The least square method is used to solve tensor calculation. The fractional anisotropy (FA) and color-coded FA mapping were calculated. The paper explain how to calculate diffusion tensor, eigenvalues and other parameters of each voxel and the fiber tracts. The fibers in the whole brain were obtained by the Streamline Tracking Techniques (STT). Matlab code developed the software program for an isotropic diffusion analysis of diffusion tensor images and it will be opened in the sprit of open source.
