Therefore, the use of these fuzzy sets in this work allows to solve and determine the most comfortable factor of living for future customers. But when developing this system, it was determined by experiment that the given indicators are not complete to a large extent, therefore the authors subsequently applied a fuzzy Petri net: a) a general scheme without taking into account the wishes of the future buyer; b) a general scheme taking into account the wishes of the future buyer. To build a fuzzy Petri net, the following indicators of comfort were applied: “neighborhood consideration”, “outside area consideration”, “house consideration”, “price formation”, “value fixation”. The next stage of the work was the systematic description of the network, and the fuzzy network was more clearly expanded with the help of chains, to determine the immediate fulfillment of the subjective wish. They are able to absorb different information quickly and willingly, but expect technology to be available at all times and do not prefer memorization. To adapt to these students' preferences, one of the main trends in the transformation of the educational process is the use of interactive teaching methods. The authors propose the chatbot technology “Digital Professor” as a solution to improve the educational process in higher education institutions. The Digital Professor can automate many routine tasks for teachers and provide students with convenient and quick access to learning materials and assistance. Overall, the Digital Professor is an excellent tool for improving the educational process for both teachers and students. The basis of this method is to combine the “touch typing” method and the “step by step” approach, which will not only reduce the time for learning a programming language, but also increase the student's interest in the language. The problem that the author faced is the provision of material based on slides, the author does not consider it irrelevant, but presents a way that would cover the shortcomings. This method could increase the number of interested students, reduce the time spent on training and keep records to identify factors that reduce efficiency. The result of the study is an application that increases the effectiveness of learning in a school environment for students in grades 7-9. The application architecture is based on the REST service and SPA application. The model of 3-layer neural network binary classifier is proposed whose first hidden layer consists of neural units of 3 kinds: bithreshold neurons, linear threshold units and winner-take-all neurons, and every neuron in the second layer has only 3 inputs with predefined weights. The synthesis algorithm for such networks is designed and estimations of its time complexity and the size of resulting network are presented. The integration of building information modeling (BIM) and artificial intelligence is used to achieve this goal, with the use of photo modeling using moving cameras and the potential integration of IoT technologies also discussed. A comprehensive artificial intelligence system, combining Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN) architectures, has been developed to detect, categorize, and evaluate BIM projects throughout their life cycle. The scalability prospects for point cloud and mesh models, as well as the use of big data technology to optimize the representation of the digital twin, are also addressed. The study determines the effectiveness of construction site conformance detection during the construction of a BIM model, providing consistency and a quantitative evaluation of the processes taking place on the construction site. The paper has proposed considering the Boolean functions theory from the view of universal Boolean algebra. The set of bases S can be constructed in a Boolean algebra with a preset signature. The problem is solved for which collections of bases S exist algebras which have those and only those collections of bases. The division of the set of Boolean algebras M into adjacent classes, which are determined by the codes of canonical algebras, is received based on the introduced concept of basis equivalence. Tables are presented where all adjacent classes are described by basis equivalence, and a grating of these classes is constructed. The client part of the interactive map was created using the React.js library of the JavaScript programming language, and the MOBX state management library was also used. The server side of the information system was written in Ruby programming language using the Ruby on Rails framework. The relational database management system Postgresql was used, and Redis cache was used for caching some frequently used data. Ukrainian universities successfully use the interactive map of dialects to conduct dialectological and ethnolinguistic practices, teach linguistic disciplines, and organize students' research work within linguistic clubs. The information system is a hub that more widely reflects local language features; the map contains materials from various studies created in different periods. The interactive map of dialects has more features than traditional (paper) dialectological atlases, makes the results of dialectological surveys accessible to many people, can hold a large amount of dialect data, and thus contributes to the preservation of linguistic diversity.
