The phase shifting element supporting circular polarization is first designed and investigated. Under the control of the driving voltage, the reflection phase of the array element can be switched between 0 and 180 degrees with the change of the LC molecules’ state. Consequently, a circularly polarized beam scanning reflectarray is realized by the phase shifting elements periodically arranged on a plane and illuminated by a feeding horn antenna. Numerical simulations are conducted to demonstrate the reflectarray antenna’s performance. Results of numerical simulation show that as the increase of the diameter of the inner core, the amplitude of the radiating-field in the center of the antenna decreases before the turn-on of the output switch, and after the turn-on of the output switch, the same law is discovered for radiating-field in the observation point 3m away from the center of the antenna. In this paper, a single-frequency microwave computational imaging scheme based on programmable metasurface is introduced. Then the influences of phase errors in echo signal on imaging performance are discussed. In order to calibrate the phase errors, a phase calibration imaging method combining the Kaczmarz phase retrieval algorithm and computational imaging algorithm is proposed. The top and bottom layer are capacitive patch layers and the middle layer is inductive wire grid layer. The element with variable size of capacitive patches are judiciously distributed across the lens to provide a gradient phase function so as to compress the wave-front width. A lens antenna, composed of a patch antenna and the proposed lens above it, are designed, simulated and characterized. The results shows good performance-the realized gain increases by 7.08 dB at 2.5 GHz. It has been shown that characteristic modes are orthogonal. In this paper, elliptical patch antennas, with easy fabrication and a single-feed circular polarization, which can generate OAM of 1=2 at 2.4 GHz, is first analyzed using CM theory. The coaxial probe feed position is then appropriately selected to excite the desired CMs with respect to their modal currents. The modal significance and characteristic currents of the elliptical patch are analyzed to describe and explain the performances of the structure. Accurate acquisition of the micro-motion form is a prerequisite for estimating motion and structure parameters of ballistic targets. Firstly, we analyze the micro-Doppler representations under three kinds of micro-motion forms, and the time-frequency maps of radar echo signal are generated as the data set. Then we retrain AlexNet and SqueezeNet using transfer learning to classify the micro-motion form. We also study the effect of noise on the classification performance. In the off-line phase, the hierarchical clustering approach is proposed to distinguish the attacked training data and the attacked-free training data, firstly. By the above data pre-processing, the attacked RSS measurements is found and can be deleted. Then, the online sequential extreme learning machine (OS-ELM) algorithm is used to training the attacked-free data in turn. In on-line phase, according to the obtained RSS measurements, the obtained regression models are straightly used for final position estimation. A sufficient condition is derived such that the closed-loop NMSS can be stochastically stable.
