This study looked at the femomena of arabic use in early childhood by motivated parents and expecting their child to be bilingual and where the child became part of the group‟s culture. Language is the main medium used in the formation and delivery of cultural meanings and language is a tool and medium used to shape knowledge about the individual and the social world. Language is also related to the arena in which habitus is formed and internalized in language as capital in the form of social practice both consciously and unconsciously using language that has been conceived. It even uses a foreign language to make the individual look different from others and more modern. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach in analyzing the data obtained. The data collection technique in this study used interviews with millennial families in the upbringing and use of Arabic in early childhood in Pontianak City. This study was conducted to identify phenomena that occur in the millennial family environment in Pontianak City and collect data related to the use of Arabic in early childhood. This is in line with Abraham H. Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory that each individual has 5 levels of basic needs that must be met properly. If not, according to Maslow the individual cannot reach the point of well-being in his life. Then, has the fulfillment of these basic needs been realized in child care? This study aims to describe the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in early childhood care in rural and urban areas. Furthermore, in this article using a qualitative approach. As for data collection by interview in the form of an open questionnaire. The data source for this study came from 22 parents, namely 11 parents in rural areas and 11 parents in urban areas. These changes have an impact on the psychological development of children in participating in learning activities in class. The risks that arise cause the ability of imagination to be hampered and the learning process becomes ineffective. For this reason, it is necessary to have a program that can increase the imagination ability of kindergarten students, one of which is a Focus Group Playing Program. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of a program to improve the imagination ability of kindergarten students. A quantitative experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design was used as the research method. The participants involved were 15 kindergarten students using the saturated sampling technique. This research consists of a Focus Group Playing Program module and an observation sheet for measuring the pretest-posttest score of imagination ability. The research data analysis method used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this research proved that the focus group playing program effectively increases the imagination ability of kindergarten students (Z = 3.873 and sig. = 0.000). This research indicates that increasing the capacity of imagination helps students in their growth and development age. The purpose of this research is to develop the model based model based on stimulating 4KS children aged 5-6 years. This research development uses addie development model with 5 stage of development, analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product validation is done by expert validator to assess product practicality. The subject of this study consists of 5 group teachers B in TK Al Hidayah Jambi City and TK Nurul Khoir City Jambi. The data collection instrument used is questionnaire validation of expert and questionnaire response teacher. The results showed that the development of the Problem Based Learning model of manual in stimulating 4CS 4-6-year-old skills at the level of validity 4 with a percentage of 100% percentage by materials and stated \"very worthy\" and obtained validity level of 3.92 with a percentage value of 98.2% by media experts and declared \"very worthy\". Based on the results of the practical test of the results of the question response of the teacher against the guidebook developed in the \"very practical\" category, from the results of the response of the teacher who received value with an average of 3.49 with the percentage value of 87.1%. Parents' contribution is an effort to motivate, guide, stimulate and provide the means to achieve ideal child development. The term parental attachment also refers to the attachment between parents and children which is very important in growth and development, so as to create positive energy for children. It is very important for religious and moral development to be formed from an early age, such as tolerance, honest behavior, good manners and responsibility. Forming positive character through religion and morals, with the hope of forming a moral, religious and dignified generation. Therefore, researchers are interested in studying more deeply about how parental attachment is to the religious and moral development of A2 students totaling 11 students with an age range of 4-5 years at RA DWP UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The method used by researchers is a descriptive qualitative method, with data analysis consisting of data collection (open questionnaire), organizing and categorizing data, testing data hypotheses and explaining data with theory. The results of this research are the implementation of attachment between parents and children at home, through the distribution of open questionnaires in the form of descriptions. This data shows that building attachment in children is not only centered on the child and parents, but family members can also contribute to building children's attachment. Each family's attachment treatment is not the same, but in essence the habituation is a form of parental love for children. Researchers realized that based on the results of the questionnaire, there were still some parents who had minimal attachment interaction with their children, and were then replaced with other family figures such as grandparents, or siblings. The high rate of teacher turnover will disrupt the achievement of educational goals. The research objectives developed from the problems mentioned above are Analyzing the influence of work motivation, compensation and workload on controlling turnover intention, Analyzing the influence of work motivation, compensation and workload on organizational commitment, Analyzing the influence of work motivation, compensation and workload on controlling turnover intention through organizational commitment. The population of this study were all PAUD teachers in the Jember Regency, with a population of 3718 people. Based on the notation of the Slovin sample size formula, the sample to be studied was 5%, with a sample size of 118,840 and a margin of error of 9% rounded up to 119. The sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling. The research analysis tool uses AMOS SEM. The regression coefficient of work motivation on Organizational Commitment is 0.47 with a C.R. of 3.358, and the p-value (0.000) means it is smaller than 0.05. This shows that work motivation positively and significantly affects organizational commitment. The regression coefficient of compensation on Organizational Commitment is 0.18, with a C.R. of 3,409, and the p-value (0.000) means it is smaller than 0.05. The higher the motivation value, the more impact it has on preventing teachers' intention to stop working (turnover intention), so PAUD administrators in Jember Regency should pay attention to the needs of PAUD teachers, including their existence, relationships and career development to prevent and inhibit teachers' desires or intentions to quit their jobs. In other words, attention to fulfilling the wishes of a PAUD teacher in Jember Regency can prevent the teacher's hope that he will stay in his job and the organization he works in. This research contributes to the depth of organizational commitment theory, which refers to teacher attachment to the organization of the teacher's attitudes and behaviour. One of the demographics that is most susceptible to disaster victims is children. One of the regions impacted by natural catastrophes like floods and earthquakes is Majalaya. The occurrence of disasters encourages parents to educate their children about disasters so that they are prepared. The purpose and focus of this research are to find out the form of parental involvement in providing earthquake knowledge so that it can broaden knowledge and change children's attitudes toward dealing with earthquakes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted on parents in Majalaya, West Java. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that parental involvement through forms of communication, motivation, facilities, assistance, and volunteering in providing earthquake knowledge using the Babybus application gradually increases knowledge and changes children's behavior in anticipating earthquake disasters. Considering the frequent disasters, the cooperation of parents in providing care and concern for the condition of the living environment in Majalaya really supports parents in imparting earthquake knowledge to children. Rahmi, Mardiani A","doi":"10.24235/awlady.v9i2.14812","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24235/awlady.v9i2.14812","url":null,"abstract":"Needing analysis of the lack in media, especially the introduction of children's mathematics, due to media in the form of posters, magazine, making children bored, that is not up to date in the learning process, the existing media has not been able to develop the competence of mathematical concepts appropriately, the media is still the same there is no upgrade, the media must be updated from the concept of number recognition for AUD and it is essential part to develop appropriate and holistic. It includes activities of Mathcing, Classification, Comparing, Ordering or Seriation. The objectives of this research are: (1) analyze the feasibility of developing busy book Numbering from Used Materials for the introduction of mathematics in children aged 5-6 years at Hafizul Ilmi Kindergarten. (2) describe the process of developing Busy Book Numbering from used materials for the introduction of mathematics in children aged 5-6 years at Hafizul Ilmi Kindergarten. This research uses R&D research by ADDIE model. The research instruments used in this study include: Busy Book Numbering Validation Feasibility Sheet and Observation Sheet of Math Recognition Ability for AUD. The results of the research are: Validation results obtained from media experts, 85% with very feasible criteria while for material experts 83,12% with feasible criteria.
