This paper presents a confirmatory case study in an IT company, which examined its current estimation techniques and its process in the context of mobile app development in the Agile process. Moreover, the study provides, and has validated, a proposed estimation technique, namely Pair-estimation, in order to enhance the accuracy of the existing technique. On the basis of this the forecast of fiscal losses from income taxation in the form of salary is calculated and constructed. The necessity to use more effectively the functional of electronic declaration system in taxation of individuals’ income is proved. This research based on the data from the European Commission’s Eurobarometer Survey 89. The paper also aims to represent some predictive analytics techniques to anticipate the level of confidence towards cental bank. Besides that, we build a couple of data visualizing plots, in order to show the main significant impact on the dependent variable. We created the ECB TrustMap Plot, correlation heatmap matrix and Alluvial diagram. Using this plots, we represented changes in network structure over people responses and decision making. Methodology: to calculate the index of trust in the central bank we used Logistic Regressioin, Decision Tree, Random Forrest and Neural Network models. Verify the output and results by using the VIF of the Logistic Model, Cross-validation, Confusion matrix, ROC-curves and accuracy estimations. Prediction of wind turbine failure earlier than they reach a catastrophic degree is essential to reduce the operation and maintenance cost because of unnecessary scheduled maintenance. In this study, a SCADA-data based condition monitoring system is proposed using machine learning techniques. We trained various machine learning models using our dataset, and then selected the best among those to predict the gearbox temperature. The bagging regression method accomplished the best accuracy with 99.7% R2 score, while restraining the mean square error to 0.35. The experimental results showed that our method anticipated 68 days ahead of turbine gearbox failure, and generated another alarm when fault turned intense. Firstly, the technical details of the 3D viewer and the implementation into the PUBinPLAN website are explained and then, in a case study, the performance on different devices and in different browsers is analysed to ensure a smooth mapping experience for architectural approaches.
