This multi-family framework includes several family members and rests on the symbiotic and co-dependent relational patterns between the clients and their mothers. We discuss the positive and negative aspects of this framework and options for changing it.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127207340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis is based on the data of a questionnaire survey carried out by the staff of the Centre of Sociology of Education (Institute of Education Management of the Russian Academy of Education). The survey involved 2074 students of 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th grades of schools of the Moscow Oblast. The data obtained in the research reveal specific gender and age differences. In using social media male students aim at expanding their social contacts, whereas female students are more interested in its informational and educational functions. The interest in the topic of personal relationships increases with age. The data showed that use of social media depends on student’s social status: those with high status among classmates value interaction in social media for its “freedom”, while those who have low status in real life emphasize the possibility to have a different self—representation in social media. According to the survey motives and activity in social media of those adolescents who consider their profiles as ‘provocative’ or ‘explicit’ significantly differ from those who want to keep their real-life personality (p≤0,05 for all comparisons). The results allow us to conclude that to a modern adolescent social media is a social testing ground where they solve their age-related and social conflicts.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126604522","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We analyze the case of a patient with pulmonary tuberculosis who was getting psychological support during his inpatient treatment with the use of the method of pathogenetic analysis based on the neurosis concept by V.N. Myasishchev. Main results: resolving inner conflicts and learning adaptive reactive and behavioral models improves the patient’s psychological status and the efficacy of treatment. Conclusions: personality-oriented level of psychological impact is necessary in the treatment of lung tuberculosis patients, especially in cases of the unfavorable course of illness. Psychoeducation programs contribute to the emergence of the patient’s motivation for personal psychotherapy and facilitate its process.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125983573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Responsible shaping of the process of will requires consistency (internal and external) in the dialogue (internal and external). The second part of the paper (the first was published in issue 4, 2018) attempts to methodically approach the source of freedom — the place where the inner “speaking” is revealed in us. The more a person relates to this inner “talk to him/herself”, the freer he/she is, and, at the same time, more responsible. Practical work to achieve freedom in psychotherapy is demonstrated by the example at the end of the article.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132608921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The rationale for the existence of a dissociation between adaptive and maladaptive manifestations of explicit and implicit forms of PC rests on a study of clinical cases of alcohol-dependent patients (N=5) and adult children of alcoholics (N=1), who ap plied for outpatient psychotherapy of alcohol dependence or related issues. The patients underwent specific semi-structured interviews (Shustov et al., 2000; Johnsson, 2011); completed the Life Line method (Nurkova, 2000) and compiled genograms (McGoldrick et al, 2008). Based on the findings of clinical case studies, the authors have proposed that alcohol-dependent patients’ PC deficits that aggravate the course of alcohol dependence may relate to the existence of socially and culturally bound automatic prospective schemata, i.e. scripts that relate to specific states of self and actualize under uncertainty, stress and/or alcohol intoxication.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131263013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Frisch offers to make the source of psychotherapy and ground its key goals in the life spheres that are important for the per son, but (s)he feels dissatisfied with and unfulfilled in. The aim of this study is the validation of the Russian version of M. Frisch’s Quality of Life Inventory. The study included two samples — students of the psychology faculty (N = 91) and adults living in the Kamchatka region (N = 826). The Inventory’s consistency comprised 0.72 for students and 0.95 for adults, and the overall score was associated with life satisfaction, subjective happiness, increased positive and low negative emotions, hardiness commitment, meaning in life, future orientation, satisfaction of basic needs, including those in studies, as well as intrinsic, identified and positive introjected educational motivation. In the different samples (students and adults) the different spheres of life were prominent for overall satisfaction. After controlling for mean satisfaction, quality of life index (corrected for subjective importance of the spheres) contributed to a better prediction of satisfaction with emotions and communication, future orientation, low fatalistic present, commitment, and (in students) intrinsic educational motivation.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127815186","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis of foreign psychological approaches to its research has been carried out: phubbing is understood as dependence on a mobile phone / Smartphone and social networks; as a result of Internet addiction and problems with self-control; as a new social norm. We present the results of an empirical study of phubbing in close relationships (N=46). Hypothesis: intimacy and attachment to a romantic partner as close relationships` qualitative characteristics increase the sensitivity to a partner`s phubbing. Methods: Partner phubbing (Roberts, David, 2016; Ekimchik, Kryukova, 2019); Multi-Item Measure of Adult Romantic Attachment (Brennan, Shaver, 1995; Ekimchik, Kryukova, 2009); Inclusion of Other in the Self Scale (Aron, Aron, Smollan, 1992; Ekimchik, Kryukova, Zakharchenko, 2018). Results: men more often than women estimate the partners` phubbing negatively. It is found that adult romantic attachment characteristics predict the level of partners` phubbing.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114092002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Emotional Schema Therapy (EST) approach advances a model of how people think about and respond to their own emotions and those of others. Drawing on Beck’s schema model, the metacognitive model of Adrian Wells, the Acceptance and Commitment Model (ACT), and social cognitive theory, the EST model suggests that beliefs about the duration, controllability, legitimacy, normalcy, shame and guilt about emotions re¬sult in problematic strategies for coping with emotion, such as suppression, avoid¬ance, substance abuse, and rumination. I outline some of the main points of EST and the research supporting the model.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130923988","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study of psychoemotional characteristics and quality of life (QOL) in patients with CHD undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) at different stages of treatment is crucial for enriching information about the characteristics of the psychological responses to illness and for the comprehensive analysis of the psychological aspects of recovery after CABG. The study was carried out at the Almazov National Medical Research Centre (St. Petersburg, Russia). The study sample comprised 65 patients with CHD preparing for CABG. Methods. Asthenic State Scale, Integrative Anxiety Test, The Symptom Checklist-90-R (SCL-90-R), and 36-Item Short Form Survey (SF-36). Results show that in the early postoperative periood, asthenia tends to intensify. State anxiety and its components decrease during the rehabilitation period after CABG. Both before and after CABG, patients have increased rates of psychopathological symptoms. A week after CABG, depressive and somatization symptoms intensify. 3 months after CABG, psychopathological symptoms tend to decrease, however, many indicators remain above the norm. Conclusion. The analysis of the QOL dynamics revealed the influence of the surgery on all QOL components. Psychological interventions for patients with CHD undergoing the CABG are necessary at all stages of the treatment and rehabilitation process.","PeriodicalId":387581,"journal":{"name":"Консультативная психология и психотерапия","volume":"138 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115163245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
