Therefore, flood prediction system is necessary in order to alert the people about the incoming flood. Flood cannot be preventing but can take the precaution steps by using a precise technique to forecast the flood earlier. In this modern day, there are many models of flood prediction was introduced to the world. The accuracy of water level is very crucial for flood forecasting. By compare all the models, the most accurate technique can be discovered. In Malaysia, NARX and ENN are the flood prediction models that were frequently be used by researches. Thus, this paper proposed comparison between Elman Neural Network (ENN) and Neural Network Autoregressive with Exogenous Input (NARX) to specify which model are more accurate. Therefore, both of the model is using the same water level data which recorded in Kedah to ensure which model are more precise. For achieving this study, a dataset containing 85,658 tweets written in Saudi dialectal Arabic language about Saudi universities was collected from the Twitter platform. It was found that many types of valence shifters exist in the dataset. Therefore, a good maintenance strategy is an essential component of a power system to prevent unanticipated failures. Routine preventive maintenance programs have traditionally been used in combination with regular tests. However, in recent years, predictive maintenance has become prevalent due to the demanding industrial needs. Due to the increased requirement, utilities are persistently looking for ways to overcome the challenge of power transformer failures. One of the most popular ways for fault prediction is data mining. Data mining techniques can be applied in transformer failure prediction to provide the possibility of failure occurrence. Thus, this study aims to identify the common data mining techniques and algorithms that are implemented in studies related to various transformer failure types. The accuracy of each algorithm is also studied in this paper. A systematic literature review is carried out by identifying 160 articles from four main databases of which 6 articles are chosen in the end. This review found that the most common prediction technique used is classification. Among the classification algorithms, ANN is the prominent algorithm adopted by most of the researchers which has provided the highest accuracy compared to other algorithms. The use of geometrical forms in object recognition has been applied in determining similar object images which have broadly used in recognizing digit, biometric and vehicle detection. The triangle shape formation is essential to construct in order to produce triangle features. Otherwise, the triangle features cannot be produced. However, each of object recognition has different approaches to construct triangle shape due to their different characteristics such as style, pattern, shape and type which made the triangle features produced are different. This paper reviews several approaches that have used in producing the triangle geometry features in various object recognition such as fingerprint, face, digit dan vehicle detection. Autonomous vehicles, individually, can perform traffic-specific tasks to accomplish certain objectives, such as exploring for unknown or unmapped road sections and searching for road accidents. In this work, a cooperative search algorithm based on behavioral rules are used to direct PBOT (no acronym definition) mobile robots to cooperatively search road accidents in the city. The PBOTs, emulating autonomous vehicles, follow a hierarchical set of behavioral rules to achieve a cooperative search and uses the cellular network for communication and data exchange among PBOTs. PBOTs are programmed to follow random and deterministic paths in sensing the urban grid map. Results show that deterministic paths provide lesser exploration time, but may not be realistically viable. In asymptomatic type, slowly plaque formation reaches a life-threatening condition. In the symptomatic case plaque is acute in nature. Hence treatment protocol is to be decided based on the type of plaque. This paper describes the segmentation of the plaque and analyses the non-linear parameters of the plaque in carotid B-mode ultrasound images. The aim of the study is to differentiate textural features of the symptomatic and asymptomatic plaque by fractal methods. The fractal dimension and lacunarity are computed and differ significantly for two types of plaques. In this research, a Hierarchical Fuzzy Logic Controller of Mamdani-type Fuzzy Inference System has been built to define the ranking function based on the BM25 Model. The model examines four-inputs which are Ontology BM25 Score, Fabrication Rate of Hadith, Shia Rate of Hadith from the previous works of the researchers and the New additional Positive Rate of Hadith. It also examines four-output values of Final Ranking Score which consist of three triangular membership functions. The new Positive Rate of hadith is based on the score value of the automatic text summarization that was executed in pre-processing phase. The proposed system has outperformed the BM25 original score and the Vector Space Model (VM) on 5 topic of queries and 26 queries in the term of individual queries, while the BM25 original score and Vector Space Model only yielded better result in 3 and 0 queries respectively on the P@10, %no measures and MAP. P@10 represent the values of Precision at Rank 10 P@10), %no measures represent the percentage of queries with no relevant documents in the top ten retrieved and MAP represents Mean Average Precision of the queries. The results show the proposed system have capability to demote negative documents and move up the relevant documents in the ranking list with positive indicator and its capability to recall unseen document with the application of ontology in text retrieval. In this paper, a prototype of elderly fall detection and location tracking system is developed by using the Global Positioning System (GPS), Global System for Mobile communications (GSM), Wi-Fi and Arduino technologies. The proposed system is a wearable hardware equipped with cellular network and Wi-Fi connectivity for sending an emergency alert in multiples ways such as Short Message Services (SMS) and email in case of fall detected. The location coordinate is extracted from a GPS module and sent together with emergency alerts in the form of Google Map link to caretaker for immediate action. The prototype is tested. It sends emergency SMS and Email via GSM and cloud server, respectively, if a fall is detected. Therefore, this research studies the requirements of olfactory, haptic and audio enabled 3D application for visually impaired user in a virtual edutainment environment. The preliminary study was conducted on visually impaired people by providing actual shapes of the objects. Based on the results, the main reasons of underutilizing edutainment applications are too much of visual content involved in edutainment applications as well as lack of interaction. However, a majority of these technologies are not ready for distribution as it may require additional steps due to mass production and distribution. This paper introduces a simple obstacle detection model built for mobile device. Utilising the Canny Edge detection algorithm, the edge information is used to compare whether the user’s walking path is obstructed by obstacles. The proposed model utilises a mobile device’s proximity sensor and accelerometer to adapt itself accordingly in various environment. The model is tested in various scenarios resulted to an average obstacle detection rate of 85%.
