Matlab code developed the software program for an isotropic diffusion analysis of diffusion tensor images and it will be opened in the sprit of open source. Abstract

A software system of an isotropic diffusion analysis was developed for diffusion index calculation and fiber tractography of diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging (DT-MRI) data. The least square method is used to solve tensor calculation. The fractional anisotropy (FA) and color-coded FA mapping were calculated. The paper explain how to calculate diffusion tensor, eigenvalues and other parameters of each voxel and the fiber tracts.
