The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the implementation of the evaluation of the taḥsin program at the Mahasantri Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Ar-Raniry, (2) to analyze the results of the achievement of the taḥsin program on the mahasantri Ma'had Al -Jami'ah UIN Ar-Raniry, (3) to analyze the difficulties experienced by students in learning taḥsin at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Ar-Raniry. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the evaluation was carried out in 2 ways, namely theory and practice (tilawah), for the theory test which included questions related to Tajweed science, while for practice (recitation) was given maqra' for the Al-Qur'an reading test with an assessment including makharijul huruf, punctuation marks,mad, ghunnah and others. (2) The results of the evaluation of the mahasantri taḥsin learning at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Ar-Raniry, the number of mahasantri graduations was 773 out of 1266 students, 492 (3) The difficulty is in terms of the learning media used considering the conditions and situations in the COVID-19 state that are not possible in the learning process. Based on initial interviews with Fiqh teachers, information was obtained that there were no modules available on Hajj and Umrah material. Therefore, the resulting module can help students to learn independently. This research aims to find out how the e-module development process in the Hajj chapter Fiqh lesson for the class is valid, effective and practical. This research is research and development that follows the ADDIE development steps. Data collection techniques in research use validation questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The method that will be used is a development method using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The research results show that the learning module developed meets the validity criteria, this was obtained from the results of the validator assessment analysis of 92.44% with the very valid category, at the practicality stage of the module, a percentage of 90.7% was obtained with the very practical category, and at the The effectiveness of the module obtained from the results of the student questionnaire was 89.9% in the very effective category. SLB TNCC Banda Aceh is a special education program that aims to support the development and expression of the potential of students with special needs, including developing aqidah and morals. Therefore, the role of school principals and teachers is crucial in developing the faith and morals of children, especially tunagrahita children. The aims of the research are: 1) to find out strategies for fostering aqidah and morals in children with disabilities (Tunagrahita) at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh; 2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for strategies for fostering faith and morals in children with disabilities (Tunagrahita) at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh. The research method used in this study is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 7 people, namely: the principal, 2 class teachers and 4 mentally retarded children. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results found that 1) there are four strategies used by teachers in developing the aqidah and morals of tunagrahita children at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh City, those are through habituation, exemplary strategies, discipline strategies, and through mauidzah (giving advice) strategies. 2) There are several obstacles in the strategy of developing aqidah and morals for mentally retarded children at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh. Tunagrahita children are difficult to talk to because they are not very capable of speaking. Hence, the children prefer to remain silent, and it is also related to the background of the children, who come from a variety of different backgrounds and families, so they often bring behavioral patterns or traditions from the environment before they join the school. The solutions provided are: 1) Holding a meeting with the child's parents; this aims to guide parents on the best way to support their children who have special needs for mental retardation. 2) Implement training and habituation strategies, because with the habituation strategies that are implemented, children continue to repeat or practice the habits they do. However, in the context of convicts, the implementation of these rights can become more complicated due to the limitations imposed by imprisonment. The objectives of this research are: first, to analyze the rights of pregnant wives who are convicted and imprisoned at the Class II B Sigli Women's Correctional Institution in Pidie Subdistrict, Pidie Regency, based on the perspective of Islamic law; and second, to analyze the fulfillment of husbands' obligations towards pregnant convicts at the Class II B Sigli Women's Correctional Institution in Pidie Subdistrict, Pidie Regency. This study adopts an empirical legal research approach (non-doctrinal research). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings of this research resulted in two main outcomes: First, the determination of the obligation to provide financial support for pregnant wives in prison is mandatory due to their pregnancy. Second, the fulfillment of the rights of imprisoned wives by their husbands, as stipulated in the conception of Islamic law, is still not fully achieved. This is due to the husbands' incarceration. Based on these findings, it is recommended to establish regulations regarding the fulfillment of the rights of imprisoned wives by convict husbands. As we realize that in every human being produces intellectual diversity and different levels of development. Education should be able to develop various potentials that exist in children, one of which is psychosocial competence. The problem that currently occurs is that the competencies possessed by students, especially psychosocial competencies, are experiencing a decline, with the Multiple Intelligences approach it will be easy to develop these aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the initial psychosocial competencies of SDIT Quantum School Banda Aceh students, the Multiple Intelligences approach that was carried out in developing the Psychosocial competencies of SDIT Quantum School students in Banda Aceh, and the final competencies achieved by students after using the Multiple Intelligences approach at SDIT Quantum School Banda Aceh. This research is a field research using qualitative methods. Data was collected through document review, interviews and documentation, then the data was analyzed through descriptive-qualitative. The results of the study found that the initial competence of SDIT Quantum School Banda Aceh students in accordance with the qualifications obtained from teachers through a report card review was categorized as good and still needed improvement. This is because teachers' initiating actions are not all very good, so an in-depth study is needed in this regard. The purpose of this study is to explain the literacy culture of SKI teachers and the initiating action of SKI teachers in shaping literacy culture in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Banda Aceh. This research is field research with descriptive analysis. The data were obtained from SKI teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Banda Aceh. Data were collected by purposive sampling through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis began with reducing data, displaying data, and constructing data interactively. includingThe results of this study show that the literacy culture of SKI teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is manifested through (1) daily activities, including reading activities 15 minutes before learning and reading the Quran; (2) weekly activities, including literacy every Saturday and Minimoli (Mini Moving Lybrary); (3) semesterly activities, including book summarizing programs, reading camps, book donations, book worms, book presentations, and story telling; and (4) annual activities, including making class libraries and hunting literacy programs. (good) forIn addition, the initiating action of SKI teachers in shaping a culture of literacy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Banda Aceh City is divided into 3, namely a score of 50–70 (not good) for as many as 3 SKI teachers; a score of 71–80 (good) for as many as 8 SKI teachers; and a score of 81–100 (very good) for as many as 4 SKI teachers. The research method used in this thesis is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the object of research is the principal and PAI teacher at SMAN Kota Bahagia, South Aceh. Data collection techniques that the author uses in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher is the main research tool with the help of observation and interview guides. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data visualization, verification, and conclusion validation. This research aims (1) to determine the correlation of parental support and student achievement, (2) to determine learning achievement after the support from parents, and (3) to find out how influential parental support is for the students’ achievement at SMP IT Abqari, Subulussalam City. This type of research includes qualitative research. Primary data in this study are the results of interviews with several students and teachers at the Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Islamic Boarding School Tangga Besi, Subulussalam District. Secondary data is obtained through a review of documentation derived from books, journals, related articles that become a foothold in the implementation of research. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation review. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The implementation of Rateb Siribe on the morals of Pasantren Ulumul Quran Tangga Besi Subulussalam City students is to educate students to become qualified individuals for their religion and nation. The study used an experimental method, utilizing a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group model. This study took place at MTsS (private Islamic junior high school) Harapan Bangsa in West Aceh District, Aceh, Indonesia in the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The sample of the study consisted of 40 students in the experimental group and 40 students in the control group. The parameters measured in this study were learning interest and retention. Data on learning interest were analyzed by using the ANACOVA parametric statistical test while data on retention were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that the learning interest of students who used the PQ4R learning strategy was higher than those who studied conventionally, with a score of 83 for the experimental class and 66 for the control class. This could be seen from the results of 30.80 > 3.97 (Fcount > Ftable), indicating the hypothesis Ha was accepted. Further, retention (memory) of students using the PQ4R learning strategy also differed, namely 89 for the control class and 95 for the experimental class.
