This study uses an Action Research Approach. The results of this study indicate that the results of supervision carried out by the principal can improve the implementation of the teacher's main tasks. This also proves that the supervision of the principal and individual meetings with each teacher to reflect on the learning process have a very important role in improving the implementation of the teacher's main duties. The implication of this research is that if the supervisory role of the school principal is always carried out, then the learning process in the classroom will provide good feedback between teachers and students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peranan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi Semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Action Research. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil supervisi yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru. Hal ini juga membuktikan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dan pertemuan individual dengan masing-masing guru untuk merefleksi proses pembelajaran punya peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru. Abstract

本研究旨在揭示在2020/2021学年的双学期,在SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City,学校校长在执行教师在规划、实施和评估学习过程中的主要职责时所起的监督作用。本研究采用行动研究方法。本研究结果显示,校长督导的结果可以改善教师主要任务的执行。这也证明了校长的监督和与每位教师单独会面反思学习过程对提高教师主要职责的执行具有非常重要的作用。本研究的含义是,如果始终发挥学校校长的监督作用,那么课堂学习过程将在教师和学生之间提供良好的反馈。[摘要]penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peranan superi kepala sekolah terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi提出pembelanajan,并于2019 /2021年在马来西亚举行。Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan行动研究。Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Hasil监督yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok guru。Hal ini juga membuktikan bahwa superi kepala sekolah dan perteman个人禅修大师untuk merefleksi, penbelajaran punya peranan yang sangat pendam meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok大师。impikasi dari penelitian ini jika peran监督kepala sekolah selalu dilaksanakan, maka提议pembelajaran di kelasakan成员反馈yang baik antara guru dan siswa。
