Sensing this condition, the researchers provided assistance to trained teachers at Palu City Middle Schools. Mentoring uses the Problem Recognition Task strategy. The research subjects were Christian Religious Education teachers as trained teachers in the researcher's supervision area. The research design is collaborative School Action Research (PTS). The research was conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques use written tests and observations. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the analysis for the implementation of the RPP in cycle I obtained a score of 102 (85%) qualitatively in the category \"Quite appropriate\", cycle II obtained a score of 113 (94.17%) qualitatively entering the category \"Suitable\". For initial understanding, all teachers prepared a PTK proposal of 54.17, qualitatively in the category \"Good enough\". In cycle I quantitatively a score of 69.17 was obtained, in the \"Good\" category, and in cycle II quantitatively a score of 85.00 was obtained, in the \"Good\" category. The teacher's initial ability to prepare PTK proposals was 33.02%, qualitatively in the \"Not good\" category. In cycle I, quantitatively there was an increase in the average percentage score of 63.89%, qualitatively \"Good\". Cycle II obtained an average percentage score of 80.40% and qualitatively \"Good\". ABSTRAKSejak diluncurkan salah satu persyaratan kenaikan pangkat bagi profesi guru yaitu Karya Tulis Ilmiah khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ternyata sampai sekarang masih banyak guru yang belum memahami melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan menyusun laporan hasil PTK. Merasakan kondisi tersebut peneliti melakukan pendampingan bagi guru binaan di SMP Kota Palu. Pendampingan menggunakan strategi Tugas Mengenal Masalah. Subyek penelitian adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen sebagai guru binaan pada wilayah pengawasan peneliti. Rancangan penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) kolaboratif. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengunpulan data menggunakan tes tulis dan pengamatan. Analisis data dilakukan secara diskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis untuk pelaksanaan RPP pada siklus I diperoleh skor sebesar 102 (85%) secara kualitatif masuk katagori ”Cukup sesuai”, siklus II diperoleh skor 113 (94,17%) secara kualitatif masuk katagori ”Sesuai”. Untuk pemahaman awal seluruh guru menyusun proposal PTK sebesar 54,17, secara kualitatif masuk katageri ”Cukup baik”. Pada siklus I secara kuantitatif diperoleh skor 69,17, masuk katageri ”Baik”, dan siklus II secara kuantitatif diperoleh skor 85,00, masuk katagori ”Baik”. The principal as a supervisor provides assistance through supervision activities to improve the learning process. This research activity was carried out in two cycles with the result that there was an increase in value between cycle 1 and cycle 2, both lesson plans or lesson plans and the learning process in the classroom during the observation process. These results were obtained due to implementing supervision by examining learning tools related to the preparation of lesson plans, preparing media and learning resources while providing assistance according to teacher needs, this was done at the first meeting. The activities at the second meeting were carried out by academic supervision with individual techniques. Not only that, the principal had private conversations regarding the preparations and steps prepared in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities including in the preparation of visual aids and the implementation of evaluations included in the learning process. The results in implementing these actions can be seen in cycle 2 which describes all teachers or 17 out of 17 teachers or 100% of teachers who have completed both the preparation of learning tools and the observation of the learning process with scores between 76 – 100. ABSTRAKKepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor melakukan pendampingan melalui kegiatan supervisi untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan hasil terjadi peningkatan nilai antara siklus 1 dengan siklus 2 baik itu perencanaan pembelajaran atau RPP maupun proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas pada saat proses pengamatan berlangsung. Hasil tersebut diperoleh karena menerapkan supervisi dengan menelaah instrumen perangkat pembelajaran terkait penyusunan RPP, persiapan media dan sumber belajar sekaligus memberikan pendampingan sesuai kebutuhan guru hal ini dilakukan pada pertemuan pertama. Adapun kegiatan pada pertemuan kedua dilakukan supervisi akademik dengan teknik individu. Tidak hanya itu, kepala sekolah melakukan percakapan pribadi terkait persiapan dan langkah-langkah yang disiapkan dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar termasuk dalam persiapan alat peraga dan pelaksanaan evaluasi yang terinklud dalam proses pembelajaran. Action research is a process that gives credence to the development of reflective power, discussion and thinking. The data is collected by: observation, documentation and tests. Meanwhile, the analysis uses analytical descriptive. The research was carried out in Class Research on two cycles includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. At the planning stage, learning scenarios are prepared and learning tools are prepared. The learning process is carried out using an inquiry approach. Observation results are presented in discussion. At the observation stage, students' activities and final learning results tests are carried out. The performance indicator in the research was the achievement of individual and classical learning completeness of 88.46%. The results of the implementation of cycle I showed that the performance indicators had not been achieved because the students' learning outcomes only reached an average score of 62.69 and 61.53% of students had completed their studies. Improvements in increasing student activity in cycle II show the completeness of student learning outcomes, namely with an average score of 71.71 and completeness of learning outcomes of 88.46%.
