The motivation behind unpacking is that each school has the potential to participate in the internationalization of higher education. This is examined by determining theoretical perspectives of family-owned school leaders on the concept, strategies, and the role of school leasers. Using a hybrid questionnaire that are products of previous studies, coupled with interview, and the appropriate statistical methods produced by SPSS, this study has shown that the concepts, strategies and leadership of internationalization is doable, and it has identified strategic planning, leaders' knowledge, and experience as a key factor in a successful transition.","PeriodicalId":37324,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on E-Learning: Corporate, Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education","volume":"24 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80916631","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is of great significance to analyze the interactive relationship between the choice of monetary pricing and settlement and monetary policy in China. Based on the latest data from the first quarter of 2009 to 2021, this paper studies the interaction between the use of RMB and the interest rate policy and exchange rate policy in RMB monetary policy. Through VAR model, ADF test, cointegration test and Granger causality test, it is concluded that RMB denomination and settlement (CRM) is the Granger cause of broad money supply (M2). Finally, this paper puts forward three suggestions from the perspective of monetary policy makers, the most important of which is that China needs to improve the exchange rate system and monetary policy interest rate transmission mechanism to further promote the internationalization of RMB.","PeriodicalId":37324,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on E-Learning: Corporate, Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education","volume":"41 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82663147","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the new industry landscape, a new set of skills and a change of thinking are required of the workforce. This is to ensure that the human resources are well-equipped of working in Industry 4.0 (I4.0). Undeniably, the educational sector must adapt as their goal is on the production of human resources which is why Education 4.0 (E4.0) is created. One of the expected skills for I4.0 is Design Thinking (DT) – an innovative, complex problem-solving skill that focuses on human needs which is relevant to I4.0 that is centered on enabling new possibilities with digital technologies. Teachers who play a significant role in the curriculum should develop DT to ensure that they are fully equipped for addressing complex problems, innovatively design the lessons, and effectively teach this skill to students in E4.0. However, most research about design thinking focused on students which should also be a relevant concern to teachers. This study investigated the perceived Design Thinking Mindset of teachers along with related factors: sex, educational attainment, age, number of years in teaching, and attitude towards technology. This was participated by 571 Math teachers from the Ilocos Region who answered the online survey questionnaire that uses a 5-point Likert scale. Significant differences were revealed between the DT mindset of a.) male and female teachers, and b.) teachers with a graduate degree and without a graduate degree. For the correlational analysis, it was found that age, number of years in teaching, and attitude towards technology have a significant relationship with DT.","PeriodicalId":37324,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on E-Learning: Corporate, Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education","volume":"127 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77333814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Science teachers are greatly affected in such ways that laboratory classes are compromised. The study surveyed science teachers from the Philippines to assess their acceptance of virtual laboratories. The Pearson's r and multiple linear regressions done re-validated that TAM can predict science teachers’ intention to use virtual laboratories. It was further revealed that their attitude predicts more the intention to use of the teachers meaning that when teachers are more positive about virtual laboratories, they tend to use it more in their class. Moreover, their awareness about virtual laboratories does not predict their intention to use. It is in times of crisis that good leaders emerge. As such, De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) is in the process of revisiting its leadership practices regarding the selection of administrators. The major purpose of this study was to gather the perspectives of the employees about leadership appointments, taking on administration roles, and succession planning and development. This collaborative action research employed a descriptive mixed method approach. Employees (N=174) from different departments and offices were the research participants. Quantitative data were extracted from the online survey questionnaire. The qualitative data, subjected to thematic analysis, were gathered from document review, open-ended questions from the survey, and future creating workshops. The guidelines, criteria for selection and screening process are described in its Administrators Manual. While findings revealed that the majority of the respondents are knowledgeable about and in favor of the DLSZ's appointment practices, less than half of them expressed willingness to be administrators. Those who favorably considered assuming school leadership roles had similar opinions about acquiring graduate degrees and corresponding certifications. Results showed that almost all of the employees regarded that succession planning initiatives can bring forth a positive impact in honing future leaders. Based on this study, DLSZ may prioritize implementing a succession planning and development program which will facilitate the effective identification, selection, and development of its leaders.","PeriodicalId":37324,"journal":{"name":"International Journal on E-Learning: Corporate, Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education","volume":"15 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81900563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
