Islam provides regulatory guidelines starting from the smallest social level to the broadest scale, namely the state. The state as the largest social community has a great responsibility because it deals with the affairs of a large society. The Islamic state system had become a public discourse in the late twentieth and early twentieth centuries. The bearers of the ideology of the Islamic state display their ideas by including figures as legitimacy, including Sayyid Qutb and al-Mawdudi. His arguments are accompanied by the interpretation of the Qur'anic version of the characters' interpretations. In state theory, there are two forms of state, republic and monarchy. While the state system there are four kinds, namely nomocracy, democracy, aristocracy and theocracy. For the bearers of the ideology of the Islamic state, it is said that the Islamic state system has its own characteristics and is independent which is not the same as the theory of the state in general. The Islamic state aspires to form a supranational state that binds all state barriers so that there is no longer a state in the form of a national state. This discourse has become an endless debate. Some figures say that the supranational system is a utopian concept. Syafi'i","doi":"10.36835/ancoms.v6i1.352","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36835/ancoms.v6i1.352","url":null,"abstract":"Islamic law or fiqh is ineffective in responding to legal problems that are happening in society if the tools of the ijtihad or istinbāṭ al-aḥkām process are ignored. The rule “changes in law due to changes in times, places, and conditions” emphasizes the development of law. Therefore, the development of the istinbāṭ al-aḥkām methodology and reforms need to be carried out to be able to accommodate human problems as logical demands in the reality of life. This study examines the dynamics of making legal decisions by Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in responding to contemporary problems in Indonesia. With a qualitative approach and library research, researchers will examine various sources, both primary and secondary, contained in various decisions of the National Deliberation and NU General Conference, journals, books and other research results. The 1992 National Deliberation in Bandar Lampung was the basic foundation of the law-making system for NU, it was explained that the law-taking procedure was within the framework of being based on one of the four agreed schools of thought and prioritizing the Qauli school of thought. If it is not found either qauliy or ilhaq, then it is carried out according to the Manhajiy school of thought. The next generation of Ulama make explanations (syarah) in stages, at the 2015 Muktamar deciding on the istinbāṭ Jamā'iy Mechanism, the 2017 National Deliberation deciding on the Taqrīr and Ilhāq Jamā'i Mechanisms, and the 2021 National Conference deciding on the istinbāṭ Maqashidi Mechanism or istinbāṭ Istishlahi . Wasatch Islam is a group of people who present humanist-dialogical values, prioritize brotherhood over hostility, uphold harmony and tolerance between religious believers and avoid extreme paths. Related to this, as happened to the people of the village of Rejoagung, Jombang Regency. In this society, there are three religions (Islam, Christianity, and Hinduism) that live in harmony and harmony. Islam as the majority religion is the main driver in maintaining harmony between the two religions. Other people as a minority group have never experienced discrimination and domination. They are free to practice their beliefs and worship according to their respective religions. Seeing the reality of life like this, of course, is far different from reality in general, where conflicts often occur due to differences in SARA. So to answer the interest in the problem above, the theory used by the author in this paper is the communicative action theory from Jurgen Habermas which emphasizes the existence of communicative action patterns and deliberative attitudes in the public sphere. The results of this study indicate that Wasa'iyah's Islamic Attitude was built on three strengths. The first is the teachings attached to every religion adhered to by the people of the Rejoagung village, the second is the sacredness that is believed by every religious believer and the third is the spiritual power that is believed by every religious believer as a manifestation of the sanctity of religion. The birth of these three forces is based on the dialectic between the beliefs of the people of Rejoagung village and their predecessors as well as on the religious values ​​believed by them. In responding to this challenge, the religious moderation movement needs to be realized as a counter in dealing with it. This article explains the importance of mainstreaming religious moderation through aswaja an-nahdliyah education in schools in Indonesia. Through reading for text on relevant documents and content analysis, this article produces three substantive ideas. First, the mainstreaming of religious moderation needs to be realized in various fields and levels in every element of life, especially in educational institutions. Second, aswaja an-nahdliyah education (tawazun, tasamuh, tawasuth) contains teachings that are relevant to the substance of the policy and practice of religious moderation. Third, mainstreaming religious moderation can be realized