The microstructure of the fusion zone was the same in all three samples, consisting of ferrite (grain boundary ferrite (GBF)+acicular ferrite+ferrite side plate) and pearlite phases, and the LC-TMCP and TiN steels had a higher volume fraction of ferrite and smaller grain sizes than those of the B grade steel. In all three samples, the microstructure near the fusion line consisted of ferrite and pearlite phases with a small amount of bainite, and the grain sizes of the LC-TMCP and TiN steels were smaller than those of the B grade steel. In addition, the TiN steel was smaller than the TMCP steel, and the volume fraction of ferrite (GBF, etc.) was the highest in the B grade steel and lowest in the TiN steel. The microstructure of the heat-affected zone included a phase in which a small amount of bainite was present in the ferrite and pearlite phases near the fusion line (1 mm) in all three samples. However, the shape was different from that of the base material, and the grain size was the largest in the B grade steel and smallest in the TiN steel. The volume fraction of ferrite (GBF, etc.) was the highest in the B grade steel and lowest in the TiN steel. All three samples had the same shape as the base metal phase at 5 mm from the fusion line. However, grain was growth.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126077524","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in some apartments and high-rise buildings, low cooling performance and excess energy cost by air conditioners have been reported; these were not expected in the numerical analysis at the design stage. This study focuses on the obstruction to the discharge airflow owing to the insect screen installed on the opening of the outdoor unit room; this was overlooked in previous studies. The effect on the refrigeration cycle owing to the insect screen was analyzed by measuring the condensation parameters of the operating air conditioner installed in a real apartment house. By this research, improvements in the building design and HVAC equipment installation method were intended from a practical perspective.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122414586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it is currently difficult to train professional experts in the field of machining because of the “demographic cliff” phenomenon. To solve this issue, it is necessary to study how to transfer the experience of current experts to new people who desire to use CNC equipment. \u0000An “expert system for CNC equipment” is proposed using artificial neural networks (ANNs) and machine-learning data is made available in decimal rather than binary so that mechanical engineers can easily access artificial intelligence. Assuming that an aluminum alloy (AL6063) is machined by a beginner using a lathe, when the tensile strength, cutting speed, and desired surface roughness are input into the ANN, the rotation speed (revolutions per minute) of the spindle and the feed rate are output by the proposed expert system for CNC equipment setting. This study demonstrates that decimal data about aluminum can be used for learning by an ANN, and it is judged that learning by using decimal data is possible for various materials and in various processing situations.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116656469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Linguistic discourse forms and defines the perception of reality at the same time, playing a crucial role in making social identity. The image of teachers and the instruction of teachers are created not only by the people actively participating in the formation of such a perception but by the social context they exist in as well. Therefore, the linguistic discourse used in the newspaper media directly and indirectly both affects the way the public perceives teacher identity. This paper focuses on examining the representation of teachers appearing in the 6 articles of the 3 Australian newspapers through the analysis of the education related articles of newspapers and looks into how the public perceives teachers in newspaper media discourse. In other words, the aim of the research is to ascertain the social identity of teachers which the media has constructed and what the representation does mean in the formation of social identity of teachers made in the result of interpretation of the newspaper media. Furthermore, the research attempts to discuss the impact of the formation of teacher identity on social awareness towards teachers and the instruction of teachers and employs a way such as textual analysis in the light of the nature of the research.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122057073","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
