This research used a qualitative approach with a multi-case study method. Participants in this study were selected by purposive sampling, namely institutional field, and academic leaders, LPM, lecturers and students. Data collection techniques using focus group discussions and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out with individual and cross-case analyses. The research findings stated that the pandemic affected the learning system, for example, through changes in student attitudes, low motivation in learning, readiness of teaching materials, limited ability to use technology, and network disruption. Policies related to the implementation of distance learning bring challenges that must be faced by UIN Imam Bonjol and UIN Syahada, including determining learning goals, adapting the learning system, adjusting the characteristics of lecturers and students, as well as the need for learning facilities. UIN Imam Bonjol and UIN Syahada reformulated the learning system by implementing the hybrid learning system to anticipate the occurrence of lost learning. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature research method. The data collection technique in this research was documentation (journals articles (nationally reputable, nationally indexed by Sinta, internationally indexed by DOAJ, and internationally indexed by Scopus), books, online news and others) and the data analysis used is content analysis. The results showed that the role of democratic education is to instill democratic values based on the nation's personality, such as tolerance, responsibility, openness between others, justice, realizing diversity, humanity and others. Democracy education activities could be carried out in schools through civic education learning, in the family environment carried out by often interacting with friends or relatives who have differences in religion, ethnicity, race and others, and in the community can be done by deliberation in RT meetings and holding regional art activities. Governments, political parties, organizations, and families can organize democracy education. Suppose the role of democracy education runs optimally. In that case, it can anticipate politics with SARA nuances so that it will have implications for harmony between others, including religions, tribes, races, groups and so on. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews with the Head, Secretary, Head of the Audit Center, and Accreditation Supervisor of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M), and documentary analysis to examine and evaluate the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan. This data analysis technique used interactive model analysis. Research validity was ensured through data triangulation, utilizing multiple data sources to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of findings. The results indicated that strategic management was implemented using the SWOT analysis model. The University's strategic plan for 2020-2024 focused on the policy of independent learning as a guideline for human resource development, considering global trends such as technological advancements. SIJAMIN is one of UNIMAL's missions in the technology field and is used to implement the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), held annually in the form of internal quality audits (IQA). The application of SIJAMIN in the 6th IQA cycle showed that it could facilitate real-time data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen coordination among units. Additionally, there was progress in achieving strategic goals and enhancing the quality of teaching, research, and community service, with the expectation of achieving excellent accreditation. The study employed a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. Data in this study were in the form of cultural behavior, describing the beliefs, history, and equipment of the non-royal belamin tradition from specific informants, the customary leader, and the implementer. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The analysis used an interactive model with reduction stages, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the non-royal belamin tradition embodied four principles of adult education: (1) Life value-based learning, (2) Experience-based learning, (3) Topic-based learning relevant to life; (4) Problem-centered learning. Notably, the noble Islamic values demonstrated in this tradition encompass religious and social values. The values with the most profound impact on adult education in this tradition were al-ukhuwah (caring) and al-munfiqun (high awareness of helping others). This research used the research and development method with the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The tools used in this study were test tools and non-test tools, namely modified BSNP standard verification sheets and essay questions. The data analysis techniques used in this research were qualitative and quantitative. The results of the feasibility test from the materials specialist instructors, and chemistry teachers, as well as media specialists, an average result of 82.7% met the \"very fair\" criterion. An average result of 93.12% met the \"highly feasible\" criterion. Based on classroom learning experiments, the E-module can improve students' critical thinking skills by achieving an N gain value of 0.48 in the medium category. It was also evidence of a 55% increase in students' average critical thinking ability score using electronic modules and belonging to the critical category. This research used a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The population were 235 Buddhist pre-marriage guiding facilitators. The sampling technique was purposive sampling; 148 respondents were taken as samples, which was determined using the Yamane formula. This research used questionnaires as instruments with 120 items using Likert scale assessments, which were distributed to respondents after passing the validity and reliability test. Incoming data was tabulated in Excel and processed using SPSS 29. The techniques used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression Analysis, as well as the T-test, F test and Coefficient Determination test after the classical assumption test was carried out. This research showed that online training and material mastery had a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on the Buddhist pre-marriage guiding skills; this research indicates that the facilitators have good guiding skills in providing Buddhist pre-marriage guidance. This research also indicated that facilitators could follow the online training model well because they could use information technology to follow the learning process holistically and continuously. This research method used research and development with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used in this study included validation instruments, response questionnaires, pretests, and posttests. Quantitative data analysis was processed by presenting percentages using the Likert scale as a measurement scale. Expert validation in media and material has been conducted to assess the feasibility of developing the 'smart egg puzzle' learning media. Practicality testing was performed by evaluating practicality questionnaire sheets conducted by teachers. Effectiveness testing was carried out using pretests and posttests, with the first test conducted before using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (pretest) and the second test conducted after using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (posttest). The results of this study indicated that the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was found to be highly valid, with an 88.75% validation rate from media experts and an 83.92% validation rate from material experts. Additionally, practical assessments by teachers indicated that the learning media was very practical, with an average score of 90.38%. The effectiveness of the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was tested with pretests and posttests, showing a significant improvement in students' number recognition skills. The method used in the research was a qualitative approach with a case study method. The selection of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique to select informants consisting of 9 key informants, namely volunteer friends exploring children in Jambi and also Waris from the Anak Dalam tribe, as well as five supporting informants, namely Tumanggung, parents from the Anak Dalam tribe and also the community. The data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. This research also used data triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. The findings of this research were that empowerment in education provides a way for tribal children to learn how to read, write and count. If we look at the empowerment process carried out by the Deep Child Exploration Friends (SEAD) Jambi for children from the inner child tribe, the teaching and learning process begins with an introduction stage for all children of different ages after new material improvements have been made. What will be taught is differentiated from children's material, which is still in the introductory stage. Apart from that, if we look at the planning carried out by Jambi Children's Exploration Friends (SEAD), it is always adjusted to the situation and conditions in the field. There is no element of coercion, but it is carried out with a first approach and adaptation to the children, such as by teaching them to play first, eat and sing together. This research method used research and development with the ADDIE model involving three stages: analysis, design, and development, but each stage was always evaluated. The research subjects consisted of 32 students of SMPN 3 Jember class VII and two teachers. The research object was an analysis of the needs of teachers and students in developing STEM-based educational games. The data collection instrument was a validation sheet with data analysis techniques in the research, including validity test analysis techniques and questionnaires to determine needs analysis. The research results obtained were an analysis of teacher needs of 100% and an analysis of student needs of 80% to develop the quality of STEM-based educational game learning media.
