If an organization focuses only on the strategic side of the model, and if there is little congruence between the strategic and cultural side, the organization will stagnate and develop the characteristics of an entrenched bureaucracy. In contrast, if a company focuses only on the cultural side, the organization will quickly become a wonderful place to work but, unfortunately, it will soon close its doors because it lacks the ability to achieve long-term results. All models tend to generalize and cannot by their very nature take into account exceptions. Models tend to simplify complex issues. This, of course, is both a positive and a negative. The simplicity may help you see things you would otherwise have missed, but models do not answer all questions that may be posed relative to the given model's intended purpose. We also have to concern ourselves with the reality that these behaviours are motivated by shared values.","PeriodicalId":375405,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 23rd International Conference on Information Technology Interfaces, 2001. Findings indicated adequate overall performance, and changing course content needs over a four year time period. We consider such computational problems as follows: the construction of the group using given elements or a genetic code (generators and relations), the operations with the group elements as well as the calculations of subgroups and their powers, normal subgroup, factor-group, etc. We also give a comparison of the user interface implementation of our software with Maple V Release 5. Therefore, managers can spend more time supporting the employees. Process teams do not need a boss, but a coach who gives advice, who does not take part in the game but who knows the rules and who is always available. The new manager prepares the way for his colleagues and creates the necessary surroundings. It is about being capable to get along well with people and to be proud of the achievement of others e.g. (Hammer, 1994). It is now the de-facto standard graphical language for specifying, constructing, visualising and documenting software-intensive systems. Some extensions to the original standard have also been proposed and implemented for business modelling. NEPTUNE (Nice Environment with a Process and Tools Using Norms and Examples) is a European Commission-funded project under the IST (Information Society Technologies) programme. A significant innovation in this project is the incorporation of the use of UML in contexts other than software engineering (viz. in business process modelling and knowledge engineering). Additionally, the validation tools that we are developing check for coherency between UML diagrams (for each working context) - something that is not available in other tools. A feedforward neural network with sigmoid nodes and one hidden layer was trained by backpropagation.
