Populasi penelitan ini yaitu industri mebel ekspor di Kabupaten Jepara sejumlah 307. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan rumus Slovin \u0000 didapat sebanyak 171. Teknik pemilihan sampel dengan teknik probability sampling dan dipilih simple random sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan inovasi pemasaran, kapabilitas pemasaran dan customer involvement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Secara implikasi teoritis berdampak pada pengembangan teori Service Dominant Logic bahwa inovasi pemasaran dan kapabilitas pemasaran dan customer involvement berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Implikasi manajerial, industri mebel harus mempunyai kreasi produk dengan variasi desain, melakukan kreasi produk, dan produk-produk baru. Customer involvement mempunyai kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran. Electronic money is legally regulated in BI Decree No. 20/6/PBI/2018 and Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions using computers, computer networks or other electronic media. In the daily life of ASM Santa Maria Semarang students for the academic year 2019/2020 to.d. 2021/2022 most (52%) have used the electronic money. 48% have not used gadgets in transactions because not all students have NFC (Near Field Communication) on their gadgets. This research method uses a qualitative exposure approach through a numbered questionnaire.The results of this study are that ASM Santa Maria Semarang students for the academic year 2019/2020 – 2021/2022 really understand the types of electronic money used. The media used to support the use of electronic money are smartphone-type mobile phones and ATM machines. Students use electronic money because electronic money has many benefit. The population in this study were all 107 small and medium-sized micro, small and medium-sized enterprises of palm sugar processing located in Limbangan District. The research sample was determined using simple random sampling method and obtained a sample of 85 using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS version 24. The results showed that accounting knowledge has a positive effect on managerial performance, budgetary participation has no effect on managerial performance, entrepreneurial personality has a positive effect on managerial performance and level of education affects managerial performance in UMKM processed palm sugar, Limbangan district, Kendal district. \u0000Keywords: accounting knowledge, budgeting participation, entrepreneurial personality, managerial performance. \u0000Abstraksi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pengetahuan akuntansi, partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan kepribadian kewirausahaan dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja manajerial studi kasus pada UMKM olahan gula aren Kecamatan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah olahan gula aren yang berada di Kecamatan Limbangan sejumlah 107 buah. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan memperoleh sampel sebanyak 85 buah dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS versi 24. Selain itu, variasi yang tersedia jga tergolong banyak. Rintangan yang harus konsumen hadapi terkait dengan sikap impulse buying memperlihatkan pola pengeluaran yang tidak terduga, kerap kali meleset dari rencana finansial yang sebelumnya telah dirancang. Oleh karena itu, para pelaku usaha bisnis harus memberikan perhatian lebih terkait dengan shopping lifestyle serta fashion involvements sehingga bisa menyebabkan konsumen menjadi tertarik untuk melaksanakan impulse buying behavior. Pelaksanaan kajian ini ditujukan untuk membuktikan dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh shopping lifestyle serta fashion involvement terhadap impulse buying behavior terutama pada warga Desa Tegalrejo. \u0000Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif.Sedangkan metode yang dipergunakan dalam proses penganalisisannya yakni metode statistika deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalits serta analisis regresi berganda. \u0000Hasil penelitiannya memperlihatkan dari seluruh variabel yang telah dikaji diantara variabel dependen serta indenpendennya, diperolehkan pemahaman bahwasanya hasil penelitian yang mempergunakan alat analisis uji asumsi klasik 1) Pengaruh shopping lifestyle terhadap impulse buying behavior pada masyarakat Desa Tegalrejo dengan nilai sebesar (thitung 2.268> 1.984 ttabel ). Dari nilai tersebut merupakan hubungan yang kuat dan positif.Artinya variabel shopping lifestyle bernilai positif (searah) dan kuat. 2) Pengaruh fashion involvement terhadap impulse buying behavior pada masyarakat Desa Tegalrejo dengan nilai sebesar (thitung-1.813< 1,984 ttabel). Dari nilai tersebut merupakan hubungan yang kuat dan positif.Artinya variabel fashion involvement bernilai positif (searah) dan kuat. 3) Pengaruh shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement secara bersama-sama terhadap impulse buying behavior yang mana besaran nilainya (Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 4.486>3.095). Periode pengamatan penelitian ini adalah 3 tahun (2019-2021). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 26 perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial. Intensitas modal berpengaruh positif tetapi signifikan terhadap tax avoidance, pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, konservatisme akuntansi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan dan tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tax avoidance. Secara simulasi intensitas modal, pertumbuhan penjualan, konservatisme akuntansi dan tata kelolah perusahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan.
