However, the material has a narrow sintering-temperature range. If the sintering temperature is too low, the crystal structure of cordierite does not form sufficiently; conversely, if it is slightly higher than ideal, the material decomposes into postelite, spinel, and mullite, leading to a significant increase in its thermal expansion coefficient. To overcome this problem, we adjusted the composition of cordierite by mixing it with predetermined amounts of kaolin minerals. After sintering at 1340℃, the resulting ceramic showed satisfactory physical properties, such as bulk density, absorption rate, and porosity. The optimal mixing conditions included a MgO/Al2O3 molar ratio of 1.006 and SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio of 2.4277. Given its low thermal expansion coefficient(2.20 × 10−6/℃ at 800℃ and 2.57 × 10−6/℃ at 1000℃) and favorable physical and shrinkage properties, the cordierite prepared in this work may have potential applications in the development of kiln furniture materials for sintering next-generation secondary battery cathode materials.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130298886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research model was designed to identify the mediating effect of job enthusiasm and the moderating effect of occupational identity. A sample of 303 valid responses were analyzed using regression analysis in SPSS 22.0. The concept of person-environment fit is based on the interaction between individuals and organizations. However, from the perspective of university management teachers who reside on campus, evaluating the teacher’s suitability for interpersonal relationships, organizations, and tasks is important. The study results indicate that if the degree of recognition is high in any kind of suitability, a positive attitude is formed toward the job and organization, and if it is low, a negative attitude takes form. In addition, job enthusiasm effectively influences the effect of person-environment fit on job burnout by partially mediating the relationship. A sense of professionalism means that the effect on job burnout can be maximized by effectively controlling personal-environment fit and job burnout.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115672887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) service, ChatGPT is considered a promising approach to dramatically improve the quality of interactions with computational agents on existing metaverse platforms. The ability of large language models (LLMs) to understand and respond to human communication can be expected to enable more immersive and realistic experiences. Therefore, in this study, we developed a computational model to enhance interaction with AI agents on a virtual campus on the Korea Polytechnics University metaverse platform by using ChatGPT. In future research, we plan to create an LLM with unique domain data related to Korea Polytechnic University and the National Competency Standards (NCS) along with industrial and personal data and implement the model by fine‑tuning a specially designed architecture with a pretrained framework. We plan to apply this system to the virtual Polytech Metaverse Campus for testing and monitoring. We will also perform quantitative and qualitative analyses based on advice from technical experts and the results of objective evaluations.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115005002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the rapid development of mobile communication and the Internet, big data has gradually influenced and penetrated various fields, resulting in new service and business models. In this study, we focused on the problems in the medical supply chain through a big data background and empirically examined how technology, organization, and environment factors affect the utilization and business effect of big data-based supply chain management systems in pharmaceutical companies. Our results revealed that all three independent variables (organization, technology, and environment) positively affect both the supply chain management of pharmaceutical companies and, furthermore, the overall business effect.. Therefore, the overall business value of a company can likely be realized through dynamic adoption of big data in terms of organizational, technical, and environmental aspects, and that it can respond quickly through various surveys and systematic analysis in the rapidly changing market.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129755641","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, the importance of precise detection and tracking capabilities in the seeker systems of guided missiles for future battlefields is increasing. Because the development of the seeker systems of guided missiles requires a high level of technology and involves significant time and cost in research and development, countries advanced in defense technology are leading in related technologies. In the Republic of Korea, various guided missiles, such as anti-air and anti-ship missiles, have been independently developed and the related technologies are maturing. However, the development status of leading countries should be analyzed to identify any technological gaps in the capabilities of our seeker system against potential threats. In this paper, we analyze the development status of foreign seeker systems that primarily use RF, IIR, SAL, and multi-mode sensors, as well as the domestic development status of seeker systems. Furthermore, we propose developmental directions for the necessary technologies for future seeker systems of guided missiles.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126077433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, this study aimed to determine whether the FT-protective effect of the live vaccine (SG9R) was properly expressed in areas that were seriously contaminated with FT, such as in Korea. This study examined the protective effect of the live vaccine (SG9R) through an analysis of the changes in FT outbreaks in poultry farms across the country using national big data (AIMS) for a total of 28 years (from 1995 to early 2023). The results of the analysis of the national AIMS data over the 28-year period showed that the attenuated live FT vaccine (SG9R) was introduced with insufficient preparation but still produced a positive FT protective effect in poultry farms that were seriously contaminated with FT in Korea.","PeriodicalId":383838,"journal":{"name":"Korea Industrial Technology Convergence Society","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121349161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

VR users come into contact with VR controllers based on their own physique and senses, and the usability of VR devices can be improved by applying custom assistive devices to existing standardized VR controllers. As part of the process to improve the usability of VR devices, the focus of this study is on improving the assembly and production process efficiency of custom assistive devices that are compatible with VR controllers. To produce prototype custom assistive devices and make modifications, a small-scale production method for multiple items is required, and 3D printing is one of the flexible production systems that satisfies this requirement. In this study, (1) tensile tests were conducted on PLA material used to make custom assistive devices for VR controllers to determine their mechanical characteristics, and (2) for the safety design of the lever applied to the VR controller and body The required cross-sectional area was identified. And (3) modifications were made to the prototypes to improve their assembly and production process efficiency.