through the practice of aswaja an-nahdliyah education in schools in Indonesia. In the video, the young man judged that the root of all natural disasters, including the eruption of Semeru, was the many “shirk” practiced which made Allah swt angry. Furthermore, this article is a fiqh research that will explain how the position of \"sesaji\" in the perspective of fiqh “sedekah” in Indonesia. In this article, the main object of this study is the event of giving “Sesaji” after the eruption of Semeru by the Moslems there. As a fiqh research, of course the explanation that will be explained in this article is how fiqh sedekah reads these activities which the sedekah itself is one of the teachings of Islam which has a high meaning and value of tolerance for the others. Fiqh sedekah in the context of religiousities in Indonesia is very flexible and relevant to the context of a multicultural society. Based on the data obtained from informants regarding the origin of this \"sesaji\", it was concluded that the sesaji were given by moslems intended to reject bala’ while avoiding the anger of the jinn. The local community considers that \"sesaji\" can be a means to ask permission from God Almighty so that the genie is not angry, because the genie is also a creature of God. The \"sesaji\" are placed around the mountain after the eruption of Semeru to be eaten by birds and other animals and are not intended for alms to humans. Berbagai tradisi moderasi tersebut sekaligus menjadi strategi resiliensi, ditambah dengan komitmen pesantren terhadap kedaulatan negara. Secara lebih terperinci, artikel ini membahas bentuk ketahanan Pesantren Karangasem Muhammadiyah Lamongan dari ideologi ekstremisme kekerasan agama. Artikel ini mengajukan dua pertanyaan, yaitu bagaimana bentuk ketahanan Pesantren Karangasem dari ideologi ekstremisme agama dan bagaimana bentuk ketahanan tersebut dapat berimplikasi mencegah masuknya aktor-aktor Islam radikal dalam aktifitas sosial-keagamaan pesantren dan warga sekitar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, Pesantren Karangasem merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berkontribusi dalam mendesiminasikan moderasi beragama melalui bentuk-bentuk resiliensi yang bersumber dari karisma kiai dan tradisi intelektual Islam pesantren. Some of the problems studied are (1) the reasons for the importance of studying multiculturalism for students, (2) the forms of planting multiculturalism values based on Islamic religion for students of the Islamic Institute Tarbiyatut Tholabah (Tabah) Lamongan (3) the implications of multiculturalism on the understanding of IAI Tabah students about multiculturalism. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods. Multiculture already exists in Islamic teachings called Tasamuh. Tasamuh is a mubalaghah from samaha which means tolerance. Tasamuh is an open attitude that recognizes the diversity of ethnic groups, races, skin colors, languages, customs, cultures, languages, and religions. Multicultural education must include the concepts of diversity, respect, justice, tolerance, racism, prejudice, discrimination, and stereotypes. The results show that multiculturalism is important to be taught to students to realize Islamic moderation or Wasathiyah Islam. Activities are directed to support the multiculturalism of campus life. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi positif dari Nilai-Nilai Inti Mbah Hasyim dalam pendidikan perdamaian dunia melalui lembaga-lembaganya. Nilai-nilai inti mbah Hasyim saat ini relevan untuk diangkat ketika UNESCO mencanangkan pendidikan perdamaian dunia. Nilai-nilai tersebut dilihat dalam konteks perspektif umat Islam Indonesia. Mbah Hasyim sebagai pendiri Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) memiliki jiwa damai karena ia menemukan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dan nilai-nilai yang diturunkan dari ajaran Islam dan dirumuskan menjadi nilai-nilai triple core. NU sebagai organisasi keagamaan yang berlandaskan konsep Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah, memiliki prinsip 3 Ts: Tawassut (Moderat), Tawazun, Tasamuh, plus amar ma'ruf dan nahi munkar; yang selalu menjadi landasan politik kebangsaan NU dalam perpolitikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi nilai-nilai inti mbah Hasyim serta melihat implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut ke dalam Organisasi NU. Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk mendapatkan konsep yang jelas dan tepat sebelum melanjutkan penelitian lapangan yang akan menjadi langkah penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang pertama-tama memanfaatkan studi kepustakaan dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian akan membuktikan nilai-nilai inti Mbah Hasyim berkontribusi banyak terhadap toleransi beragama, perdamaian dan hidup bersama dalam satu visi dan identitas sebagai kebangsaan Indonesia. In the process of developing the religion of Islam, people should first examine the various controversies that have occurred throughout Islamic civilization. One of the controversies that occur among the Muslims is the controversy between the Sufis and the mutafaqqih regarding fiqh. This is due to differences in perception between the Sufis whose views are spiritual and the mutafaqqih who are outward in nature. In analyzing the data of this study, the author uses two theories, the theory of A.J.
