The basic idea of the new method is to adjust all particles to the high likelihood areas in state-space rather than multiplying particles with high weights and eliminating particles with small weights, which avoids sample impoverishment effectively. In the proposed method, mutation operator and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), which considered as transition kernels of MCMC, applied to each particle, and this promotes a possible displacement of the particles to a better location in the state-space until converging to target posterior density. Finally,a computer simulation is performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. The performance will degrade if the assumption was not proper for the data. A method was proposed by combining both the cluster assumption and the manifold assumption. A semi-supervised kernel which reflected geometric information of the samples was constructed through warping the Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Space. Then the semi-supervised kernel was used in SVM which was based on cluster assumption, and a progressive learning procedure was used in the proposed method. A novel force collaboration and position synchronization algorithm is developed in order to support networked haptic interactions. Network impairments such as time delay, jitter and packet loss each have different (and severe) impacts on remote haptic collaborations. The new peer-to-peer architecture is able to support haptic interactions over IP networkes. Experiments have been conducted to show the performance of this architecutre in comparison with the currently available two algorithms that compensate for delay (TiDeC™), and position (dead reckoning) are examined. Experiments have been conducted to investigate the threshold levels of QoS required for networked haptic collaboration. This technique has been well studied on deterministic databases. However, it is a new task on emerging uncertain database. In this paper, a new definition of frequent items detection on uncertain data is defined. Based on it, two efficient filtering rules are proposed, which can largely reduce the number of items to be detected. Furthermore, an efficient algorithm UFI is proposed to detect frequent items on uncertain database. The UFI algorithm adopts the recursion rule in probability computation and greatly improves the efficiency of single data detection. By double auction of grid resource agent and task agent, it implements the management of resources and proposes bidding strategies of grid resources to resolve the low efficiency problem which is because of excessive rounds in the resources auction. The simulation result shows that the trade path in every round of match strictly follows the path which is the most effective and profitable in the grid resource allocation of double auction. The quoted price strategy can decrease the round number effectively and improve the efficiency of grid resource auction. Society has changed over the 30 years and now both parents need to work. Because of this, early childhood education is much more important. It is also more difficult to pick a good school because now parent have more choices, especially because there are schools all over Taiwan. In past research, we cannot find a clear method that helped parents choose quality school. Hence, in this paper, we use the grey relational grade (GRG) and GM(0,N) as our mathematics models. The main purpose is to rank the influence factor for kindergarten and give suggestions to parents on the best way to pick a quality school. Based on the practical analysis, this study has made it possible to get access to the sequence and value of each variable. The results show that the governor device can effectively inhibit the load disturbance, effectively improve the accuracy of the speed governor system and improve the frequency stability of the ship power system. The complex relationship between the film’s transmittance and its possible influencing factors was identified. Inspired by the fish migration, the migration and the swim model are integrated into the optimization process. Four benchmark functions are used to test the convergence, the accuracy and the speed of FMO, and the experimental results are compared with PSO. Since the system do not exactly know the current state, new observation information is helpful to make it clearer. Although delayed effects are common in real-world domains, they have never been addressed in PONDP. Hence we propose a novel method for reasoning about belief states in PONDP, especially in the case of delayed effects. Addressing delayed effects need to revise not only the current belief state but also the whole belief history. The core algorithm is called Iterative Belief Revision algorithm (IBR), which bridges the gap between PONDP and belief change for the first time. IBR first finds out all action candidates for a newly known fact, and then determines which effects have happened, and finally revise the belief history along with the current state.
