Traditional teaching methods are no longer effective for today's students, who are active, sociable, and prefer to communicate mainly through mobile applications. They are able to absorb different information quickly and willingly, but expect technology to be available at all times and do not prefer memorization. To adapt to these students' preferences, one of the main trends in the transformation of the educational process is the use of interactive teaching methods. The authors propose the chatbot technology “Digital Professor” as a solution to improve the educational process in higher education institutions. The Digital Professor can automate many routine tasks for teachers and provide students with convenient and quick access to learning materials and assistance. Overall, the Digital Professor is an excellent tool for improving the educational process for both teachers and students.
