The Updated Tool for Selecting Projects for the Target Programs of Sustainable Energy Development

Abstract

The article reflects the content and innovations of the PRAIP software complex, designed for the evaluation and ranking of investment projects. Relying on trend modeling methods, the PRAIP complex provides a step-by-step arrangement of institutionally, territorially, and financially disparate projects into target programs of sustainable energy development. Special program modules as part of the PRAIP complex make it possible to reliably identify social and financial efficiency from the implementation of energy-efficient measures - both as a whole according to the target program and within its components (projects).
