The topic of study is related to the legal instruments governing mixed religious marriages, the implementation of mixed religious marriages based on Church law and positive law. The aim of this study is to serve as a guideline for government agencies that have firm authority regarding marriage and everything related to marriage. Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and critical reading of texts, namely: (1) Canon Law 1124-1129; (2) Law Number 1 of 1974 article 2 paragraph (1) in conjunction with article 66; (3) Law Number 23 of 2006. The results and findings in this research are that interfaith marriages can be obtained and registered with the Civil Registry Officer and obtain a Deed and Excerpt from the Marriage Certificate, requiring first a decision from the court as regulated in article 35 Law no. 23 of 2006. Meanwhile, marriages issued by the Catholic Church do not receive enough Marriage Certificate Excerpts from the Population and Civil Registration Service. The conclusion from this research is that the implementation of a Mixed Mexta Religio marriage must first obtain a license from the Church authorities, because the marriage is a prohibited marriage. It is seen as a prohibition because there are many elements of similarity and togetherness between the Christian and Catholic Churches. This is often used as an argument for why we have to return to the time of the prophet and the caliphate, which led to radicalization, especially of young people, to restore the caliphate in Indonesia. Why are young people easily radicalized? What historical scholarship can be used to counter it? and What is the history of Islamic civilization that was not radicalized? The answer to this question is about the internal and external problems faced by today's young people, especially students. The way to overcome this is through critical and creative thinking as in the 2023 Merdeka Curriculum. This research aims to provide history teachers with a role in preventing radicalization through historical scholarship, namely the Hegel Dialectic, especially the history of Islamic civilization. This article uses qualitative research with the literature study method. This research analyzes the reasons why young people who are often targets of radicalization by terrorist groups become their members by comparing the present with the \"past glories\" of Islamic civilization. Hegel's dialectic is a way to discuss complex topics by showing two different points of view of Thesis and Antithesis so as to achieve a broader understanding of Synthesis. This technique can prevent students from becoming radicalized because they don't immediately believe something before checking it themselves. The art of hadrah ISHARI has its roots in the Islamic tradition of commemorating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. ISHARI faces the threat of existence due to shifting community preferences towards modern art. This situation reflects a lack of appreciation for values that are increasingly displaced by globalization and instant trends. This research uses a qualitative method that focuses on the implementation of ISHARI'S development dynamics and values in history learning, according to the independent curriculum. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The main resource person is the chairman of the Jombang branch of ISHARI. This research highlights the urgency of understanding and preserving local values such as ISHARI in the context of education. With an interesting learning approach for the younger generation, it is expected to increase appreciation for local history and arts. The implementation of ISHARI values in the independent curriculum is expected to form positive characters in students and increase their understanding of local cultural heritage. The results of this study contribute to increasing public awareness, especially among students, of the importance of preserving local history and arts. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to save biodiversity and lexical preservation of medicinal plants. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the lexical medicinal plants in lontar Usada Rare; (2) to describe the clarification of usada figures related to traditional medicinal plants in lontar Usada Rare for childhood diseases. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive design. Data collection in the first stage was carried out by content analysis on lontar Usada Rare. The second stage of the research design was an in-depth interview with usada figures about usada rare to clarify the content of the lontar.The researcher as a human instrument is equipped and supported by interview guidelines, recording devices, cameras, and notes. The data obtained through the Usada Rare manuscript, then carried out data review, data categorization, and extracting the value and concept of treatment. The analysis techniques in this research are 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation and 3) conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, the conclusions in this study are as follows. There are 111 (One hundred and eleven) lexical medicinal plants in lontar usada rare; There are 4 balian/healer terms in usada bali namely balian ketakson, balian kepican, balian usada and balian campuhan. According to Cardinal Ayuso, this research aims to understand the importance of inter-religious dialogue in Indonesia. Dialogue between religious adherents is indeed being warmly encouraged by the Church to build a just and prosperous society. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and critical reading of the text. Based on a critical reading of this research text, it is analyzed and combined with materials related to Cardinal Ayuso’s dialogue views in Das Dikasterium fur den Interreligiosen Dialog, the Church’s teachings on the dialogue between religions, especially those contained in the documents of the Second Vatican Council and documents -Documents after the Second Vatican Council and scientific works related to religious life and authentic fraternity. The findings in this study are that the concept of inter-religious dialogue in Cardinal Ayuso’s perspective is more focused on the “existential attitude” that every human being must have in his life to promote peace in the world. The initial step for inter-religious dialogue must be preceded by theological dialogue. The role of the family in shaping the character of young generation children becomes essential. The primary and first education is done in the family environment. The lack of ethical education and character in the family environment causes the learners' personalities to deviate from the norms and ethics in the community; teaching in the family sector, schools, and society becomes the determinant in the character formation of children. This research finds some results: first, the pattern of guidance of character in Hindu family environment to form the personality and character of Hindu children, to form the character of child suputra. Ways of tolerance and tolerance in the Hindu family shape the character of suputra children. The pattern of disciplinary attitude building for Hindu children, children in Hindu family environments are familiarized with high discipline attitude. Second, obstacles are faced in shaping the character of children's suputra as the internal and external factors of family. Family families are less harmonious, and promiscuity is the cause of less optimal education in the family environment to form the character of children suputra. Therefore, the younger generation of Hindus needs to be equipped with the philosophical meaning of the implementation of yajña through the basis of literature, in order to have a clear and directed basis or basis regarding their obligations in maintaining the preservation and sustainability of the yajña tradition in the space of religious spirituality. There are three things that become the basis of the problem in this research study, namely related to the structure of Dewa Tattwa literature, the tattwa of yajña quality contained therein, and the function of understanding the tattwa of yajña quality for the Hindu generation. The data studied in this qualitative research was collected through document recording techniques and literature, which in the process of analysis was carried out with qualitative descriptive techniques. The purpose of this study is to reveal the functional basis of instilling philosophical values in the implementation of yajña according to the Dewa Tattwa text for the younger generation of Hindus. The results of the analysis show the structure of the Dewa Tattwa text, including the formal structure (manggala, corpus, epilogue and language) and narrative structure (text theme and speech aspects). The yajña quality tattwa contained therein, includes religious tattwa (symbolic), spiritual moral tattwa, Hindu legal tattwa (awig-awig), and also legitimization tattwa (ratification or inauguration). Social media will have a good impact, if people understand and use it wisely, but it will have a bad impact if they don't use it wisely. This research principally aims to understand how Hindu teachings are to be wise and critical in managing information on social media, bearing in mind that there are two types of knowledge in Hinduism namely Paravidya and Aparavidya. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a critical discourse analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that Paravidya and Aparavidya knowledge is the main basis that must be understood by Hindus in relation to managing information on social media. By having these two knowledges, humans can have a balance between worldly and spiritual life. In addition, the teachings of Paravidya and Aparavidya are used as a basis for analyzing further information in the process of pratyaksa pramana (namely by direct observation using the five senses), anumana pramana understands the phenomena that occur by examining them through the causal process, then upamana pramana namely through doing the process of comparison or comparison, and pramana's words, namely through instructions from people who have authority about this information.
