Hal ini membuat persaingan semakin ketat. Marketer diharuskan untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran untuk memenangkan hati konsumen. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang banyak diadopsi oleh toko kosmetik termasuk Ivone Grosir Kosmetik adalah 7P marketing mix. Teknik Sampling Insidental diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan wawancara. Nilai Cronbach’s Alpha 0.887 menyatakan reliabilitas angket tinggi. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer. Variabel bebas terdiri dari produk, harga, promosi, tempat, SDM, proses dan bukti fisik. Keputusan pembelian merupakan variabel terikat. Dari Uji Analisis Linier Berganda satu tahap diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel harga, bukti fisik, proses dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan yang lain berpengaruh negatif. Dari Uji F diketahui bahwa semua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasalkan hasil Uji t ditemukan pengaruh secara parsial dari variabel-variabel harga, bukti fisik dan proses terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, sementara variabel yang lain tidak memiliki pengaruh parsial. Research population is an employee of PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk Semarang Branch Office, with amount sample of 38 respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Based on instrument test results data obtained results valid and reliable. Study this too has done it fulfil classical assumption test criteria. Awareness of the importance of early childhood education (PAUD) has led to the establishment of Playgroups (KB) and Kindergartens (TK). The rise of similar educational services causes increased competition. To win the hearts of parents/guardians of prospective students, PAUD organizers apply various marketing strategies, one of which is the marketing mix. KB/TK Puri Mandiri III in Cemani, Grogol, Sukoharjo is one of the PAUD service providers that implements the 4P marketing mix. That is the background of this research. The research was carried out to understand the simultaneous and partial contribution of the 4P marketing mix variables to the selection of KB/TK Puri Mandiri III, as well as to understand which variables had the greatest contribution. Explanatory research with a quantitative approach is applied. Based on this research, it can be understood that product, price, place and promotion have a simultaneous contribution to the selection of KB/TK Puri Mandiri III. Partially, product and place contributed to the selection of KB/TK Puri Mandiri III, while price and promotion did not. The variable that has the biggest contribution in the selection is the product. For the future it is recommended that KB/TK Puri Mandiri III apply the 7P marketing mix strategy. \u0000Keyword: marketing, place, price, product, promotion \u0000Abstraksi. Kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) menyebabkan banyak didirikan Kelompok Bermain (KB) dan Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Maraknya jasa pendidikan sejenis menyebabkan persaingan yang meningkat. Untuk memenangkan hati orangtua/wali calon peserta anak didik, penyelenggara PAUD menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran, salah satunya adalah bauran pemasaran. KB/TK Puri Mandiri III di Cemani, Grogol, Sukoharjo merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa PAUD yang menerapkan bauran pemasaran 4P (product, price, place, promotion). Hal itulah yang menjadi latar belakang riset ini. Riset dilaksanakan guna memahami kontribusi secara simultan maupun parsial variabel-variabel bauran pemasaran 4P terhadap pemilihan KB/TK Puri Mandiri III, serta memahami variabel apa yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar terhadap pemilihan. Explanatory research dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif diterapkan pada riset ini dan menggunakan bantuan SPSS dalam mengolah data. Berdasarkan riset ini dapat dipahami bahwa product, price, place dan promotion memiliki kontribusi simultan terhadap pemilihan KB/TK Puri Mandiri III. Secara parsial product dan place berkontribusi terhadap pemilihan KB/TK Puri Mandiri III, sementara price dan promotion tidak. Variabel yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam pemilihan KB/TK Puri Mandiri III adalah product. This study aims to determine the application of the 5C principle assessment (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition) as an effort to prevent problem financing at Bank Jateng Capem Juwana. The research method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Test, Partial Hypothesis Test (t test), Model Feasibility Test, Coefficient of Determination Test. The data used in this research is secondary data with a total of 98 respondents who are the research subjects. Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination is expressed in percentage. R2 values ​​range from 0 < R2 < 1 . In the SPSS output, the coefficient of determination lies in the Summaary Model and is written R Square, which means that the Financing Problem for Bank Jateng Juwana's Micro Service Unit is 83.2% influenced by Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition. Bank Jateng, Juwana Micro Service Unit, should further explore the 5C principles in lending so that the quality of debtors is maintained and the prevention of problem financing is maintained. Damayanti, Aulia Rizki Anggraini","doi":"10.33747/stiesmg.v15i2.587","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33747/stiesmg.v15i2.587","url":null,"abstract":"Sektor industri manufaktur merupakan tumpuan utama terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, menurunnya nilai perusahaan pada sector pertumbuhan ekonomi industri manufaktur akan berpengaruh besar terhadap perekonomian di indonesia, maka dari itu perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan agar menarik minat investor Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan kebijkan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan  dengan kebijakan deviden sebagai variabel Intervening. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi dengan mengunakan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling (non-random sampling) dan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa Probabilitas, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden. Sementara kebijakan hutang berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden. Leverage, kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara tingkat profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Kebijakan deviden  tidak dapat memediasi leverage dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan.
