Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan bauran pemasaran dari faktor internal yaitu produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi dengan keputusan pembelian kaktus di The Prickle House Salatiga pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja kepada 50 responden dengan kriteria konsumen yang membeli produk kaktus pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sejak bulan Maret 2020, mempostingnya di media sosial mereka, menandai dan direpost oleh The Prickle House Salatiga. Indikator kuesioner penelitian diukur dengan skala Likert. Data penelitian akan dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga, Lokasi, dan Promosi berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian. Badung Regency is chosen as the location of the plant because its statregic place, near raw material-harvested unhulled rice-and market. The result of the feasibility study shows that the plant is qualified to established depend on both non financial and financial aspect which are discribed by the value of, without financing and with financing respectively, NPV Rp 38.270.154.230,00, net B/C ratio 1,99-3,48, IRR 24,85%-46,69%. Other financial aspects, they are payback period 6,3-10,53 years, profitability index 1,49-1,04, average rate of return 18,39-14,39%, as supporting values. The result also show that the investment is sensitive toward the change of the income and operational cost but not sensitive toward the amount of raw material. Some of relevant assumption are used in this research.. \u0000After being established, the next step we ought to do are doing establishment of the plant as soon as possible, also doing continued deep research about social impact of the existing plant. Sample 46 were people with simple random sampling methods. SRI mulai diperkenalkan pada tahun 2009 namun belum diterapkan oleh seluruh petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani metode SRI dan non SRI dan mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan metode SRI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Trasan, Kecamatan Bandongan, Kabupaten Magelang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah petani yang menerapkan SRI dan tidak menerapkan SRI dengan jumlah masing-masing 30 petani. Data dianalisis menggunakan R/C rasio dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode SRI lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan non SRI karena peningkatan produkivitas padi sehingga berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani. Namun total biaya metode SRI lebih besar dibandingkan non SRI karena peningkatan penggunaan tenaga kerja dan pupuk organik. The Bali Provincial Agriculture and Food Security Service (2020) states that the proportion of food expenditure for the people of Bali Province in 2019 is 43.92% and is still classified as food resistant, but doesn’t guarantee food security at the household level. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused difficulties in fulfilling food needs because losing jobs has added to the challenge of realizing food security. This study aims at determining how the household food security of farmers seen based on the proportion of household food expenditure, level of energy consumption (TKE) and factors that affect household food security. This research was conducted in Subak Sembung with 36 farmers as sample and analyzed using descriptive methods of cross analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that most of the farmer households were in a food vulnerable condition because there were many households with a high proportion of food expenditure (>60%). Farm income, non-farm income, food expenditure and rice prices variables have a significant effect on the farmer households food security. This study aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the influence of lifestyle, price, place, promotion, product quality on the desire to buy whole milk pillow packaging during the Covid-19 pandemic and identify the purchasing decision making process. This research was conducted in July-September 2020 in Salatiga City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample collected by 60 respondents was with the criteria of consumers who had consumed more than once and the age of respondents more than 16 years. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: the characteristics of the respondents were the most 41 people (68.3%) is female, 24 people (40%) 21-30 years of age, based on the employment of 25 people (41.7%) is a student, monthly income of Rp.500,001–Rp.2,000,000 with a total of 30 people (50%), buying whole milk more than 3 times as many as 47 people (78.3%), and as many as 31 people (51.7%) milk product information from a friend. Lifestyle (X1), place (X3), promotion (X4) has a significant effect on the desire to buy, while the price (X2) and product quality (X5) have no significant effect on the desire to buy. However, the program has not run continuously due to constraints capital and has a high dependence on the decisions of decision makers. The objectives of this study are: (1) to identify farmers’ perceptions of corporate farming programs; (2) identifying and analyzing the importance and influence of corporate farming in Dalangan, Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency; (3) analyze the impact of the application of corporate farming on the income of member farmers and not members of the corporate farming; and (4) analyze the level of influence of farmer characteristic factors on the decision to follow corporate farming. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, stakeholder analysis, R / C ratio income analysis, and binomial logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of farmer respondents agreed that the implementation of farmer corporations in Dalangan could improve farm performance, but the corporate farming had not made it easier for farmers to access Gapoktan capital. Based on stakeholder analysis, the Agriculture Service of Sukoharjo Regency and Gapoktan Tani Mandiri have the highest level of importance and influence in implementing the corporate farming. Based on income analysis, the value of R / C ratio and B / C ratio for cash costs to member farmers and not members of corporate farming is more than 1, so farming in groups is profitable and feasible. As an area close to the national capital, the state of junior high school facilities and infrastructure is far from the feasibility standards set by the Ministry of Education and Culture. however, the distribution of DAK for physical education each year is not used optimally and leaves a budget. The purpose of this study was to analyze the conditions of infrastructure and teaching staff at junior high schools and teaching staff in accordance with applicable standard, and determine strategies for improving the quality of education through physical education DAK in Lebak Regency. The method used is descriptive analysis using the conformity of Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 16 of 2007 and Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 of 2007 and analytical network process (ANP). The results of this study indicate that the educational facilities and infrastructure as well as teaching staff at the junior high school level in Lebak Regency are not in accordance with the standard. While the results of the analytical network process (ANP) on alternative policies for verification of DAPODIK's accurate data (0.433), Making Legal Umbrella for the Technical Implementation of DAK Fiscal (0.256), Institutional (0.322), Dapodic Operators (0.124), there is no legal umbrella for implementing DAK for education ( 0.305). The sample consists of 51 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which consist of village officials (village head, village secretary, section head/head of affairs), village communities, village assistant, and local government representatives who handle village coaching and supervision in Bogor Regency. Data were analyzed using Likert scale instrument and multiple linear regression. The results showed that all the independent variables (regulation, supervision system, village head dan the village facilitator) have a siginificant effects on the success of Village Fund management if tested simultaneously (F test), but only the regulation variable had a significant effect on the management of Village Fund in Bogor Regency if a partial test was carried out (t test).
