Namun, afeksi overpersonal bisa menyebabkan perasaan berlebihan dan ketergantungan emosional pada orang lain, mengganggu hidup individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) dalam mengatasi afeksi overpersonal melalui konseling individual. REBT mengidentifikasi dan mengubah pola pikir tidak sehat yang mendasari masalah emosional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pre-test dan post-test dengan kelompok kontrol. Individu dengan tingkat afeksi overpersonal yang signifikan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (terapi REBT) dan kelompok kontrol (perawatan standar). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok terapi REBT mengalami perubahan signifikan dalam afeksi overpersonal. Partisipan juga melaporkan perubahan positif dalam sikap emosional dan pola pikir yang lebih adaptif. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan REBT dalam konseling individual efektif mengurangi afeksi overpersonal dan membantu individu mengatasi distorsi emosional. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1.) Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan; 1) Penggunaan gadget peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan. 2) Minat belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan. 3) Pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan berjumlah 147 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 83 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, 1) Penggunaan gadget peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan berada pada kategori tinggi, 2) Minat belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan berada pada kategori sangat inggi, 3) Pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ranah Batahan dalam kategori kuat dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terlihat dan terdekteksi oleh penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ini. Maka hipotesis diterima yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel penggunaan gadget terhadap minat belajar. This research was conducted at STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi with a total sample of 58 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques, namely validity, reliability, t-tests, and F-tests, The results showed that there was an influence of professional competence on the effectiveness of lecturers' work, where a t-count value of 4.483 was obtained with a Sig value of 0.006 0.05, and the results of simple regression analysis show the regression equation = 27.096 +.709X1, which means that every increase of one professional competency value will be followed by an increase in the value of the lecturer's work effectiveness of 0.709. There is an influence of work motivation on the effectiveness of lecturer work, where the t value obtained is 36.066 with a Sig value of 0.000 0.05, and the results of simple regression analysis show the regression equation = 27,096 + 1,151 X2, which means that every increase of one value of motivation will be followed by an increase in lecturer work effectiveness of 1.151. There is an influence of the work climate on the effectiveness of the lecturer's work, where the t value obtained is 31.897 with the acquisition of a Sig value of 0.000 0.05, and the results of the simple regression analysis show the regression equation = 27,096 + 1,025 X3, which means that every increase of one work climate value will be followed by an increase in the effectiveness of the lecturer's work of 1,025. There is an influence of professional competence (X1), motivation (X2), and work climate (X3) together on the effectiveness of lecturer work, where the calculated F value is 42.581 and the significance (Sig.) is 0.000. The magnitude of the influence is shown by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.959, which means that professional competence (X1), motivation (X2), and work climate (X3) together have an influence on lecturer work effectiveness by 95.9%, and the remaining 4.1% is determined by other factors. This paper aims to provide an overview of the form of public participation based on the cultural values of the Baduy indigenous people in efforts to preserve the environment in their area. As it is known that the cultural values of the Baduy indigenous people are ancestral values that make the Baduy indigenous people live in harmony with nature and the environment. The application of cultural values is a form of public participation by the Baduy indigenous people, so that they can assist the government in the decision-making process. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with 40 informants who are indigenous peoples and Baduy customary institutions, informants have also met the requirements to become resource persons for this research. The values of the Baduy people are grouped into four, namely, the values of life, the values of traditions and beliefs, the values of maintaining the balance of nature, and the values of togetherness/mutual cooperation. The cultural value in maintaining the balance of nature that has been carried out by the Baduy indigenous people is about how they carry out their daily lives, work side by side with nature, and the architecture of buildings in their area which is still natural without using chemicals. These cultural values are still carried out by the Baduy indigenous people as a form of public participation that runs optimally. This is a recommendation for the government in formulating policies related to nature conservation.AbstrakPeningkatan jumlah kunjungan kawasan adat Baduy memberikan ancaman terhadap lingkungan adat mereka. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana bentuk partisipasi publik berbasis nilai budaya masyarakat adat Baduy dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan kawasan mereka. Seperti diketahui bahwa nilai budaya masyarakat adat Baduy merupakan nilai leluhur yang menjadikan masyarakat adat Baduy hidup selaras dengan alam dan lingkungan. Penerapan nilai budaya merupakan bentuk partisipasi publik yang dilakukan masyarakat adat Baduy, sehingga dapat membantu pemerintah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 40 informan yang merupakan masyarakat adat dan lembaga adat Baduy, informan juga telah memenuhi syarat untuk menjadi narasumber penelitian ini. Nilai masyarakat Baduy dikelompokan menjadi empat yaitu, nilai kehidupan, nilai tradisi dan kepercayaan, nilai menjaga keseimbangan alam, dan nilai tentang kebersamaan/gotong royong. Data is obtained using the N capture feature on Nvivo 12 plus where the N capture feature is a web browser extension developed to capture web content in the form of website content, social media, and other document content such as scientific articles. The results showed that the government has an important role in the implementation of empowerment, which is as much as 42.39%, then mental hospitals contribute as much as 33.77%, and finally creative industry players who conduct skills training as much as 24.83%. From this data, it shows that these three related elements have provided real implementation for mental patients so that justice and patient rights can be fulfilled. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Sanggar Asto Kenyo Art dalam pelestarian wayang kulit di Desa Kepuhsari. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam ( In depth interview) dan dokumen. Validitas data dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sanggar Asto Kenyo Art merupakan salah satu sanggar di Desa Kepuhsari. Sanggar melakukan adaptasi dengan lingkungan sehingga dapat bertahan hingga saat ini.
