The frequent occurrence of extreme weather, loss of biodiversity, and degradation of ecosystems across the globe has made the process of global environmental governance particularly urgent. In order to meet the needs of sustainable development strategies, many countries have begun to emphasize the fulfillment of corporate environmental responsibility and have put forward a series of requirements for environmental information disclosure. At the same time, the general public has also actively responded to the state's call to monitor corporate emissions behavior. This study focuses on individual investors in China's capital market, using a survey method of designing a scale, distributing a questionnaire, and analyzing it with SPSS to explore their attitudes toward environmental information disclosure of heavily polluting enterprises. The study finds that investors are more favorable to enterprises with higher levels of environmental information disclosure, especially in today's environmentally conscious world. Such disclosure not only increases public trust in the enterprise and enhances its image, but also helps investors to more accurately assess the long-term value and sustainable development prospects of the enterprise. This study aims to provide more targeted and effective disclosure strategies for enterprises to promote the realization of both economic and social benefits. Based on the sample data from 51 cities from 2005 to 2019, the paper studies the policy effects of B&R on the open economy in the mid-west region by utilizing a difference-in-differences model. Also, building upon the index of level of infrastructure development, the paper analyzes the specific mechanism of this policy effect. The research results show that: B&R has elevated the level of opening-up in the mid-west region, as reflected in a significant increase in the regions’ foreign trade dependence and foreign investment reliance since the initiative was launched; further research reveals that B&R has a greater stimulating impact on promoting foreign trade in the mid-west region compared to attracting foreign investment while factors such as location and business environment have affected the policy effect of B&R to some extent. In terms of its mechanism of action, B&R has improved the transport facilitation and communication facilitation in the mid-west region, thereby promoting the development of its open economy. This paper aims to explore the causes of fraud in listed companies in China, its impact on the economy and investors, and propose some countermeasures. Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and cases, we found that the root causes of fraud include insufficient supervision, moral hazard, financial pressure, and information asymmetry. These problems have had a negative impact on the development of China's capital market, harmed the interests of investors, and weakened the credibility of the market. Based on the analysis framework of Bourdieu’s field theory, this study distributed 1,175 questionnaires to 47 villages in 12 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province. On the basis of the questionnaire data, 94 in-depth interview reports of 10 villages were coded and counted by the qualitative data analysis software, Nvivo12plus. It is found that the Rural Spring Festival Gala has difficulties in terms of institutional, economic, social and cultural capital, such as difference between grass-roots’ initiative, uneven distribution of economic resources, rural hollowing and unbalanced cultural pattern.
