Our research, both theoretically and empirically, led us to conclude that when planning support strategies for children with (autism spectrum disorder) ASD, it is necessary to consider the condition of the sensorimotor sphere, which is the basis for their further holistic development. Neglecting this area of preparing children with ASD for the educational process poses significant challenges regarding in terms of behavior, social manifestations, and academic success. However, careful and consistent care for the normalization of the sensorimotor state of children with ASD can create the conditions for their effective learning, development and social adaptation. To test this hypothesis we examined 18 preschool children with ASD. For this purpose, we used the "Sensory Profile-2" (W. Dunn), as well as a checklist developed by us, the content of which were the indicators of the formation of basic sensorimotor forms (gravitational stability, proprioceptive sensitivity, bilateral coordination, postural control, automated actions). These examinations allowed us to conclude that their basic sensorimotor qualities develop main at a low and insufficient levels; in addition, the presence of distinct types of sensory dysfunctions ("passive-reactive manifestations", "defence in rituals", etc.) was revealed. The 18 children with autism we examined were introduced to the "Synergy" intervention program (T. Skrypnyk), in which we arranged, according to the content of the first two stages of sensorimotor development, techniques and exercises from the "NeuroMovement" (A. Baniel); "Co-Creation" (E. Maximova), "Developing Movement" (W. Sherborne); Wilbarger-protocol; "Neurodynamic Movement Modeling" (A. Smolyaninov), our own developments. The intervention programme lasted for 5 months and included a targeted impact on basic sensorimotor structures and functions. After the intervention programme, we re-examined the children using the same methods and collected expert evaluations from teachers and parents. All diagnostic parameters of the checklist revealed an increase in the results at a high level of significance according to Pearson's χ2 (p≤0.001), the number of manifestations of various types of dysfunctions (according to the Sensory Profile-2) decreased fundamentally. Parents and teachers noted significant improvements in all children in various aspects of behavioural and social-emotional manifestations, as well as educational activity.\u0000\u0000

Dempsey (1995) from the Newcastle University and to present the psychometric properties of the adapted tool (reliability, factor structure, external validity and measurement stability). The scale was developed as a tool for diagnosing the support and empowerment practices used by professionals for parents of children with intellectual disabilities, but it can also be used in research involving parents of children with other neurodevelopmental disorders. In the adaptation process, the following Polish name was adopted: Skala Praktyk Włączających. The research was conducted among 334 parents of children with the following neurodevelopmental disorders: autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, attention deficit disorder, specific learning disorders, communication disorders, motor disorders, and other developmental disorders. The statistical analyses performed confirmed the three-factor structure of the scale assumed by the author, the longitudinal scalar measurement invariance, the high level of stability (test-retest) and the internal conformity as well as the adequate external validity of the instrument.\u0000\u0000

In 1903 he was initiator and co-organizer of a unique educational institution – school-farm for deaf children. Despite the ratification in 2012 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter: the Convention), many authors up till now take the position that total incapacitation deprives a person of the so-called working capacity, and thus prevents such a person from concluding an employment contract, or results in the termination of a binding employment relationship.\u0000 This article shows that such a position cannot be approved, as it leads to an unauthorized restriction of the constitutional rights of completely incapacitated persons and totally contradicts the prohibition of discrimination against persons with disabilities. The article in question shows the incorrectness of this position, both in relation to the existing employment relationship of the incapacitated person and to taking up new employment. As it turns out, however, these promises are rarely implemented by them and have little to do with helping in a real situation. The authors of scientific studies (Hymel, Bonanno, 2014; Machackova, Pfetsch, 2016; Tłuściak-Deliowska, 2016; Gini, Pozzoli, Thornberg, 2017, 2020) mention, among the significant factors that prevent witnesses from intervening, among others, a high level of moral disengagement and a low level of empathy of the observers. The article is an attempt to show the role of empathy and mechanisms of "moral disengagement" of witnesses of peer bullying in the face of harm to the victim. The author presented her own research, which is part of a wider research project, during which she conducted 23 free interviews with students of various fields of study. The main assumption of the research was to know the predictors of intervention during school bullying. The study focuses on empathy and "moral disengagement" and on the specific neutralization techniques that bystanders use to refrain from intervening or defending/helping a victim of peer bullying. The presented conclusions are an important point in the design of school preventive activities aimed at shaping morality and empathy.\u0000\u0000