 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian tindakan merupakan suatu proses yang memberikan kepercayaan kepada pengembangan kekuatan reflektif, diskusi dan berfikir. Adapun pengumpulan datanya dengan cara: observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Sedangkan analisisnya menggunakan deskriptif analitis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelas X IPA SMA N 1 Bone Semeseter Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian atas dua siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pada tahap perencanaan disusun skenario pembelajaran dan menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan inquiry. Hasil observasi dipresentasikan dalam diskusi. Pada tahap observasi, dilakukan pengamatan aktifitas peserta didik dan tes hasil akhir belajar. Indikator kinerja pada penelitian berupa tercapainya ketuntasan belajar secara individual dan klasikal sebesar 88,46%. Hasil pelaksanaan siklus I menunjukkan bahwa indikator kinerja belum tercapai karena hasil belajar peserta didik hanya mencapai rerata nilai 62,69 dan 61,53% peserta didik yang tuntas belajar. This study is categorized as Classroom Action Research. The data collection techniques employed in this study encompass observation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the STAD model can elevate cooperation and responsibility. This is substantiated by the increase in average cooperation questionnaire scores: from an initial condition of 50.83 to 64.82 in cycle I, and further to 77.05 in cycle II. Additionally, this enhancement is also evident from the increase in average observation scores for cooperation: from an initial condition of 38.48, to 56.06 in cycle I, and 70.30 in cycle II. The outcomes related to responsibility are reflected in the increased average questionnaire scores: from an initial condition of 54.77, to 60.62 in cycle I, and 78.3 in cycle II. Similarly, this is also seen in the augmented average observation scores, starting from pre-cycle at 41.91, to 59.59 in cycle I, and 70.70 in cycle II. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama dan tanggungjawab menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD pada siswa kelas V-C SD Kanisius Sengkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model STAD dapat meningkatkan kerjasama dan tanggungjawab. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor kuesioner kerjasama dari kondisi awal 50,83 siklus I 64,82, dan siklus II 77,05. Selain itu juga dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata skor observasi dari kerjasama dari kondisi awal 38,48, siklus I 56,06 dan pada siklus II 70,30. Hasil tanggung jawab dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata skor kuesioner dari kondisi awal 54,77, siklus I 60,62, dan pada siklus II 78,3. In this case, the case of the crime of theft with weighting in the case study of case decision number 1530/Pid.B/2019/PN.TNG is analyzed using the theory of Anomie from Robert King Merton which is well known today and the sanctions against perpetrators of the crime of crime of theft with weighting. The problem in this research is whether the criminal act of theft with weighting in case decision number 1530/Pid.B/2019/PN.TNG is included in the social structure deviation in Robert King Merton's theory of anomie and what are the sanctions for perpetrators of the crime of theft with weighting in the case decision? number 1530/Pid.B/2019/PN.TNG. This research method is normative juridical, namely research by examining library materials. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. The conclusion is that the actions committed by Defendant I and Defendant II as well as the DPO fall within social structural deviations in Robert King Merton's theory of anomie and the sentence handed down by the judge to Defendant I and Defendant II is heavier than the demands of the Public Prosecutor, but lower than the threat punishment from the Article that it threatens. ABSTRAKTindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan ini masih terjadi pada saat ini, apabila seseorang terbukti melakukan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan, maka orang tersebut harus dijatuhi pidana. Dalam hal ini kasus tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan dalam studi kasus putusan perkara nomor 1530/Pid.B/2019/PN.TNG dianalisis dengan teori Anomie dari Robert King Merton yang terpandang pada masa kini dan sanksi terhadap pelaku kejahatan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan dalam putusan perkara nomor 1530/Pid.B/2019/PN.TNG termasuk kedalam penyimpangan struktur sosial dalam teori anomie Robert King Merton dan bagaimana sanksi terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan dalam putusan perkara nomor 1530/Pid.B/2019/PN.TNG. Adapun Metode Penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif yaitu suatu penelitian dengan meneliti bahan kepustakaan. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. This research was carried out in 3 (three) cycles, each cycle was carried out in 3 meetings, namely meeting 1, meeting 2, and meeting 3 with the stages in each cycle including planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were students of Class Data collection methods were obtained through observation, processing of problem-based learning models and formative tests. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the problem-based learning model has a positive impact in improving Mathematics learning achievement in class cycle, student learning achievement continues to experience significant improvement, namely cycle I (74%), cycle II (77%), and cycle III (90%) and in cycle III student learning achievement has classically reached the standard of learning achievement. Likewise, student learning completeness also experienced a significant increase, namely cycle I (56%), cycle II (65%), and cycle III (100%) and in cycle III classical student learning completeness was also achieved.
