The perdurantist cannot distinguish between these two possibilities by\u0000 appealing to different instantaneous velocities of instantaneous temporal\u0000 parts of the disc, since by doing so he would violate the Humean\u0000 supervenience thesis. The basis of the analysis is the Maria Reicher?s\u0000 determination of the structure of the aesthetic experience and Roman\u0000 Ingarden?s theory of aesthetic experience. The paper shows how dynamically\u0000 and mutually conditioned two basic elements - representation and feeling -\u0000 constitute an aesthetic experience. The aesthetic experiences begins with\u0000 the original emotion. The original emotion reveals the aesthetic qualities\u0000 of the object, stops everyday life and enables the transition from everyday\u0000 practical to aesthetic attitude. Aesthetic attitude based on perceived\u0000 aesthetic qualities leads to the constitution of an aesthetic object. The\u0000 aesthetic object re-energizes the aesthetic emotions that now complete the\u0000 process od constituting the aesthetic experience. The emotional evocation of\u0000 the immediate aesthetic experience is the basis for assessing the aesthetic\u0000 value of an aesthetic object. The basic thesis of this paper is that least\u0000 three moments should be distinguished in the aesthetic component of the\u0000 aesthetic experience. In the first moment, the original emotions stops the\u0000 practical everyday attitude, establishes the aesthetic attitude and starts\u0000 the process of creating an aesthetic experiences. In the second moment,\u0000 aesthetic emotion is an integral part of the aesthetic experiences and is\u0000 closely connected with aesthetic representation. On the one side, the questions concerning divine\u0000 cognition, such as the identity of the divine cognition and the divine\u0000 substance, its nondiscursivity, its scope or future contingents are\u0000 considered in the articles dedicated to the angels. On the other side, the\u0000 proper characteristics of the human cognition in the part of the Summa on\u0000 human soul, such as the active intellect, lack of inborn intelligible\u0000 species, the inductive procedure in the abstracting from sense cognition,\u0000 the cognition of the particulars, those problems are analyzed in the part on\u0000 angelic cognition too. Aesthetics of the\u0000 atmospheres is a consequence of revival of aesthesis in contemporary\u0000 aesthetics. The concept of atmospheres changes the model of perception from\u0000 mechanical-cognitivistic to pathic and existential: perception is not\u0000 grasping the sensitive qualities of things, but bodily sensing ourselves in\u0000 the presence of atmospheres filling space or environment. Traditional\u0000 concept of aisthesis and aesthetics as a science of sensitive knowledge\u0000 provides a model for contemporary aesthetics and renewal of interest for\u0000 sensitivity and perception in problems related to nature and aestheticized\u0000 life world and politics. The task of contemporary aesthetic theory is to\u0000 analyse the full range aesthetic work and aesthetic experiences using\u0000 concept of atmospheres, not only related to works of art, but to nature and\u0000 everyday life as well. In the context of contemporary theories of\u0000 appreciation of nature, this type of aesthetic theory belongs to aesthesical\u0000 model. Psychologist Stephanie Preston and primatologist\u0000 Frans de Waal proposed the evolutionary model of empathy based on the\u0000 common-coding theory of perception and action. In this paper, I will examine\u0000 the emotional and cognitive aspects of their account of empathy, as well as\u0000 its significance for the evolution of psychological altruism and morality.\u0000 In the same context, I will also examine the experimental evidence on\u0000 empathy based altruistic helping in children and non-human primates whose\u0000 behavioral patterns indicate the presence of what de Wall calls the building\u0000 blocks of morality. This complex problem is treated\u0000 from two angles of observation, which seem to be in a contrasting\u0000 relationship. The first interpretative emphasis is placed on Adorne?s\u0000 aesthetic theory of the mediation of art and society, while the other is\u0000 summed up in Mikelsen?s theory of the effects of non-philosophical\u0000 contemporary art which, in fact, conquers the position of power in the\u0000 context of neoliberal capitalism with its empiricism. After a short chapter on sense\u0000 cognition, Aquinas?s understanding of the active intellect is presented,\u0000 that is the illumination of the phantasms and the abstraction of the\u0000 intelligible species by the active intellect. Special attention is given to\u0000 the difference between the phantasm and the intelligible species.\u0000 Consideration of the possible intellect shows two steps, the reception of\u0000 the intelligible species and the creation of the concept, inner word or\u0000 intentio intellecta. After that, two basic operations of the possible\u0000 intellect are analyzed, simple apprehension and judgment. Kandinsky and A. Reinhardt. The\u0000 analysis confirms the complementarity of Pseudo-Loninus?s description of the\u0000 sublime and the idea of spiritual ascent provoked by the arts, which is\u0000 characteristic for both of these painters. The analysis of their writings\u0000 also points towards the necessary relation between abstract painting and\u0000 spiritual ascent.
