Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan: reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Temuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Pertama, Dayah Darul Muta’allimin sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama non formal memiliki kontribusi sebagai wadah  pengembangan sumberdaya manusia di bidang keagamaan. Kedua, usaha Dayah Darul Muta’allimin Tanah Merah dalam meningkatkan akhlak masyarakat Aceh Singkil, melalui beragam kegiatan seperti mengadakan ceramah-ceramah, kajian-kajian intensif ke-Islaman setiap bulan, mengadakan program pengajian rutin satu minggu dua kali, memberikan kesempatan belajar dan mengaji di dayah, mengadakan bimbingan baca tulis Alquran kepada masyarakat. Ketiga, faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan yaitu: adanya pengaruh Pendiri, adanya interaksi sosial dan kerjasama yang baik antara dayah dengan masyarakat dan alumni, adanya tempat belajar dan tenaga pengajar, terwujudnya ekonomi umat. The findings of this research are the contributions made by Baitul Mal Kota Subulussalam: providing compensation in the form of educational scholarships, assisting with operations for Islamic boarding schools, religious teachers, mosques/mushallas, and other da'wah institutions so that it is easy to implement Islamic religious education in a social environment, forming assisted groups for productive businesses through Al-Qord financing. Forming social movements such as compensation for orphans and dhuafa, assistance with basic needs, and free breakfast on Fridays (Blessing Fridays). Providing medical assistance to the poor in the form of medical expenses, accommodation, and others. To what extent is the role of the da'i, what are the beliefs of the minority Muslim community, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the preacher at the research location. The method used in this research is qualitative. This method is carried out in relation to existing phenomena in the field by collecting data, especially from research informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation, the research subject was the role of the preacher in Danau Paris District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The results showed that the role of the preacher used was to invite and persuade the community to do good by filling in recitations, sermons Friday, educating children by reading Al-Qur’an, delivering religious lectures based on the Al-Qur’an and Hadits, which is a foundation from Allah SWT. And the teacher guides the learning process well and effectively to achieve learning goals. 2). The learning strategies used in Islamic religious education at SD Suka Maju Kota Subulussalam are expository, inquiry learning strategies, problem-based learning strategies, and contextual learning strategies. 3). This study involved PAI teachers as participants and elementary school students as research subjects. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. This study involved data collection through classroom observation, interviews with Islamic Religious Education teachers, and analysis of documents related to learning the Qur'an. The data collected was then analyzed using an inductive approach, by identifying the learning strategies used by PAI teachers and exploring their effectiveness in facilitating students' understanding and appreciation of the Qur'an. The results of the study show that there are various strategies used by PAI teachers in learning the Qur'an at SD Negeri Sekota Subulussalam. These strategies include using a variety of teaching materials, using interesting learning media, using information technology, using interactive discussion and question-and-answer methods, and giving assignments and projects related to the Qur'an. These strategies aim to facilitate students' understanding, appreciation, and practical application of the teachings of the Qur'an. Nevertheless, this study also identified several obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing Al-Qur'an learning strategies. To analyze the obstacles faced and the principal's solutions in applying the leadership style at SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documents. Data analysis techniques use: data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The research location is at SDN 2 Subulussalam, Subulussalam City. The findings of this study are as follows: 1). In an effort to increase the Discipline of PAI teachers at the SDN 2 Subulussalam school, the Principal sets a good example for other teachers in terms of time discipline and rules at school, as well as supervising and controlling each teacher. 2). In improving the performance of PAI teachers at SDN 2 Subulussalam, Subulussalam City, the school principal provides support and motivation to teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The school principal also supervises, assesses and evaluates teacher performance and provides rewards for achieving teacher performance. 3). Among the programs and things that the Principal does to improve the career and performance of teachers is to provide opportunities for PAI teachers to receive coaching and attend training related to their respective fields, and provide other opportunities in a transparent manner, the principal also supports teachers who continue their Masters and Doctoral studies. 4). Obstacles faced by school principals in implementing leadership styles at SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam include: Some teachers are still lacking time discipline, some teachers are late to school because of damaged infrastructure, do not use teaching tools, violate school rules, are not motivated to improve their performance, do not respond to exemplary from the principal, the lack of school infrastructure. Solutions made by the school principal in overcoming obstacles in increasing teacher professionalism at SDN 2 Subulussalam Subulussalam City include providing encouragement/motivation to teachers through self-help schools, implementing Fingerprint attendance in increasing time discipline for teachers, continuing teacher education through study permits. The science of kalam, or theology, has evolved rapidly over time, and many figures of Islamic thought, including Harun Nasution, have emerged. The purpose of this article is to learn about Harun Nasution's thought style and theology that he built. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data collection technique used was descriptive library research. The results of this study indicate that Harun Nasution has three basic principles of a model of thinking in building his rational theology, namely: 1. the idea of progress; 2. coexistence between absolute-textual (qath'i) and relativifiably contextual (zhanni) areas; and 3. using a rational method of thinking. Meanwhile, Harun Nasution's foundation in the theology he built was reason and revelation. Harun Nasution's thoughts were heavily influenced by Mu'tazilah's rational theological thoughts. The akidah education offered so far is a creed that focuses on (dogmatic) acceptance only. That Allah exists, the qur’an is true and everything must be accepted with trust and faith. In fact, when viewed from the object of the study of faith (akidah), it is included in the philosophical paradigm which demands rational arguments to strengthen faith so that it is not just taqlid. Problems such as surrendering to taqlid without adhering to the arguments that are in accordance with the teachings of the qur’an - namely conducting investigations by using reason - coupled with not mastering the correct creed because a lack of understanding and attention can lead to deviations and not infrequently even against the true creed. The problems above appear as implications rather than not being ma'rifatullah. Whereas in faith education, ma'rifatullah is the core of teaching that must be achieved. Looking at the phenomena that have been stated above, the author feels that this topic is very important to study and hopes that this paper will become a dedication to readers and academics so that the study of faith in Indonesian education can be given more attention so that it can achieve its core and objectives, namely ma'rifatullah The results of this study indicate that what is meant by the obligation of ma'rifatullah in Umm al-barahain Imam Sanusi is ma'rifah towards the attributes of Allah and all divine laws, not ma'rifah towards His essence and His essence because there is nothing know both. This article aims to describe the Sufism approach in Islamic studies that focuses on the wahdatul wujud of Hamzah Fansuri thought. Hamzah Fansuri is known as the first Sufi to introduce the doctrine of wahdatul wujud in the Archipelago. The teachings of wahdatul wujud focus on the process of defeating the ego (negating oneself) through self-purification, by imitating God's character as much as possible so that it can reach the stage of perfection called insan kamil. This research is a literature study that utilizes various relevant references using descriptive analysis methods. Improving the quality of graduates in schools is usually carried out through the policy of the school principal who acts as a leader who mobilizes the school community to realize the school's vision, mission, goals and objectives through programs that are implemented in a planned and gradual manner. The goal to be achieved from quality improvement planning is produce quality graduates to prepare graduates to face their future. The preparation of quality improvement plans in schools is usually carried out in two stages, namely: preparation of a work program and preparation of a curriculum. This article aims to analyze plans to improve the quality of graduates along with their derivative discussions carried out by schools. This study uses library research methods. The findings of this article are that planning to improve the quality of graduates in schools is still oriented towards quantity and has not yet touched the quality dimension. The quality of graduates is only measured through numbers such as report cards, test scores, and the number of students who pass. The dimensions of quality as mandated in the law such as creative, responsible, independent and so on must also be considered. With regard to the increasingly high demands and competition in the world of work, this cannot be answered without solid personality qualities.
