaan jasa yang mengakibatkan adanya persaingan bisnis yang ketat di bidang pelayanan terhadap pelanggan sangat populer dalam dekade ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah total sample 130 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan karakteristik responden karyawan tetap di PT XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa leadership dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap commitment. Namun tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan commitment sebagai variabel mediasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan untuk mengurangi terjadinya turnover intention. Saran yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu mengevaluasi kembali terhadap faktor yang membuat kinerja karyawan menurun yang akan berdampak pada terjadinya turnover intention, hal ini dapat diperhatikan melalui leadership, job satisfaction dan commitment karena ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan bagi perusahaan. \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and job satisfaction on turnover intention with commitment as a mediating variable for employees of PT XYZ. The reason for choosing this topic is because studies on the development of service companies which result in intense business competition in the field of customer service are very popular in this decade. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 130 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the characteristics of the respondents being permanent employees at PT XYZ. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of the study show that leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on commitment. However, it does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, commitment as a mediating variable has a significant influence on turnover intention. The results of this study can be a consideration for companies to develop leadership and employee job satisfaction to reduce turnover intention.
