The purpose of this research, therefore, is to provide in-depth knowledge of strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, and achievement. This research uses a qualitative multi-site study approach, with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Furthermore, the sample study was selected through purposive techniques and snowball sampling, with a single case and cross-site used for its analysis. This research shows that schools implemented strategic management to improve its quality following the procedures. Early Childhood Education is a form of education fundamental in the life of a child. In the 2013 Curriculum perspective, character education in early childhood integrated in Core Competencies 1 Spiritual Attitudes and Core Competencies 2 Social Attitudes. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to design multiple sites with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a multi-site study design in the PAUD Islamic Integrated Al Khair Barabai and PAUD Negeri Pembina Barabai. Data collection techniques collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. To validate data using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The conclusion of the research is the 2013 curriculum is a source reference in the preparation of programmed activities and habituation activities in addition to the curriculum characteristic of the institutions of each institution. A total of 212 parents and children were used to carry out this research using the simple random sampling technique. This research is important because independence itself is an attitude that must be possessed by someone in order to be a person who is responsible for him, so it is important to analyze and describe how much factors influence the formation of independence. The data obtained were examined and utilized to test hypotheses using the path analysis. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS version 24.0 computer program. The results consists of the following points: There are direct influences: (1) Level of parental education about childcare (2) Parents 'work on childcare (3) Parent's level of education about children's independence (4) Parents' work on children's independence (5) Parenting style for child stagnation. While the no indirect influence comprises of the following (6) The level of parental education on children's independence through parenting (7) Parents' work on children's independence through parenting. However, there were no indirect influences. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods and quantitative data presentation. The research results of budget absorption in FEB, FISIP, and FH ULM Banjarmasin units from 2016 S / D in 2018 experienced a significant increase in BOPTN fund absorption optimization. This is intended from the percentage numbers in the recapitulation of budget realization in the FEB, FISIP, and ULM Banjarmasin work units which reached 100% in 2017 and 2018. Employee competencies and budget absorption performance have a unidirectional relationship, if employee competencies are higher, the higher also the level of performance of budget absorption. Similarly, the role of information technology is so important in the budget process. It uses a quantitative approach with a population of 114 taken by proportionate sampling from 159 individuals in 6 Tanjung Redeb Junior High School in East Kalimantan. Data were collected using a questionnaire and tested for validity and reliability, the resulting regression model has been tested classic assumptions including normality, multicollinearity, linearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, then analyzed with descriptive statistics and path analysis through calculations using SPSS. The results showed that there was an influence of leadership motivation on satisfaction with OCB. This is a survey research with data quantitatively obtained from a sample of 92 people by using questionnaires that have met the validity and reliability test requirements. Furthermore, path analysis with multiple regression methods was used to test for hypotheses. The results showed that (1) Principal managerial activities, organizational culture, and teacher job satisfaction directly affected performance by 63.5%, 35.4%, and 75.5%, respectively. (2) Principal's managerial and organizational culture directly influenced job satisfaction by 63.1%, and 51.6%.
