With regard to the right of inquiry The House of Representatives to The Corruption Eradication Commission, it is feared to be used as a means to influence and interfere with The Corruption Eradication Commission, even weaken the role of The Corruption Eradication Commission as an independent institution free from any influence of power. Regarding the formulation of the problem in this scientific research is, how the position of The Corruption Eradication Commission in the constitutional system in Indonesia as an independent institution? and whether The House of Representatives may use the right of inquiry to The Corruption Eradication Commission? The type of research used in this scientific research is normative legal research. The Corruption Eradication Commission is an independent state commission in Indonesia that is outside the realm of the three original powers of executive, legislative, and judicial (trias potilica) in the state administration system in Indonesia, so that The Corruption Eradication Commission can not be subject to the right of inquiry by The House of Representatives. This research analyzes how the legal protection against industrial design and Transformation Trips Agreement Against Article 5 Paragraph 1 of the Industrial Design Law. This study aims to know and understand the legal protection of industrial design and Transformation Trips Agreement Against Article 5 Paragraph 1 of the Industrial Design Law. This research uses normative juridical research approach. The conclusion derived from this research is the protection system adopted by the Industrial Design Law is a combination of a system of approaches to copyright and patent rights, TRIPs Agreement Transformation to Article 5 Paragraph 1 is period of time given protection about design industry at least 10 years long counted from the received date and shall not be extended. \u0000Trips Agreement adalah perjanjian yang  merupakan dasar dari aturan tentang kekayaan intelektual salah satunya desain industri bagi Negara anggota WTO termasuk Indonesia yaitu dengan  dibentuknya UU Desain Industri. In carrying out its authority to make authentic deeds, a Notary cannot be separated from errors such as including the same deed number on a different deed. The problems contained in this writing are (1) What is the Notary's responsibility for double numbering on different deeds and (2) What are the legal consequences of multiple numbering on different deeds? The purpose of this paper is to analyze and understand the Notary's responsibility for double numbering on different deeds and legal consequences for double numbering on different deeds. This type of research is normative legal research that uses a type of statute approach. The legal material used consists of primary and secondary legal materials. Card system techniques are used as legal material collection techniques and description techniques as techniques for analyzing legal material. The results of the discussion obtained show that (1) the Notary's responsibility for double numbering on different deeds, namely the Notary is charged with civil liability as determined in Article 84 of the UUJN. This responsibility can be carried out by withdrawing a copy of the related deed whose costs are borne by a Notary, this is done because the mistake in numbering the deed can be detrimental to the parties if the deed is used in the verification process, (2) The legal consequences of double numbering on the different deed namely the deed still considered valid if it has fulfilled the legal requirements of an agreement specified in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. \u0000Notaris ialah pejabat umum yang mempunyai kewenangan untuk membuat suatu akta otentik. Dalam menjalankan kewenangannya membuat akta otentik, Notaris tidak terlepas dari kesalahan seperti mencantumkan nomor akta yang sama pada akta yang berbeda. Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penulisan ini ialah (1) Bagaimana tanggungjawab Notaris terhadap penomoran ganda pada akta yang berbeda dan (2) Bagaimana akibat hukum atas penomoran ganda pada akta yang berbeda? Tujuan penulisan ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dan memahami mengenai tanggungjawab Notaris terhadap penomoran ganda pada akta yang berbeda dan akibat hukum atas penomoran ganda pada akta yang berbeda. