This research was evaluation research using a goal-oriented evaluation model by Raplh W. Tyler, which used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Respondents used as data sources were school principals or teachers in charge of the assistance program, with a sample of 10 SMK in West Java. This research data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the evaluation of this evaluation research were (1) Schools could apply work culture in the learning process and practice according to competency skills and aligned with the needs of the world of work (2) Students gained understanding and ability to apply work culture from the world of work. 摘要
本研究旨在评估政府援助计划在2020年加强西爪哇职业学校工作文化的实施情况。本研究采用了raph W. Tyler的目标导向评价模型，采用了定量方法进行评价研究。数据收集技术使用问卷调查和文件。作为数据来源的回答者是负责援助方案的学校校长或教师，样本为西爪哇的10个SMK。本研究采用描述性统计的数据分析技术。本评估研究的评估结果是:(1)学校可以根据胜任力技能，将工作文化应用于学习过程和实践中，并与工作世界的需求保持一致;(2)学生从工作世界中获得了对工作文化的理解和应用能力。本研究的结论是，援助计划的受益者正确地执行了计划的所有组成部分。
