Abstract

In the article, the authors highlight the advantages and summarize the experience of using information and communication technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions of central Ukraine, namely: Kyiv University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Ukoopspilka University of Economics “Poltava University of Economics and Trade” and National University “Poltava Polytechnic named after Yury Kondratyuk” in the conditions the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine. It has been proven that the use of these information and communication technologies contributes to the organization of the educational process in the conditions of new challenges and threats in educational institutions. It is noted that higher education institutions of Ukraine have a sufficient number of high-quality information and communication technologies, successfully solve the problems of organizing distance learning and adapt to new challenges and threats during the period of war and pandemic in the conditions of the development of the digital economy.
