This research used a qualitative descriptive method, in which description was used to analyze and interpret data. The data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literary studies to be analyzed using triangulation technique, coding, and interpretation. The results of this study showed that the indigenous knowledge of the Sasak Tribe had the potential of integrated into Biology learning, especially in Phase E, namely Biodiversity substance with the local wisdom of Kemaleq, Loang Gali, Mangku Gawar, Loh Dewa, and Loh Makem, Bau Nyale, Weaving Sesek, Medicinal Plants and Bale Tani/Ketapahan, Ecosystem material with the local wisdom of Kemaleq, Loang Gali, Mangku Gawar, Loh Dewa and Loh Makem, Bau Nyale and Ngaro/Nenggala. The concept of Waste and Natural Materials relates to the local wisdom of Belulut and Ngaro/Nenggala. In contrast, the concept of Biotechnology Innovation related to the local wisdom of Poteng Rekat. This research used descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The sample was students at SMK Negeri 1 Barumun, with 204 students as respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire and an observation sheet. The data were then analyzed using multiple regression tests and path analysis. The study's findings revealed a direct relationship between information literacy and the family environment and entrepreneurship interest. Furthermore, there was a direct relationship between information literacy and a family environment conducive to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial behavior. Through an interest in entrepreneurship, information literacy has an indirect effect on entrepreneurial behavior. This research was qualitative research with an ethnographic design. Informants in this study were the principal, deputy head of the curriculum, the head of the accounting department, and the accounting teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar and SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, and data presentation to draw conclusions. The results of this study showed that SMKN 1 Karanganyar and SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta made preparatory efforts to deal with the ASEAN economic community. Those preparatory efforts included increasing the students’ skills through learning, both theoretically and practically, inside and outside the school environment, such as collaborating with the industrial and the business field, implementing the 2013 curriculum, increasing teacher knowledge through MGMP (Deliberation Subject Teachers), inviting teachers from institutions or universities, and completing school infrastructure. The research conducted in both schools revealed differences in efforts to prepare their students. These differences include SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar innovating to invite other teachers to update the knowledge of teachers and students, build their accounting laboratories, and support teachers to be assessors. Meanwhile, SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta lacks school innovation and teachers as assessors. This research method used the Research and Development (R & D) method using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The hypothesis test used in this research was the t-test. The results showed that video tutorial-based learning media was effective, with differences in student learning outcomes between the control and experimental classes. This research has produced an effective tutorial video learning media that can be used to improve students' understanding of the material and practical skills in lectures on learning Hair and Bun Styling. Using video tutorial learning media can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of time use in the learning process to be carried out optimally. This research method employed a Systematic Literatur Review, collected reading material from various scientific articles (SCOPUS, EBSCO and SINTA) and subsequently compared relevant theories and research results. Based on the results of a literature study conducted, it was found that there was a significant relationship between psychological capital and school counsellors' burnout. A high state of psychological capital (hope, belief, resilience, and optimism) can provide energy for school counsellors to control behavior and reduce symptoms of burnout (fatigue, negative work environment, indifference to clients, feeling incompetent as a school counselor, and chaotic personal life). School Counsellors who have hope will have goals and know the way to achieve these goals. It makes the school counsellors able to overcome things that make theme burnout. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 197 Education Staff at the University of Jambi. The research instrument used a questionnaire and was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicated that; (1) entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management had a significant and positive impact on increasing innovation capacity. That is, the higher the entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management by institutions, in this case at the University of Jambi, the better the innovation in business competitiveness. (2) knowledge management did not affect strategy implementation. It means that knowledge management indirectly has no role in the performance and implementation of strategies at Jambi University in the context of business competitiveness in the BLU financial management pattern. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were the grade II teacher, the Library Division, and the Vice Principal for Student Affairs. This research instrument used Human Instrument, where this qualitative research determined the focus of research, selected information as data sources, conducts data collection, assessed qualitative data, analyzes data, interpreted data, and made conclusion based on its findings. In qualitative research, besides acting as the main instrument, researchers also used data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the application of the character of fond of reading in the School Literacy Movement program was carried out every day during school hours by reading books for 10-15 minutes of reading, then making a core of the task read after that telling or presenting it back. To support school literacy activities, facilities, and infrastructure in the form of reading corners located in classrooms, as well as literacy cards to record the results of students' independent reading, were provided. Meanwhile, students' reading interest at SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar Kartasura was known through the Literacy Card for student visits to the library. The implementation of literacy classes was related to increasing students' interest in reading because students can take the time to read a little to fulfill literacy cards. The subject being developed was graphic design at the high school level in special education schools. The method used in this study was research and development with SAM (Successive Approximation Model). The validation included media, material (content), learning, and language. This data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive research. This research data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. The study results showed that the learning videos that had been developed could aid in the understanding of theory as an abstract for the deaf with explanations of text, infographics, and sign language in the video. Sign language expressions made students interested and motivated to learn. The results of the validity evaluation by experts from the media aspect were 76%, Very Feasible, no need for revision and content 76%, Very Feasible, no need for revision; learning aspects 79%, Very Feasible, no need for revision; language 82%, Very feasible, no need revision. This research was evaluation research using a goal-oriented evaluation model by Raplh W. Tyler, which used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Respondents used as data sources were school principals or teachers in charge of the assistance program, with a sample of 10 SMK in West Java. This research data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the evaluation of this evaluation research were (1) Schools could apply work culture in the learning process and practice according to competency skills and aligned with the needs of the world of work (2) Students gained understanding and ability to apply work culture from the world of work. The value of character education as an entrepreneur is a must for students as a form of relevance in facing the global era. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected by observation, and questionnaires were distributed online to 50 students taking entrepreneurship courses at Padalarang 2 Public High School, West Bandung. Data were presented as average values and percentages, then narrated according to additional observational data. The data analysis process included data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study's results found four values of character education as entrepreneurs from the four stories of historical figures (entrepreneurs), namely creative, courageous, survival and independent. This finding is relevant to the value of character education mandated in implementing the educational process in Indonesia. This study presents different findings due to the concept of the value of character education aimed at building graduates as entrepreneurs and being able to create jobs.
