In this paper, an intelligent fault diagnosis technology of Marine equipment based on long short-term memory network (LSTM) is proposed. The dynamic data of Marine equipment is studied by LSTM, and a multi-layer LSTM neural network is established to diagnose the type and degree of faults. A trend prediction technique of state parameters based on ARMA-BP hybrid prediction model is proposed, which combines ARMA and BP neural network to analyze the information in the sequence of state parameters, and effectively improves the prediction accuracy. This paper proposes a method of constructing intelligent reasoning knowledge base of Marine equipment based on production rules. The method consists of several models. The highway risk factors identification model, extracts risk elements from video images. The vehicle velocity speculation model is built for the driving speeds calculation of different vehicle types. The Road alignment computational model is built for calculating highway alignment according to GPS. The highway risk management model for evaluating highway risk grades and factors is given. The new method greatly accelerates the speed of highway risk assessment and reduces the human cost. For the overall risk assessment, its accuracy depends on the results of each module. Detailed obstacle classification and shift method among layers are introduced to make the mathematical environment closer to the real environment and support the calculation of proposed cost function. In the procedure of planning, more interested points are taken into consideration to increase the opportunity of find more reasonable path and achieve lower route cost during approaching the target. Shared forbidden area and shift cost mechanism are set to make sure the trend is right without shift too often. Traditional navigation systems, consisting of perception, planning, and control, are unable to use noisy visual images efficiently on a power-limited computation unit. These systems also require lots of parameter-tuning work when deployed on a new robot. By contrast, end-to-end approaches, that directly map sensor information and robot state to planned trajectories, have the potential to navigate autonomous ground vehicles on edge computation devices and possess far fewer manually-tuned parameters. However, collecting data on real robots and labeling the data for training is time-consuming and costly. Therefore, many approaches turn to automatic data labeling and collection in the simulation environment. Motivated by a learning-based navigation system for drones, we present a sim-to-real learning-based navigation pipeline for AGVs where the model is solely trained in simulation environments (Gazebo and UE4) and directly deployed to a real AGV. The traditional manual patrol inspection method is inefficient and has high risk coefficient, so it is necessary to introduce unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology to maintain the lines efficiently. This paper combines the characteristics of transmission lines, integrates improved convolutional neural network (CNN) with UAV technology, and studies the feature extraction and feature matching of the images taken by UAV patrol inspection combined with the feature target recognition algorithm of transmission lines. By using the cloud scene technology to represent the corresponding model and scene representation of the transmission line, the example proves that the point cloud recognition and cutting extraction of the transmission line conductor and ground wire have reached a high modeling accuracy, which is verified to be feasible by the example. The arc cannot be \"self-extinguished\" smoothly, causing serious damage to the system. Therefore, it is very important to study the characteristics of arc for the safe and stable operation of system. The Cassie and Mayr arc models are established through PSCAD, and through comparative analysis, the arc models suitable for distribution networks at different voltage levels are obtained. Cassie arc is suitable for simulating arc grounding faults in medium-voltage distribution networks with high arc voltage, and Mayr arc is suitable for simulating Arc ground fault in low voltage distribution network with low arc voltage. In addition, the characteristics of neutral point grounding through transition resistance, neutral point ungrounded , arc grounding fault through arc suppression coil are studied, by building a distribution network model, simulating single-phase grounding faults. The simulation results show that the use of the neutral point to ground through the transition resistance in the distribution network can greatly limit the overvoltage, reduce the requirements for the degree of insulation of the system, and improve the reliability of the system operation. The neutral point is grounded through the arc suppression coil, which can limit the over-voltage and short-circuit current to a certain extent. Its operation safety, reliability and economy are directly related to social production and people's life. As the artery of power grid operation, whether the distribution line can be quickly located and diagnosed after fault directly affects the fault repair time of the line and the outage time of single power supply users, and then affects the economic benefits of the power grid. Therefore, this paper studies a portable comprehensive fault diagnosis device, which can realize the fault location of small resistance grounding system applied in 20kV distribution line by loading DC high voltage. The experimental results show that the integrated design and the touch screen design of human-computer interaction can make the comprehensive fault diagnosis device more miniaturized, intelligent and practical. The device adopts an integrated portable design, which enables rapid troubleshooting by loading DC high voltage, and can help the emergency repair of 20 kV distribution lines. At present, frequency response method, low voltage short circuit impedance method and sweep frequency impedance method are mainly used for field measurement of winding deformation of power transformers at home and abroad. In this paper, the frequency response method and the low voltage impedance method are used to evaluate the winding deformation of a 220kV transformer after a station failure, and the correctness of the evaluation conclusion is verified by the disassembly inspection. For a long time, the insulation supervision has been realized by means of uninterrupted infrared temperature measurement and periodic power failure preventive test. In this study, the relationship between common faults of capacitive voltage transformer and secondary voltage is analyzed first. On this basis, by adopting the data mining technology, only the existing EMS system data are used to make reasonable judgment strategies without increasing the hardware investment of the primary system of the power grid. The quasi-real-time on-line monitoring of CVT is realized through the change law of secondary voltage.
