Asy'ari in the book of Adab Al-Alim Wa Al-Muta’alim on students' behavior change. \u0000Method: The type of research that the author did was descriptive quantitative research. This research also involves a literature study approach to obtain deeper information about moral education in the book of Adab Al-Alim Wa Al-Muta'alim The source of data in research is the subject from which data can be obtained. \u0000Findings: All students in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung have actually applied good moral education to their teachers. The study will focus on the potential impact in investing in diversified stock portfolio within the stock market exchange in Bursa Malaysia.\u0000Aim: The goal of the research is target to understand the potential existence of the positive correlation and relationship between the KLSE market index and the inflation rate through the CPI.\u0000Method: The quantitative analysis method will be conducted to study the historical data based on the past 20 years’ trend of data from both inflation rate through CPI as well as the KLSE market index. The average yearly growth for the past 20 years performance will also be assessed to understand the comparison on the growth of the inflation and market index.\u0000Findings: The findings had observed that the investment for the portfolio investment representing through the KLSE market index had not been sharing the significant positive correlation and relationship with the inflation rate on CPI. There are parents who give freedom to children on the grounds that children can develop their potential and there are also those who are too afraid that their children are in dangerous or over protective conditions.\u0000Aim: This study aims to see the relationship between parents' overprotective perceptions of adolescent self-adjustment in grade VII MTs Darul Ihsan Aceh Besar students.\u0000Method: The type of research used in this study is quantitative research because the final data analysis is carried out with statistical tests. The data of this study is in the form of numbers analyzed using statistics processed with the SPSS 2.0 for Windows program.\u0000Findings: From the results of data analysis and previous discussions, it can be concluded that there is a very significant positive relationship between the perception of overprotective parents and adolescent self-adjustment in grade VII students in the MTsN Model Banda Aceh. From the results of the analysis, this study has a correlation efficiency of r = 0.593 with a p value = 0.000, meaning that the relationship between the two variables is very significant if p < 0.05. From these results, it shows that the higher the perception of overprotective parents, the higher the adolescent self-adjustment. The data were collected through interviews, observations and document reviews.\u0000Findings: The information on budget management was still limited and in the form of a written report. The budget implementation was not efficient because the realization of some activities was not in accordance with their objectives and did not state any priority to be accomplished. The budget setting procedures were still top-down and determined directly by the National Election Commission. Some changes in the budget and activities were not revised in the final report on election activities and the budget did not fully accommodate the needs of all polling stations (TPS). Some procurement of goods and services and other facilities did not have clear evidence of transactions and some of them were unrealistic and did not correspond to the market price. The quality of these relations defines the organizational culture. Thus, administrative atmosphere depends upon social skills as communication, attitude and response of their co-worker.\u0000Aim: The purpose of this study was to observe the relationship between school principal’s emotional intelligence and confrontational resolving skills.\u0000Method: Partial correlation was conducted to survey the degree of relationships between principal’s emotional intelligence and confrontational resolving skills for the effect of school as an administration, Data analysis was utilized to examine the combined effect of principal’s emotional intelligence quotient and confrontational resolving skills on principal’s achievement. The study population consisted of 72 school principals and 732 teachers within Batticaloa District schools in Sri Lanka. Quantitative data were collected and openly available consistent test pass percentage data.\u0000Findings: The data examination using SPSS and MS Excel showed that the principals have a very high or a high emotional intelligence and they generally use collaborating style of conflict resolution. X in South Tangerang City, Indonesia.\u0000Method: This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The technique of taking research informants used purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis of this study starts from (1) collecting, selecting and compiling data, (2) providing emotional records and selecting data, (3) organizing and reducing data, (4) coding processes to describe settings, people, categories and themes analyzed, and (5) interpreting or interpreting data.\u0000Findings: The protection provided is no different from that of male workers, only with a special type of health service for women during pregnancy to childbirth. This budget for social protection is a corporate obligation and is handledjointly between the company and workers as stipulated in the BPJS Law. By encouraging people to increase their intake of protein from catfish, people increase their overall consumption of fish.\u0000Aim: This study aims to determine the perceptions of the village community towards the development of catfish farming to overcome stunting in Timor Tengah Selatan, Kupang, and Manggarai Regencies.\u0000Method: The method used in this study was a survey method, while the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and literature study.\u0000Findings: The results showed that in developing catfish farming, the positive response from the community towards freshwater fish in the Timor Tengah Selatan, Kupang, and Manggarai regions was significant. Of the 50 respondents, almost half said catfish farming was a good idea. As a result of poor marketing efforts and lack of public acceptance, many respondents believed the catfish industry would not be successful. More than half of the surveyed group or 61.67% believe that catfish marketing is inadequate. It is as same as extension of small loans to very poor for self-employment projects that generate income, allowing them to care for themselves and their families.\u0000Aim: The objective of the study is to analyze the present status of management of micro finance in Saurashtra and it is relation to impact of micro finance among women SHGs in the study area.\u0000Method: In the present study, both exploratory research and descriptive research have been used in accomplishing the objectives of the study. The researcher visited the various blocks on different dates and collected data from different self help groups. To analyze the primary data statistical tools such as Descriptive Analysis, Chi-square test, ANOVA, Garret ranking technique, Discriminate Function Analysis, Friedman Test Factor Analysis, Kendall's coefficient of concordance test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Neural network and Structural Equation Modeling have been used.\u0000Findings: The study conclude that a ailment of Microfinance loan from microfinance institutions is helpful in empowering women economically, socio-culturally and politically.
