This study aims to analyze the role of a principal, concerning leadership style, the provision of a conducive school environment, and ensuring teach ers’ commitment, to attain learning satisfaction in public elementary schools. This research was conducted in Tapin Utara District, with a sample of Ninety elementary school teachers selected at random. Abstract

Teachers are the most important and dominant factor in education because they are educational servants who have a direct relationship with the students and also members of the school organization. Thus, the school princi-pal`s role, conducive school environment, and teacher commitment should be maintained so that the job satisfaction of the teacher is fulfilled. 教学领导、组织氛围与教师工作满意度承诺的关系
教师是教育中最重要和最主要的因素,因为他们是教育的仆人,与学生有着直接的关系,也是学校组织的成员。因此,维持学校校长的角色、良好的学校环境和教师的承诺,才能实现教师的工作满意度。本研究旨在分析公立小学校长在领导风格、营造良好的学校环境、确保教师的承诺等方面,对获得学习满意度所扮演的角色。本研究在北平区进行,随机抽取90名小学教师作为样本。分析方法采用IBM SPSS 20的分析方法。结果表明,教学领导、组织氛围、教师承诺与工作满意度之间存在直接和间接的关系。校长的领导是实现组织中教师和员工工作满意度的基础,直接并通过所创造的组织氛围和每位教师的承诺实现。
