Therefore the work environment must be handled and designed properly. A good temperature in the workplace will support the activities carried out by workers by meeting predetermined standards.. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out how much influence temperature / temperature, noise and lighting in the work environment have on employee work productivity in the noodle production section at CV. Kartika Makasar. This research will be conducted at CV. Kartika Makassar, which is located at Jalan Setia 1 Blok AB No. 4 Ex. Buntusu Kec. Tamalanrea Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. In the analytical method where data processing uses the Classical Assumption Test in the form of a Linear Regression Test which is used to determine the direction and how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it shows that in the physical work environment, namely temperature (X1) with a value of 0.560 > 0.05 and lighting (X2) 0.516 > 0.05 indicates that the hypothesis is rejected. Thus the temperature and lighting at CV Kartika Makassar are good because together they do not affect the work productivity of employees or operators. Seeing the importance of measuring every activity carried out by the company, an accurate measurement method is needed to be able to provide accurate information on the time needed and the efficiency of each product activity in meeting production targets to achieve profits. The Stopwatch Time Study method is a work measurement technique using a stopwatch as a means of measuring the time shown in the completion of an observed activity. From the measurement results, a standard time will be obtained to complete a work cycle, where this time will be used as a standard for completing work for all workers who will carry out the same work as that. To determine the standard time, first calculate the cycle time and the time normal considering the degree of adjustment and allowance. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it can be concluded that the lowest normal time is for employee 2 with a time of 39.05 seconds. Therefore it is necessary to carry out planning and control of raw materials that are more efficient, then an analysis is carried out using the EOQ method as an option as a comparison between policies that have been implemented so that companies can choose which policy is more efficient in terms of spending on inventory costs or total inventory costs. After doing the calculations, it can be seen that the costs incurred by the company amounted to IDR 7,876,464.1. Meanwhile, the total inventory cost incurred by the company when using the EOQ method is IDR 3,564,927.2. it can be seen that the savings are Rp. 4,311,536.9 when using the EOQ method. While the obstacle in this research is that the EOQ method that has been disclosed by the author in this study cannot be implemented at the XYZ Store due to the agreement factor from the supplier who sends materials once a month. IKI is a shipbuilding company owned by the Indonesian government engaged in production. Preliminary observations found that there was an imbalance in the workload received by each employee, causing employees to work beyond operating hours, sometimes also working outside the company's working days. Workload analysis is very important to calculate exactly how many employees are needed to complete all tasks in a part or department in the company. In this research was conducted to identify the workload received by employees of the plumbing department, and determine the number of employee needs based on their workload. This study uses the full time equivalent method to identify the workload received by employees and determine the number of employee needs based on their workload. The results of this study indicate that there is an uneven workload at one work station, where from the results of calculations using the FTE method it is known that the workload of employees 1 and 2 is classified as overload and employees 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in the normal category. Based on the results of this study, the number of employees was increased, namely 2 people. So the optimal number of employees is 12 people. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of TQM on managerial performance at PT. X. This company is the largest company in Eastern Indonesia, located in Makassar City and is engaged in the production of wheat flour. This study uses 3 of the 10 principles that exist in the TQM concept is customer focus, obsession with quality, education and training. The number of samples used as many as 120 respondents. The analytical method of this research uses a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that the implementation of Total Quality Management which describes the variables focused on customers, obsession with quality, education and training has an insignificant positive effect on managerial performance at PT. X. So action or change is needed so that the asar fish which is the interest of the residents of the city of Sorong is still protected by the cleanliness and quality of the asar fish product. The packaging used to pack asar fish products is Polypropylene (PP) plastic packaging. The choice of packaging with this material is because it is strong, resistant to chemicals, heat, oil, transparent, and flexible. Quality Function Deployment is a product development system that starts from product design, manufacturing processes until the product is in the hands of consumers, where product development is based on consumer desires. This study aims to produce packaging designs for asar fish products that meet consumer desires using the Quality Function Deployment method. The research begins with distributing questionnaires, identifying consumer desires, determining the value of importance rating, technical response, technical correlation matrix, relation matrix, planning matrix, determining target specifications, making House of Quality.
