 Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Pontianak, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, menyatakan tingkat partisipasi pemilih Pemilu 2019 di kota Pontianak sebesar 81,4 persen atau meningkat dibanding Pemilu 2014, yang hanya sebesar 72 persen. Partisipasi pemilih di Pemilu 2019, di Kota Pontianak jauh mengalami peningkatan yakni sekitar 9 persen lebih. Peningkatan tersebut juga meningkat dibanding Pilkada serentak 2018 yakni sebesar 75 persen. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan KPU Kota Pontianak dalam mewujudkan partisipasi masyarakat yang demokratis. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah pihak KPU Kota Pontianak dan masyarakat yang memiliki hak suara. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualititatif dengan penyadian data deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPU Kota Pontianak melakukan sosialisasi dan pendekatan formal dan informal dengan masyarakat. Selain itu juga memanfaatkan media sosial dan website KPU untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait pentingnya menggunakan hak pilih dan menerima keluhan masyarakat melalui website KPU ataupun datang langsung ke kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Pontianak.

Human resource development is one of the determining factors for organizational policies, including government organizations. In addition, human resources (apparatus) are also a whisper for the smooth running of bureaucratic reform. Human resources are one aspect of achieving the goals of government organizations, namely providing optimal public services. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the merit system to obtain human resources, in this case specifically the best State Civil Apparatus (ASN), including in the process of filling the pratama high leadership positions (JPT) within the Mataram City Government. This study aims to describe the application of the merit system in the government of Mataram City. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods consisting of in-depth analysis, documentation and observation. Data analysis used technical qualitative data analysis. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The research gave the result that the Mataram city government had basically implemented a merit system in ASN management. In filling out the JPT, it has been carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the provisions. Many indicators of the criteria for implementing the merit system have also been created and implemented by the Mataram City government. Things that are still considered not responsive enough by directly inviting LANs who have experience in implementing merit systems. Program Permakanan Surabaya merupakan program pemberian makanan kepada sasaran program Permakanan yaitu lansia, penyandang disabilitas, dan anak yatim piatu yang termasuk fakir miskin dan terlantar serta masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19. Dalam pelaksanaan program Permakanan tersebut terdapat permasalahan salah satunya adalah keluhan masyarakat di wilayah Rungkut Surabaya tentang Permakanan pada lansia bahwa terjadi pengurangan jatah pembagian makanan selama pandemi Covid 19, ada juga tentang permasalahan bahwa terdapat lansia di Surabaya yang belum mendapat bantuan sama sekali selama pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Desain penelitian ini meggunakan systematic literature review atau kajian pustaka dimana informasi dan data diambil dari buku, jurnal, artikel online, platform online, maupun portal resmi pemerintah. Pro dan kontra dibalik kesetaraan gender memang tidak pernah habis dan tuntas untuk dibahas dari berbagai perspektif. Jika ditinjau dari sudut pandang kepemilikan maka hal ini sangat terkait dengan kemampuan pengawasan yang dikaji melalui gender. Selama ini Struktur Kepemilikan memang sedah lama digunakan sebagai proxy dari good corporate finance (GCG). Selain itu menurut teori keagenan, struktur kepemilikan dianggap mampu untuk mencegah dan menghilangkan adanya biaya keagenan (agency cost). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif yang membandingkan antara Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) yang memiliki kepemilikan perempuan dengan BPR kepemilikan laki-laki saja (yang tidak ada komposisi perempuan). Penelitian dilakukan di BPR yang terdapat di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji t (uji beda) dengan dua sampel independen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi perbedaan kemampulabaan dan efisiensi ditinjau dari gender.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabelk Content. Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, dan Timeliness terhadap User Satisfaction dalam penerapan sistem E-Persuratan pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Tipe A Kelas II Benoa. Fokus penelitian ini diarahkan pada hubungan dari setip variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan menggunakan pendekatan indikator dari tiap-tiap variabel, sehingga hasil yang didapat sebagai bahan evaluasi sistem informasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua hipotesis yang sudah dibentuk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa penerapan sistem pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Tipe A Kelas II Benoa sudah baik.

Pada kenyataannya, pelayanan yang diberikan saat ini sering kali tidak sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Yang lebih memprihatinkan lagi, masyarakat belum sepenuhnya memahami layanan apa saja yang akan mereka terima sesuai prosedur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Teknik identifikasi informan adalah snowball sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis data (reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Si Laku O2T di Kolaka Utara telah menyederhanakan persyaratan dan prosedur pelayanan serta mengurangi birokrasi melalui penetapan standar pelayanan. Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan layanan berjalan baik dari berbagai aspek seperti operasional layanan, waktu penyelesaian layanan, biaya layanan, peralatan dan infrastruktur layanan, serta kemampuan penyedia layanan. The purpose of this study was to find out the cases of COVID-19 against the stock prices of the Indonesian government's policy phase in dealing with COVID-19 during PPKM 2021. The sample of this study was all companies using the panel data regression fixed effect model, this study confirmed that the daily increase in the number of cases Confirmed COVID-19 has a significant negative effect on daily stock returns. Even though this PPKM is the longest policy period among all policies, it does not affect the effectiveness of stock returns. The problems found in this study are the lack of coordination between employees, archive storage that is not well organized, and incomplete archives. This research was conducted aiming to find out how archive management is done. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using a purposive sampling technique. Then, in collecting research data, the authors used the methods of observation, participation, documentation and interviews. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that archive management in the Division of Public Relations and Community Development at PT Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU, with the initial stage of planning, determines the storage period for archives. The next stage is to mobilize by archiving in the form of softcopy and hardcopy. Then, there is an organizing stage which is carried out by giving authority to employees in charge of data and documents. Finally, for the supervision stage, monitoring is carried out for all employees. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and validated through documents. The informant in this study was the Expenditure Treasurer. The results of this study can be concluded that the application of SIPD in carrying out the financial administration process using the TAM model is good, although the perceived usefulness aspect has not maximally improved organizational performance and productivity; the perceived ease of use aspect is good because SIPD has a language and menus that can be understood, besides that the sequence of doing work is structured. SIPD can produce reports online and integrated; aspects of Attitudes towards Perceived Behavior show that the previous system was more comfortable because SIPD still experienced error problems; but has the advantage of freedom of access with a variety of electronic devices; aspects of Perceived Behavioral Interest where the application of SIPD is supported and will continue to be used in managing financial information; aspects of Behavior by employees feel quite satisfied even though employees still need time to adapt. The results of the documentation are almost completely complete and can validate information from interviews with informants regarding the effectiveness of SIPD based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory.Theoretically, the results of this study are expected to provide broad implications regarding TAM. Practically, this research can be used as evaluation material for local governments in general and Bappeda Mataram City in particular regarding the level of effectiveness of using SIPD in conducting financial administration. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data yaitu data kuantitatif, yang mana populasi penelitian adalah seluruh followers dari media sosial instagram milik Hotel Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa yang Bernama @renhotelbali dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Penyebaran kuesioner dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara online melalui link google form kepada responden yang merupakan followers dari instagram @renhotelbali dengan mengirimkan link kuesioner melalui Direct Messages (DM). Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa uji yang meliputi uji instrumen berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis meliputi uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Dalam pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Context dan Collaboration memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menginap sedangkan Communication dan Connection secara parsial tidak memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menginap di Hotel Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa.
