摘要

提出了一种基于液晶(LC)的工作频率为100 GHz的圆极化1位电子扫描反射天线的设计方法。首先设计并研究了支撑圆偏振的移相元件。在驱动电压的控制下,阵列元件的反射相位可以随着LC分子状态的变化在0 ~ 180度之间切换。因此,通过在平面上周期性布置相移元件并由馈电喇叭天线照射来实现圆极化波束扫描反射阵。通过数值仿真验证了反射天线的性能。结果表明,在1位相移分辨率下,天线的波束扫描范围为-30°~ -10°,增益可达20 dB以上,轴向比保持在3 dB以下。
