Responden penelitian adalah 762 karyawan organisasi publik dan swasta di Indonesia yang menerapkan perubahan kebijakan karena Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Involvement Scale, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), dan Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner secara daring serta dianalisis dengan analisis regresi menggunakan model 1 SPSS PROCESS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa grit terbukti tidak memoderasi hubungan job insecurity dan job involvement. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach using the purposive sampling technique. In this study, the number of respondents was 283 senior college students in Jakarta. The measuring instrument used in this research was Future Time Perspective-Indonesia (FTP-I) Version to measure variables of the Future Time Perspective and the Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS) Indonesian Form to measure the Career Adaptability variable. The statistical method used in this study was a regression analysis test. Data processing used SPSS version 24. Analysis of the obtained data used multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study showed that Future Time Perspective has a significant effect on Career Adaptability. In the partial test, the future time perspective as the opportunities on future outcomes with student career adaptability showed a significant positive effect. Partisipan dari penelitian adalah ibu-ibu berjumlah 32 orang yang didapat dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan adalah metode eksperimen kuasi dengan model penelitian menggunakan one group pre-test and post-test. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Skala Kebersyukuran (20 aitem, α= 0,830), dan Skala Stres Pengasuhan Parental Stress Scale, (18 aitem, α=0,855). Partisipan diberikan intervensi yaitu pemberian materi mengenai pentingnya dzikir secara luring, dan pembacaan dzikir Al-Ma’tsurat selama 7 hari berturut-turut, pagi dan petang. Hasil uji analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan uji non-parametrik (wilcoxon) Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 22 pada variabel Kebersyukuran nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,164. Pada variabel Stres Pengasuhan, nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,309. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) > 0,05, sehingga tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan nilai post test pada variabel Kebersyukuran dan variabel Stres Pengasuhan. Parents who can accept are positively sensitive to their children’s needs and children’s development. In this case, Porter Parental Acceptance Scale (PPAS) was used to measure the degree to which parents may be said to accept their children. This study aims to examine the construct validity of PPAS on 200 parents of autistic children in Indonesia. Data were collected using non-probability sampling techniques and administered through online questionnaires. Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The result show that the model was classified as fit with Chi-Square = 611.33, df = 579, P-Value = 0.17045, RMSEA = 0.017. All items are valid, except item numbers 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 34, 38. NST is one of the instruments that is widely used to measure school readiness. The NST has 10 subtests in the form of pictures and stories that were adapted from the Netherlands. This study involved 471 pre-school students aged 4-6 years. This study used IRT to determine the quality of each item, Exploratory Factor Analysis to determine the new factors formed from the 10 available subtests, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis to determine to construct validity. The IRT 3PL model showed that all items in the NST are valid, but it is necessary to review several items, especially in subtest 10. In the EFA factor analysis, 4 new factors were found that measure the level of factor: logic reasoning ability, memory, fine motor skill, and conceptual maturity in children. Work engagement adalah keadaan pikiran dan perasaan positif yang mengarahkan tindakan seorang karyawan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan atau tugas di dalam ruang lingkup pekerjaannya secara optimal dan ditandai dengan semangat (vigor), dedikasi (dedication), dan penyerapan terhadap pekerjaan (absorption). Dalam mengungkap work engagement subjek penelitian, digunakan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 version (UWES-9) dari Scaufeli dan Baker yang telah diadaptasi oleh Kristiana, Fajrianthi, dan Purwono (2018). Analisis menggunakan Non-Parametric Uji kruskal walling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan work engagement antara Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Tentara Nasional Indonesia, Karyawan Swasta dan Karyawan yang berada di bawah Yayasan Militer (p = 0.187; p > 0.05). Adapun nilai mean rank pada PNS sebesar 30.75, mean rank pada Karyawan Swasta sebesar 44.21, mean rank pada Karyawan di Bawah Yayasan Militer sebesar 47.29, dan mean rank pada TNI sebesar 48.43. Berdasarkan dari nilai mean rank kategori profesi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa TNI memiliki work engagement lebih tinggi dibandingkan kategori profesi lainnya, dan PNS memiliki work engagement lebih rendah dibandingkan ketiga lainnya. As for knowing the high or low self-efficacy, a valid and reliable measuring instrument is needed. The purpose of this study was to develop a teacher self-efficacy scale using SEM modeling based on Bandura's theory. The aspects of self-efficacy that are used as a reference for making measuring instruments consist of level, strength, and generality. The study was conducted on 100 Vocational High School teachers. The measuring instrument is arranged using the Likert model. The validity and reliability test used the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) approach with the help of PLS 3.29 software. The results showed that the self-efficacy measurement tool was declared valid and reliable because all items from the dimensions were able to reflect the 110 constructs that were formed. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 86 guru di SMK X Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja yang disusun dengan model penskalaan diferensial semantik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui program SmartPLS 3.0. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap aspek mampu merefleksikansembilan aspek kepuasan kerja pada guru SMK, yaitu gaji, promosi, tunjangan, imbalan, pengawasan, prosedur pekerjaan, rekan kerja, sifat pekerjaan dan komunikasi. Aspek yang paling dominan menggambarkan kepuasan kerja adalah pengasawan dengan indikator persepsi dan reaksi terkait dengan sikap dan nilai yang baik dari kepala sekolah. Aspek terendah yang menggambarkan kepuasan kerja adalah sifat pekerjaan yang ditunjukkan melalui persepsi dan reaksi guru terhadap pekerjaan tersebut. Model teoritis variabel kepuasan kerja sesuai dengan data empiris.
