A new controller based on the H∞ mixed sensitivity is applied as outer loop. By choosing proper weighting function, the MATLAB robust toolbox is used to obtain the H∞ optimal controller. Simulation result shows the project is effective to control nonlinear and big-lagged system. The least square method is used to solve tensor calculation. The fractional anisotropy (FA) and color-coded FA mapping were calculated. The paper explain how to calculate diffusion tensor, eigenvalues and other parameters of each voxel and the fiber tracts. The fibers in the whole brain were obtained by the Streamline Tracking Techniques (STT). Matlab code developed the software program for an isotropic diffusion analysis of diffusion tensor images and it will be opened in the sprit of open source. It sends collected data to remote server by GPRS model and clients realize real-time and long distance monitoring for environment through WEB service. The results show that it is a low cost, versatile, scalable and reliable system, and it can be easily applied to industrial and agricultural environmental monitoring. The proposed algorithm makes use of the two-dimensional Haar wavelet transform to estimate the sub-band energy of each macro-block in a given video frame. Then the sub-band energy can be applied to the macro-block mode decision as a primary parameter. To prevent the error segmentation, the proposed algorithm uses the rate-distortion cost (RDcost) mechanism in the mode decision procedure. Various experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively make a macro-block mode decision under an RDcost value. First, the noisy image is decomposed into a bounded variation component and a oscillating component by applying Meyer-Vese-Osher model in combination with Chambolle’s fixed point algorithm. Next, the oscillating component is smoothed by using vector median filter. Then, the sum of the bounded variation component and the smoothed oscillating component is calculated to obtain the filtered resultant.