 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Reseach). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 (tiga) siklus, tiap siklus dilaksanakan dalam 3 pertemuan yaitu pertemuan 1, pertemuan 2, dan pertemuan 3 dengan tahapan pada tiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksana tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi Kelas XI MIPA 1 SMAN Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung Tahun 2022 Mata Pelajaran Matematika pada pokok bahasan Fungsi dan Komposisi fungsi. Metode Pengumpulan Data diperoleh melalui observasi pengolahan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, dan tes formatif. Teknik Analisa Data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil peneilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar Matematika pada siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMAN Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung tahun 2022. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi berupa test formatif yang dilakukan pada akhir pertemuan 3 pada tiap siklus, prestasi belajar siswa terus mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, yaitu siklus I (74%), siklus II (77%), dan siklus III (90%) dan pada siklus III prestsasi belajar siswa secara klasikal telah mencapai standar prestasi belajar. This research is classroom action research with a qualitative method approach. In its learning, this research uses a problem based learning model. The subjects of this classroom action research are students of class XI Science 1 SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques use observation sheets, student test results, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Learning using the Problem Based Learning method is an effective strategy for delivering material on trigonometric equations for students in class better.
 ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 8 Muaro Jambi dengan penerapan pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Dalam pembelajaranya penelitian ini menggunakan suatu model pembelajaran problem based learning. Subyek dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, hasil tes siswa, dan dokumentasi. Pada analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. The subjects of this research were students in class X.MIPA 3, totaling 36 students consisting of 13 male students and 23 female students. This classroom action research consists of 2 stages, namely preparation and implementation of the research. The implementation stage consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 3 meetings with 4 stages: Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. The use of ESD-based modules and PBL models can improve learning outcomes for electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. If in cycle I the percentage of students who completed was 80.56% (29 students) and the remaining 19.44% (7 students) had not yet completed. The results of the final test of cycle II showed that the percentage of students who had completed was 88.89% (32 students) and 11.11% (4 students) had not completed. The use of ESD-based modules and the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model as an effort to improve learning outcomes for Electrolyte and Non-Electrolyte Solution material in Class X.MIPA Students at SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang is carried out by applying the steps (syntax) of Problem Based Learning ( PBL) and maximize the use of modules as learning resources.
 ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi peningkatan hasil belajar materi Larutan Elektrolit dan Non – Elektrolit pada siswa kelas X.MIPA3 SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dengan penggunaan modul berbasis ESD dan model PBL. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang, dilaksanakan pada waktu semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 pada bulan Januari - Februari 2022. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.MIPA 3 yang berjumlah 36 siswa terdiri dari 13 siswa laki – laki dan 23 siswa perempuan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari 2 tahap, yaitu persiapan dan pelaksanaan penelitian. tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari 2 siklus. masing – masing siklus terdiri 3 pertemuan dengan 4 tahap: Perencanaan (Planning), Tindakan (Acting), Pengamatan ( Observing), dan Refleksi (Reflecting). Penggunaan Modul Berbasis ESD dan Model PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil Belajar materi Larutan Elektrolit dan Non – Elektrolit. Jika pada siklus I diperoleh prosentase peserta didik tuntas sebesar 80,56% (29 siswa) dan sisanya sebesar 19,44% (7 siswa) belum tuntas. Hasil Tes akhir siklus II diperoleh prosentase peserta didik tuntas sebesar 88,89% (32 siswa) dan 11,11% (4 siswa) belum tuntas. This study uses an Action Research Approach. The results of this study indicate that the results of supervision carried out by the principal can improve the implementation of the teacher's main tasks. This also proves that the supervision of the principal and individual meetings with each teacher to reflect on the learning process have a very important role in improving the implementation of the teacher's main duties. The implication of this research is that if the supervisory role of the school principal is always carried out, then the learning process in the classroom will provide good feedback between teachers and students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peranan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi Semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Action Research. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil supervisi yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru. Hal ini juga membuktikan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dan pertemuan individual dengan masing-masing guru untuk merefleksi proses pembelajaran punya peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection uses in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of this study are as follows: (1) learning planning in the accelerated program begins with selection in the first semester, determining the number of students who pass in the second semester, determining the number of subjects in the semester credit system (SKS), determining the amount of student study time. (2) the implementation of accelerated program learning is carried out by grouping students into Science, Social Studies, and Language majors for each one class/department, implementing 3 semesters/year of learning and being educated by selected educators. (3) learning evaluation is carried out 2 times in each semester which is carried out by the Principal, vice principal and supervisor from the education office
 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pada manajemen pembelajaran program akselerasi di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran pada program akselerasi dimulai dengan seleksi pada semester satu, penetapan jumlah siswa yang lolos pada semester dua, penetapan jumlah mata pelajaran dalam sistem kredit semester (SKS), Penetapan jumlah waktu belajar siswa. (2) pelaksanaan tentang pembelajaran program akselerasi dilakukan melalui pengelompokan siswa ke dalam jurusan IPA, IPS, dan Bahasa untuk masing-masing satu kelas/jurusan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran 3 semester/tahun dan dididik oleh para pendidik yang terpilih.
