Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the concepts of quality management improvement that considers all aspects of improving company performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of TQM on managerial performance at PT.  X. This company is the largest company in Eastern Indonesia, located in Makassar City and is engaged in the production of wheat flour. This study uses 3 of the 10 principles that exist in the TQM concept is customer focus, obsession with quality, education and training. The number of samples used as many as 120 respondents. The analytical method of this research uses a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that the implementation of Total Quality Management which describes the variables focused on customers, obsession with quality, education and training has an insignificant positive effect on managerial performance at PT.  X. 摘要

企业管理质量绩效的优化取决于企业经营战略选择的准确性。如果提高企业的质量管理只着眼于一个方面,那么竞争优势是很难实现的。全面质量管理(TQM)是质量管理改进的概念之一,它考虑了提高公司绩效的各个方面。因此,本研究旨在确定TQM对x公司管理绩效的实施情况。该公司是印尼东部最大的公司,位于望加锡市,从事面粉生产。本研究使用了TQM概念中存在的10条原则中的3条,即以客户为中心,痴迷于质量,教育和培训。调查样本的数量多达120人。本研究的分析方法采用结构方程建模(SEM)方法。结果表明,PT. x实施全面质量管理对管理绩效的正向影响不显著,全面质量管理描述了以客户为中心、对质量的痴迷、教育和培训等变量。此外,每个TQM变量对管理绩效变量都有直接影响