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang menggunakan jenis pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Bahan hukum yang digunakan terdiri dari bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Teknik sistem kartu (card system) digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum dan teknik deskripsi sebagai teknik untuk menganalisis bahan hukum. Hasil pembahasan yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa (1) Tanggungjawab Notaris terhadap penomoran ganda pada akta yang berbeda yaitu Notaris dibebankan tanggungjawab secara perdata sebagaimana ditentukan dalam Pasal 84 UUJN. In Article 18 of Government Regulation Number 78 of 2015 concerning Wages states that employers are required to pay wages to workers at the agreed time between employers and workers, but in fact there are often delays in payment of wages to workers which of course affect the welfare of workers and his family. then Based on Article 95 number 2 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Labor, states that if the entrepreneur who is due to his intentions or negligence resulting in delays in payment of wages, is subject to a fine. This writing aims to find out how the form of legal protection for workers in the event of late payment of wages and the need for an explanation of the penalties. The research method used in this study is normative legal research. The conclusion in this study is preventive protection (prevention) should companies be able to avoid delay in payment of wages to workers. It is good by the way the company manages the company's finances carefully so that late payment of wages to workers does not occur. Dalam Pasal 18 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan menyatakan bahwa pengusaha diwajibkan untuk membayarkan upah kepada para pekerja pada ketentuan waktu yang sudah diperjanjikan antara pengusaha dan pekerja, namun dalam kenyataanya kerap terjadi keterlambatan pembayaran upah terhadap para pekerja yang tentu saja mempengaruhi kesejahteraan dari para pekerja dan keluarganya. kemudian Berdasarkan Pasal 95 angka 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan menyebutkan bahwa apabila pengusaha yang dengan kelalaiannya atau kesengajaannya sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pembayaran upah, dikenai sanksi denda. Deposit of tax money by clients based on customary practices aimed at facilitating transaction process. It becomes problem if the original action to help client become act embezzlement money. Based on interviews with Notaries/PPAT in different places stated evidence used sufficient with deposit money. Rules and sanctions have been firmly regulated, but such actions have always taken place in carrying out their duties. Bring up two problems, namely type evidence used in the case of client tax money embezzlement carried out by Notary/PPAT, as well as relation between these actions in carrying out their duties. Purpose of this study is make evidence has legal strength in event of embezzlement, and behavior of the Notary/PPAT to comply with the code of ethics. This study uses empirical legal research based on literature studies and interviews and analyzed using deskripif analysis techniques. The results of the study show important evidence in event of tax evasion cases is proof of receipt which is classified as a proof private deed. However, private deed not yet legal and perfect so the truth can still be denied. Additional legalization is required receipt form of affixing notary stamp and guarantee date and signature receipt. In relation implementation office duties there need for moral and ethics guidance code of ethics so it leads to better behavior. \u0000Notaris/PPAT merupakan pejabat umum yang memiliki kewenangan membuat alat bukti akta otentik. Berdasarkan kepercayaan terhadap Notaris/PPAT, maka segala kepentingan dalam pembuatan akta dipercayakan seluruhnya. Termasuk dalam kepengurusan pembayaran pajak BPHTB yang dikuasakan kepada Notaris/PPAT. Penitipan uang pajak oleh klien didasarkan atas kebiasaan praktik yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan proses transaksi. Menjadi permasalahan apabila tindakan yang semula hanya untuk membantu klien menjadi kasus penggelapan uang. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan Notaris/PPAT di tempat yang berbeda menyatakan bahwa alat bukti yang dipergunakan cukup dengan kwitansi penitipan uang. Aturan dan sanksi telah tegas mengatur, tetapi selalu terjadi tindakan demikian dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatannya. Memunculkan dua permasalahan yaitu jenis alat bukti yang digunakan dalam kasus penggelapan uang pajak klien yang dilakukan oleh Notaris/PPAT, serta kaitan tindakan tersebut dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya. The obscurity of the rule raises doubt for LDO candidates who undergo an internship to assist when asked for assist by LDO to copy LDO’s documents to be used as supplementary files for deed registration. The problems discussed in this research are how the scope of the LDO’s documents are prohibited from being copied by the LDO candidates who undergo an internship and whether copying the LDO’s documents at the LDO’s request carried out the infringement of law. The purposes of the study are to find out the scope of the documents that banned to copy and to find out copying the LDO’s documents at the LDO’s request is an infringement or not. Copying the LDO’s documents based on the request of the LDO or with permission from the LDO for office needs is not an infringement. \u0000Calon Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) yang menjalani magang dilarang menggandakan dokumen pelaksanaan jabatan PPAT sesuai Pasal 9 ayat (3) Permen Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 10 Tahun 2017, namun pengaturan pada pasal tersebut tidak jelas karena tidak ditentukan larangan tersebut hanya berlaku terhadap penggandaan dokumen tanpa izin dari PPAT atau berlaku juga terhadap penggandaan dokumen atas izin PPAT. Ketidakjelasan aturan tersebut menimbulkan keragu-raguan bagi calon PPAT yang menjalani magang untuk membantu ketika dimintai bantuan oleh PPAT untuk menggandakan atau memfotokopi dokumen jabatan PPAT untuk digunakan sebagai berkas pelengkap pendaftaran akta. