Although it has not developed for more than ten years in the Chinese market, it has formed a certain scale. With the rapid development of economy, people have a higher pursuit of quality of life, and the number of dining out has also increased. As a new distribution channel for caterers, online group buying has a decisive impact on the development of catering industry. However, with the increase of negative media reports on group buying websites, people's attitudes towards group buying websites are gradually changing. In order to improve the chaotic group buying market, government departments are trying to improve the relevant legal system. With the characteristics of mass consumer gathering, online group buying websites pay more and more attention to consumers’ behavior and psychology. This paper uses qualitative research to explore the driving factors of foreign consumers' forming Chinese brand preference. The results show that foreign consumers' preference for Chinese brands is influenced by China's \"He\" culture, which is driven by the three-dimensional dynamics of \"Harmony\", \"Tolerance\" and \"Respect\". The results show that in the short term, the positive impact of inflation rate, deposit reserve ratio and personal housing loan interest rate will lead to rising house prices, and its long-term positive impact will lead to a decline in house price. Among them, the inflation rate and the deposit reserve ratio have relatively little explanatory power on real estate price fluctuations. Against such a severe backdrop where China is confronted with both a slowdown in economic growth and the trade war against US, people has begun to consider and find new growth points in China’s economy. Through in-depth study of and reflection on Sino-US relations and China’s economic crisis, this paper proposes a new perspective on economic growth that is based on the rural revitalization strategy and centered around developing rural potential. By analyzing the important economic status of the rural economy throughout Chinese history as well as its crucial role in China’s economic development today, this paper argues that from the perspective of Sino-US trade war, rural development will underpin China’s further economic growth. However, we should also note that while the economic development has achieved fruitful results, there have been some problems that cannot be ignored. Especially with the development of the economy, the gap between the rich and the poor among the residents is expanding, and the Chinese government urgently needs to take measures to further adjust income distribution and narrow the gap between the rich and the poor. Since the acquisition of the estate will enable the individual to obtain a larger wealth in the short term, thus further widening the gap between the rich and the poor, the taxation of the inheritance can theoretically narrow the gap between the rich and the poor to a certain extent.
