The paper investigates the parameters of the complication of the role of the citizen by applying SNA methods. The paper demonstrates a system of relationships between stakeholders with an assessment of identified changes in the role of a citizen and the strength of their interaction through documents formalising city policies. Different roles of the citizen are also discussed in terms of network relations. Based on a two-modal matrix of links between official policy papers and participants, the relationships among stakeholders and the strength of their interaction are examined. A mathematical model for calculating the UDCN vulnerability factor has been presented. The UDCN vulnerability coefficient makes it possible to assess its IS level at the UDCN design stage. The results of simulation modeling and virtualization of IS UDCN components have also been presented. In the course of simulation modeling, a model of a protected UDCN was designed and tested. In the experimental UDCN model, the network devices selected in the course of modeling the vulnerability coefficient were emulated on virtual machines (VMs). UDCN resources were reproduced using the Proxmox VE virtualization system. On the UDCN hosts running PVE, the Suricata Intrusion Detection System (IPS) was used. To achieve efficient and accurate tracking, the Kalman filter, which uses a state-space model, was included in the object tracking process. The proposed system is implemented and evaluated through experiments to demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness in real-world scenarios. SAP BW is widely used in many enterprise data warehouses. It can issue reports of enterprises at the group level, manage the group's business operations, help find the laws and trends behind the performance of corporations and ultimately provide decision-making support for decision makers of enterprises. Therefore, how to use the SAP BW model architecture to better realize enterprise data warehouses is one of the hot topics in the data warehouse industry today. For a large corporation, its branches and subsidiaries have deployed multiple sets of enterprise data warehouses. At the same time, because there are multiple sets of data warehouse systems, when the data model needs to be modified at the group level, the data model of the branch also needs to be modified accordingly, and the flexibility of maintenance is poor. Finally, every time the corporation needs to upgrade the version of the data warehouse, it needs to maintain and upgrade the version of the data warehouse of each branch and the maintenance cost is high. Therefore, how to integrate multiple sets of data warehouses distributed in various subsidiaries into a corporation enterprise data warehouse by designing the model hierarchy, so as to ensure the reliability of data, enhance the flexibility of model modification and reduce the cost of data warehouse. This paper completes the design of an enterprise data warehouse of a large corporation, which can be used for the summary and collation of data from multiple branches such as finance and sales of a corporation, effectively improving the efficiency of data utilization and ensuring the authenticity of data. The study applies Transfer Learning with pre-trained models from ImageNet on histopathological breast cancer data, both unbalanced and balanced. WGAN-GP was used to overcome the challenge of generating synthetic images to balance the data and improve the accuracy of the classification task. The highest results were shown by VGG16 with a balanced dataset by WGAN-GP in 300 epochs (95.40% accuracy, 96.56% sensitivity, 94.91% specificity). To ensure precise and efficient movements, it is essential to estimate the UAV's orientation accurately. Two commonly used methods for this estimation are the Kalman filter and the Madgwick filter. In this article, we present a method to combine Kalman and Madgwick filters to optimize the orientation estimation of a UAV in military missions. The Kalman filter estimates the orientation with low noise and high accuracy. In contrast, the Madgwick filter is used to correct the orientation quickly in the presence of rapid changes. Our results show that combining these two filters leads to better orientation estimation than using either filter separately. This improved orientation estimation leads to more precise and efficient UAV movements, making it an essential tool for military missions. The proposed method is verified through simulations and experiments, including an Arduino model with a gyroscope and GPS tracker. This method can be easily integrated into the existing control systems of UAVs. It can be adapted to different missions, providing valuable insights for researchers and engineers in the UAV control field.