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana ruang lingkup dokumen pelaksanaan jabatan PPAT yang dilarang digandakan oleh calon PPAT yang menjalani magang, dan apakah perbuatan menggandakan dokumen pelaksanaan jabatan PPAT yang dilakukan atas permintaan PPAT termasuk perbuatan melanggar hukum. The Notary's obligation to read the deed and write down the conditions of the parties appeared before the Notary and the reason that caused the deed is not read on the closing section of the deed is the order of the Law. If there is an error in the parties’ understanding of the deed and causes uncertainty over the deed made, then the power and usefulness of the notary deed is questionable, including the responsibility of the Notary who deliberately doesn’t read the deed before the parties. The purpose of writing this journal is to know, describe, and analyze the position of the notary deed which is not read by the notary before the parties. The research method used is empirical research method with case approach, analytical approach, and legal approach. The results of the study showed that the reading of the deed is a must in every authentic deed drawing as part of the formality of the deed. Notaries are considered responsible and can be blamed if there is a misunderstanding regarding the purpose and content of the deed resulted inevasion of the deed. A notary who intentionally does not read the deed made before the parties is considered to violate the law that can result in the deed drawn being void ab initio and its enforceability becomes similar to a privately made deed. \u0000Notaris mempunyai kewajiban untuk memastikan bahwa apa yang termuat dalam akta notaris sungguh-sungguh telah dimengerti dan sesuai dengan kehendak para pihak. Kewajiban Notaris membacakan akta dan menuliskan keterangan keadaan penghadap saat menghadap kepada Notaris serta alasan atau keterangan akta tidak dibacakan dalam penutup akta adalah perintah Undang-Undang. Apabila ketika terjadi kesalahan pemahaman para pihak atas akta tersebut dan menyebabkan ketidakjelasan atas akta yang dibuat, maka kekuatan dan kegunaan akta notaris tersebut patut dipertanyakan dan juga termasuk tanggung jawab dari Notaris yang secara sengaja tidak membacakan akta dihadapan para pihak. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisa kedudukan akta notaris yang tidak dibacakan oleh notaris dihadapan para penghadap. Adapun metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode penelitian empiris dengan  pendekatan kasus, pendekatan analisis, dan pendekatan perundang – undangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa Pembacaan akta merupakan suatu kewajiban untuk pembuatan akta otentik sebagai bentuk peresmian akta. Notaris dianggap bertanggungjawab dan dapat dipersalahkan apabila terdapat kesalahpahaman mengenai maksud dan isi dari akta dan mengakibatkan terjadi wanprestasi atas akta tersebut. Notary deed that raises the law causes the Notary employee to work as a witness instrument in the deed to be the party responsible and responsible for the law that appears. The legal issue in this journal is the Responsibility for the accountability of instruments in the deed of a Notary? And how to place the legal position in the instrumentation in terms of supporting the Notary deed related to the Notary's responsibility to keep the confidentiality of the deed which is made by him based on Article 16 Paragraph (1) Letter F and Article 40 of the UUJN Amendment?, This article is analyzed by normative legal research methods with a study of Article 16 paragraph (1) letter f UUJN Changes that still involve obscurity of legal norms. The purpose of this study is to examine the accountability of the instrumentair in the deed of the Notary and also provide understanding in terms of the legal position of the instrumentair selection related to the authenticity of the Notary deed. The results of the study through the journal can prove the lawsuits related to the substance of the deed whose signing involved him, remembering his capacity only employees who are functioned by a Notary to prepare the deed. The legal position of viewing related to the occupation of the Notary keeps the confidentiality of the deed whose production is made based on Article 16 paragraph (1) letter f and Article 40 of the UUJN. Therefore the instrumentair witness cannot apply Article 322 of the Criminal Code because his capacity as an election is not bound by professional ownership. Witness instructors who do not support the confidentiality of Notary documents. \u0000Status hukum pegawai Notaris dalam kapasitasnya menjadi