Thus, the school princi-pal`s role, conducive school environment, and teacher commitment should be maintained so that the job satisfaction of the teacher is fulfilled. This study aims to analyze the role of a principal, concerning leadership style, the provision of a conducive school environment, and ensuring teach ers’ commitment, to attain learning satisfaction in public elementary schools. This research was conducted in Tapin Utara District, with a sample of Ninety elementary school teachers selected at random. It also considers the effect of transformational leadership behavior on work motivation; on work discipline; and teacher performance; effect of work motivation on teacher performance; the effect of work discipline on teacher performance; the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance through work motivation; as well as the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance through work discipline. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods involving a research sample of 105 people. The questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument, while hypotheses were tested using path analysis. Based on the results of the research, there is; a direct effect of transformational leadership on work motivation, work discipline, and teacher performance; a direct effect of work motivation on teacher performance; an indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance through work motivation; as well as an indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance through work discipline. Academic supervision by the school principals and professional learning community activities are two of the efforts which are conducted to im- prove teachers’ professionalism competence in Indonesia, especially in kindergarten level. This study aims at finding out the effect of school principal supervision and par- ticipation of the kindergarten teachers in Teacher Working Group (TWG), a kind of professional learning community, towards the kindergarten teachers’ professional com- petence. There were 57 kindergarten teachers involved in this study. Data of the study were collected through questionnaire. The collected data from the result of the ques- tionnaire were analyzed using multiple regression statistical analysis. Statistically, the results of the study show that academic supervision of quality achievement conducted by the school principals and teacher s’ participation in TWG have a significant effect on teacher s’ professional competence. In the implementation of school, performance is influenced by many factors and interrelated for example work motivation, work discipline, and teacher professional attitude. This research aims to analyze the relationship between work motivation, teachers' professional attitude, discipline, and performance. Data were obtained from 173 elementary school teachers at the district of South Labuan Amas, through questionnaires and analyzed using the path analysis. The result of this research shows that there is a strong relationship between work motivation with teacher professional attitude, performance, and discipline. There is a strong relationship between work motivation with the teacher's performance, discipline, and professional attitude. Fur-thermore, there is a weak relation between work discipline and the teacher's professional attitude, discipline, and attitude. The approach used is a qualitative research approach and with the type of classroom action research, which was carried out in 4 meetings, research settings in group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Kecamatan Satui, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, amounting to 15 children. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews and assessment of aspects of cognitive development. The results showed that the teacher's activity at the 4th meeting with a score of 36 in the category of Very Good. Children's activities at the 4th meeting with a percentage of 87.5% the category is very active and the results of cognitive development at the last meeting reached 84% of children who succeeded by getting  and  .
