The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with case studies. Primary data was obtained through a survey of 134 respondents using the Saturated Sampling method and in-depth interviews with 12 beneficiary respondents. Secondary data was obtained from program planning documents, implementation reports, and monitoring and evaluation data. This research starts from May to June 2023 and is located in the Karawang Kulon Village. The results showed that of the 10 variables measured, it produced an average Community Satisfaction Index of 88.9, which indicated that the quality value of the Karawang Berseri program was A or Very Good. Some of the positive impacts can be seen from the economic, social, and environmental benefits that have been generated, and show that the company's commitment is very good and carrying out its responsibilities to society. The research was conducted in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province. The determination of the research area was carried out purposively (deliberately) with the consideration that the area of Labuhanbatu Regency was because according to BPS data for 2021, there was a deficit in dry milled rice production and corn production in Labuhanbatu which was not proportional to the population growth. The population in this study were all sub-districts that existed in Labuhanbatu Regency, which totaled 9 sub-districts the method used in sampling was a census, and the selection of samples was taken from 9 sub-districts in Labuhan Batu District. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis (multiple regression) through the Cobb-Dougla function, while the results of this study were that in the study the variable area of land had an effect on rice production because t count > t table (6,184 > 2,010) and a significant level 0.000 < 0.05. In the research, the agricultural sector variable has an effect on rice production because of t-count > t table (3,398 > 2,010) and a significant level of 0.002 <0.05. In the research, the variable fertilizer has an effect on rice production because t-count > t table (5.075 <2.010) and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. In this study, the seed variable has an effect on rice production because of t-count > t-table (4,341 < 2,010) and a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. The form of a linear regression model of the Cobb-Douglas production function for the study of factors influencing rice production. Shows the results of (bx1+bx2+bx3+bx4) = 4,761 meaning that in this study the area of land, the contribution of the agricultural sector, the use of fertilizers, and the use of seeds can be projected to see the amount of rice production in harbor stone of 47.61%.","PeriodicalId":38172,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research and Policy","volume":"110 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76370136","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Early warning when a child is approached by an unknown person can cancel the intention of the kidnapper. Indeed, CCTV can be used as a tool to thwart crime. Face Recognition is one of the best biometric recognition systems for identifying someone whose body or DNA has certain characteristics that distinguish one person from another. This research resulted in the right collaboration between CCTV which is equipped with the YOLOv8 algorithm which can detect a human object in real-time and also utilizes face recognition which can prevent child abduction by providing an early warning to kidnappers when approaching children. The results of the first test are the optimal combination using 3 cameras and the CNN method and the shooting time in the afternoon. This combination succeeded in providing an early warning in the form of a siren whose sound is issued with the help of a loudspeaker when a child is left alone and approached by an unknown person with the distance between the camera and the object to be detected as far as 1 meter to 3 meters which takes 15 seconds to 22 seconds to complete the detection process in an image. Then the results of further testing with 6 cameras using the LBPH method take between 17 seconds to 18 seconds to complete the detection process in an image, SVM takes 20 seconds to 42 seconds and CNN takes 17 seconds to 24 seconds.","PeriodicalId":38172,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research and Policy","volume":"3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74744559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The alleged premeditated murder took place at the Duren Tiga Police Service House. As a former police officer, this tragic event is deeply saddening and heart-wrenching. One can only hope that such incidents never happen again to anyone, regardless of their affiliation. However, amidst this sorrow, it serves as a critical turning point for reevaluating the overall development of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) organization. Despite continuous organizational development across generations, recent events, like the Duren Tiga Incident, have cast a shadow on the achievements of the police force. Witnessing this decline is disheartening. To chart a new course, Polri must revisit its core duties and functions. While organizational development has been ongoing, recent events have captured public attention, potentially undermining these efforts. Therefore, a renewed focus on the main functions and tasks is essential. This entails precise strategic planning encompassing legal politics, policy, and implementation. By refocusing on its core mission, Polri can rebuild trust and ensure that such tragic incidents remain a thing of the past. That way, the National Police should look back and focus on the main functions and tasks, which is one of the most accurate strategic plans, both in terms of legal politics, legal policy, and legal implementation.","PeriodicalId":38172,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research and Policy","volume":"6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82693172","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
