Conflict and job satisfaction are problems that might arise in the activities. Therefore a, research about conflict and job satisfaction toward employee performance needs to be conducted. The purpose of this research is to analysis how the conflict and job satisfaction toward employee performance at Moena Fresh Bali. The population research is all of the employee Moena Fresh Bali which consisted of 86 people. The formula used to determine the total sample slovin. Sample 46 were people with simple random sampling methods.
