Online and offline consumption boundaries are gradually blurred, shopping scenes are becoming more abundant, and retailers' ultra-omnichannel integration and development continue to accelerate. The booming development of e-commerce has promoted the rapid development of logistics systems, but the high cost of logistics has become the main factor restricting its rapid development. This paper takes Walmart as an example, firstly analyses the current situation of Walmart's logistics system, then combines it with the cost analysis of JD.com's logistics system. By researching the development mode of the combination of physical commerce and e-commerce in China, we explore the most feasible cooperation scheme between Walmart and JD.com by studying their strategic cooperation. It has certain reference significance for further construction improvement of the logistics system of domestic e-commerce enterprises.","PeriodicalId":371105,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2021)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127562577","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Contemporarily, economic development has entered a new stage, which has gradually changed from factor-driven development to innovationdriven development. In order to verify the growth effect of urban innovation level on employment, an econometric model is established. Specifically, we collect and organize the innovation capability indexes and employment population data of 200 cities in China. Then an ordinary least squares regression model is constructed to obtain the following results. First, the improvement of urban innovation capability can indeed lead to the improvement of urban employment level. In addition, the impact of innovation on employment growth does not have significant heterogeneity. Besides, there is no significant difference between the effect on urban employment level and private employment level. Subsequently, the mechanism of innovation level effects is demonstrated through economic logic explaining. Finally, we propose corresponding policy suggestions on urban innovation level improvement.","PeriodicalId":371105,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2021)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115494981","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because of the characteristics of electric vehicles, such as powered by green energy, no pollution in functioning, and more convenient in driving. However, the stock of electric vehicles is still relatively small, which is only about one percent of total vehicles in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to stimulate the development of electric vehicles and improve their ownership. The purpose of this paper is to study the factors that will influence consumers’ expenditure on electric vehicles in China. This paper implies the model based on Theory of Planned Behavior, Technology Acceptance Model, and Innovation Diffusion Theory, and further develops the model by adding environmental impact as a new factor. The paper utilizes Cronbach alpha score and regression analyze to analyze and validate data. This study concludes that there are eight dimensions that impact consumers’ expenditure on electric vehicles in China: Consumer’s attitude towards electronic cars, consumer’s subjective norm on electronic cars, consumer’s self-control ability, consumer’s perceived usefulness of electronic cars, consumer’s perceived convenience of electronic cars, consumer’s adaptability on electronic cars, external information, and perceived environmental effect of electronic cars. The implication of this paper is to help firms and government understand what is required to improve the popularity of electric vehicles in consumers’ perspective and increase number of stocks of electric vehicles.","PeriodicalId":371105,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2021)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115774091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article mainly studies the Chinese health fast food market and analyzes the development trend of the market from different aspects. First of all, from the political and economic aspects, indicting that China advocates a healthy diet for all the people and the per capita income keeps growing. From a social point of view, people's attitudes towards healthy fast food also become positive with the increase of education level. As for technology, various new fresh-keeping technologies and the promotion of supply chain also provide a good foundation for the fast food industry. What's more, through the comparison of different companies and products at home and abroad, it is concluded that the characteristics of green food in China are different from those of other products, because China has different health needs and different ways of forming companies in the industry. Due to the lack of government regulation, consumers need to develop food awareness and form their own dietary decisions. With the development of new media, a new sales model comes into being, which creates a bigger sales platform for healthy fast food. The example of Shark Fit is introduced and analyzed to validate it. But for other healthy fast food start-ups, the biggest challenge is to establish a foothold in the competitive new media. Therefore, the healthy fast food industry in China still has huge potential for development.","PeriodicalId":371105,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2021)","volume":"11 10","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131540945","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper selects chip2013 panel data as samples to construct a regression model and uses OB decomposition to analyze. The results show that the aging of the population has a significant negative impact on consumption expenditure, but the difference between urban and rural consumption is mainly due to their own endowment and consumption concept, rather than the degree of aging. The aging of the population is a long-term trend of China's population development. The research results will help us adjust policies to resist the adverse effects of aging on economic development.","PeriodicalId":371105,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2021)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132474417","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, many bike sharing enterprises emerge as the times require. In the context of bike sharing, risk management and profitability are vital factors that affect the survival and sustainable development of shared-bike enterprises. However, today, the profit model is unclear, and many profit issues occur in the whole bike sharing industry. This paper investigates and classifies potential causes of the lack of profitability of shared-bike enterprises and how companies can tackle those issues. Specifically, the literature analysis method and case study are used for the research. We propose the substance of bike sharing, which is the basic premise for profitability. Then, we analyze the deficiency of bike-sharing platforms and profits and costs of OFO, a typical example of a bike sharing failure. After which, management risks are segmented into financial risk, operational risk, credit risk, technical risk, and social risk and explained in further detail. We subsequently discuss feasible solutions to deal with problems at present and summarize them into five main categories of strategies: cost reduction, multiple profit methods, internal supervision system establishment, technical development, and social publicity. The paper provides effective suggestions for bike sharing risk management and profitability. It aims to offer a reference for shared-bike enterprises and other sharing economy organizations to maintain long-term and stable progress and development, contributing to the shared-bike business model and even the sharing economy systems.","PeriodicalId":371105,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2021)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130365883","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research adopted the Fama-French model to analyze the impact of the epidemic on the listed TV companies' stock in the US stock market. The research data was consulted from the CRSP database with the factors of the Fama-French model and the value & equal-weighted returns for 38 industry portfolios in the US market. The research selected the data above from April 1, 2019, to January 29, 2021 and chose March 1 as the date of the outbreak of the epidemic in the US, which represented the timeline before and after COVID19. After multiple linear regression, it was found that COVID-19 has had a significant effect on the TV industry. The analysis of five factors concluded that the market preference shows the following characteristics: value stock, high profitability, and aggressive investment style. It is recommended that the investors who want to invest in the TV industry in the US stock market can take the stocks with the above features as the investment targets in the post-epidemic period, and this theory can also be applied to future investment whenever an analogous event happens.","PeriodicalId":371105,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2021)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116752902","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