saksi Instrumentair guna mendukung sahnya suatu akta autentik merupakan hal yang tak terpisahkan dan memiliki konsekwensi hukum terhadap akta Notaris. Akta Notaris yang menimbulkan persoalan hukum menyebabkan pegawai Notaris yang berfungsi sebagai saksi instrumentair dalam akta menjadi pihak yang dianggap tahu dan bertanggung jawab atas persoalan hukum yang muncul. According to that regulation, of course the notary has an important role in the making of the land sale and purchase agreement. A land sale and purchase agreement must meet the subjective requirements and objective requirements as contained in Article 1320 of the Civil Code (KUHPerdata). The problems that occur are: (1) How is the position of the deed of binding agreement on the sale and purchase of land containing legal defects? and (2) How is the notary's responsibility related to the cancellation of the binding contract of sale and purchase agreement due to a legal defect in its manufacture? The type of this research is legal research. The results of this research indicate that the position of the deed of binding agreement on sale and purchase of land that contains legal defects is not as a deed that has perfect proof power, so that the law can be canceled or null and void by law. This is related to subjective requirements and objective conditions in the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The responsibility of the notary is related to the cancellation of the binding agreement on the sale and purchase of land due to a legal defect in the form of notary public, criminal, administrative, and notary codes of conduct. \u0000Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 Tentang Jabatan Notaris (UUJN) memberikan kewenangan kepada notaris untuk membuat suatu perjanjian. Terkait dengan hal tersebut tentunya notaris memiliki peran penting dalam pembuatan Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB) tanah. Suatu perjanjian jual beli tanah harus memenuhi syarat subjektif dan syarat objektif sebagaimana terkadung dalam Pasal 1320 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata). Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu: (1) Bagaimanakah kedudukan akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli tanah yang mengandung cacat hukum? dan (2) Bagaimanakah pertanggungjawaban notaris terkait dengan batalnya akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli tanah diakibatkan adanya cacat hukum dalam pembuatannya?. Penelitian ini beranjak dari penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kedudukan akta perjanjian pengikatan jual beli tanah yang mengandung cacat hukum yaitu tidak sebagai akta yang memiliki kekuatan pembuktian yang sempurna, sehingga berakibat hukum akta dapat dibatalkan atau batal demi hukum. Hal ini berkaitan dengan syarat subjektif dan syarat objektif dalam ketentuan Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. The writing of this journal aims to develop Notary Legal Science that examines the authority of the Notary to validate the suitability of the photocopy with the original letter. The study of scientific journal writing uses a type of normative research that departs from the obscurity of legal norms Article 15 paragraph (2) letter d UUNJ-P regarding the authority of a Notary to authorize the compatibility of a photocopy with the original letter. The results of this journal research is legal certainty Article 15 paragraph (2) letter d UUJN-P related to the authority of the Notary in validating the suitability of the photocopy with the original letter there is still a vague legal norm that does not provide clarity of understanding of how the Notary does the matching and what letter matching validation can be done. The authority of the Notary in ensuring the correctness of the suitability of the photocopy with the original letter whether or not having the authority in the study of the author is a Notary having the authority stipulated in the provisions of Article 15 paragraph (2) letter d UUJN-P but in this case it needs to be corrected in the future considering UUJN-P is not provide legal certainty to the extent of the authority of the Notary in validating the suitability of the photocopy with the original letter. \u0000Berdasarkan Pasal 15 ayat (2) huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris mengenai kewenangan Notaris melakukan pengesahan kesesuaian fotokopi dengan surat aslinya terdapat kekaburan norma hukum yang menimbulkan multitafsir dalam hal pengesahan kecocokan fotokopi yang dilakukan oleh Notaris sesuai dengan surat aslinya yang tidak memberikan kejelasan pemahaman tentang bagaimana cara Notaris untuk melakukan pencocokan fotokopi dengan surat asli dan apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh Notaris untuk mengetahui keaslian fotocopi dokumen yang diberikan penghadap dalam melaksanakan pengesahan pencocokan sesuai dengan aslinya.Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini guna mengembangkan Ilmu Hukum Kenotariatan yang mengkaji tugas Notaris melakukan pengesahan kecocokan fotokopi dengan surat aslinya.
