However, the logistics company is reluctant to adopt ELVs due to the shortages of high purchasing cost, short driving range, and long charging time. This research studies ELVs leasing system which consists of an ELVs manufacturer, an ELVs rental company, and a logistics company. The influence of purchasing subsidies and Cap-and-Trade policy(C&T) on the ELVs leasing system is analyzed and compared. It is found that the logistics company prefers the subsidy policy when the driving range of ELVs is within a certain range. Otherwise, the logistics company prefers C&T policy. For the rental company and the manufacturer, when the subsidy is within a certain range, C&T policy is more profitable. Otherwise, the rental company and the manufacturer prefer the subsidy policy. If the emission reduction benefit is high enough, the C&T policy can lead to more emission reduction. Otherwise, the subsidy policy is better for the environment.","PeriodicalId":387592,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics and Management Research","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127901258","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The SMEs mentioned above is the “long tail” demanded by finance. On the one hand, the application technology of big data in the Internet can be used to identify the financing needs of “long tail” SMEs. On the other hand, with the effects of external economy, the effects of scale economy and those of scope economy exerted on the markets of the financing of SMEs, the fund supply to SMEs will increase. In traditional financial markets, the SMEs, due to the “hyper-normal” credit rationing, were often rationed out of standard financial system. As a result, the financial supply curve bent backward. However, with the rapid development of Internet finance, the rationing degree of financial credit is relieved, the financing gaps in SMEs is offset to some extent, and the allocation of financial resources is optimized, providing a new idea to solve the financing difficulties in SMEs. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant proposals about Internet finance to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs.","PeriodicalId":387592,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics and Management Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129426520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From the perspective of overall development, traditional assessment methods still play an important role in financial data statistics and risk early warning analysis, while the application level of relevant information systems and expert systems is not high. Therefore, in the future innovation and development of the financial field, it is necessary to continue to discuss the design and implementation of financial data statistics and risk early warning analysis system in the era of big data. After understanding the statistical characteristics of financial data and the design principles of risk early warning system in the era of big data, this paper mainly studies the design structure and implementation of financial data statistics and risk early warning analysis system, which will play a positive role in enhancing the competitiveness of financial institutions in the new era. This paper establishes a two-stage game model consisting of prosumers and the grid in microgrid system under PRS policy. It is found that the social welfare shows an inverted \"u\" with increasing penalty and prosumers demand. The prosumers can be profitable only when the production cost factor is lower than the boundary value. Government can implement the RPS policy first in areas with lower production costs. Lower price for green certificates and mid-level penalty effectively incentive green energy production and consumption in microgrids. Government needs to control the price of green certificates to implement RPS successfully.","PeriodicalId":387592,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics and Management Research","volume":"121 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132283845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The entropy weight approach is used to create a green finance index. The SBM-GML model was used to calculate carbon efficiency. With SDM model, we analyze how green finance affects carbon efficiency.Transmission mechanism was investigated using threshold and mediation models. In terms of carbon emission efficiency, green finance has a spatial spillover effect, and green finance development can effectively enhance carbon emission efficiency improvement. The effect of green finance on carbon emission efficiency can be enhanced when PGDP and ER exceed a certain level. With a 7.6% effect size, ER played a partial mediation role.","PeriodicalId":387592,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics and Management Research","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131859140","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
